Multiple times my food order has been wrong but handy for work and staff are nice.

Delivery drivers play a crucial role in ensuring your customers receive their orders promptly, and they deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism. Threatening or mistreating them reflects poorly on your brand and can deter customers from using your services. I urge you to take immediate action to address this issue by properly training your staff on respectful customer and partner interactions. If this behavior continues, it may lead to serious reputational damage and potential consequences for your business. I hope to see a prompt and responsible resolution to this matter. Please acknowledge this complaint and outline the steps being taken to ensure such incidents do not happen again.

always freshly prepared food and hot drinks, which i liked the most.

Food is great but there is a servere rat infestation outside in the bins and where the parking area is (ditch/brambles). Hopefully not within the store though. Definitely need to get the infestation controlled.

Fantastic for families. We met up as a family, 6 adults with 6 small children as the play area was perfect to keep them entertained while us adults chatted as we hadn’t seen each other for months. The food was hot the service was brilliant and we could relax taking it in turns to watch the kids aged between 1 and 6 playing together in a safe environment. They even had face painters for the kids and activities on the tables making the visit an enjoyable experience. Deen Ali who is one of the managers there is a total legend and a credit to the company. I cannot fault the food or staff and we will all definitely be back

After trying 2 local charging points finally successfully. Loads of fast charging points and a clean place to eat .

Fairly good for a McDonalds. This branch is relatively clean most of the time, toilets are in good condition and kept clean. Tables and floors usually clean. I'm happy to sit in to eat in this branch if we need to. Staff are friendly enough and service is usually relatively efficient. Not had a problem with this branch getting orders wrong. Never had any complaints about this branch and we use it fairly often. Good location and ample car parking. Good access for disabled customers.

Here for a BEV charge, tea and pee break. Great porridge, immaculately clean, friendly service team

Mccrispy slapped together and cold. Not made properly. Photo showed red onion which was the sole reason I ordered and they didn’t even include it.

Never seen a maccas like it - if you want the latest and greatest in burger technology this is the place to come EDIT: Well looks can certainly can be deceiving. Turns out the burger technology is straight out of the 1800s. Apparently extra pickles means 0 pickles in the land of McDonald's. Not to mention we had more green chips than a casino. Your five stars have been revoked and we shall not be returning to the super McDonald's anytime soon

Best McDonalds in a long time. Food was piping hot. Lots of tables. Speedy service. No complaints when asking for extra sauces- handed them over with a huge smile and wished us a good meal. Large play area for restless kids and electric charge points. Loads and loads of parking! Loved it!

Food was good and quick table delivery. Was a lot cleaner than other mcD's and staff were friendly. But, spent over £50 on four people and they wouldn't give me a free happy meal toy...

Normally only order drinks from this drive through which is fine. But I’ve ordered food inside twice this week and the wait time is absolutely shocking!

Always a handy place for me and my husband to call in and get something quickly. Never had bad food from them and the service is always good too.

I am deeply disappointed with my recent visit to McDonald’s. I waited a frustrating 24 minutes for a McPlant meal. The number call-out system was broken, and I had to approach the counter to inquire about my order. Only then did my food magically appear, accompanied by a nonchalant “oh, you didn’t get your order?” from the staff. To make matters worse, my chips were cold, the frappe was melted and sad, and the burgers were undercooked. On top of that, there was no ketchup available. Throughout this ordeal, I received no apology for the excessive wait time. It was evident that the staff lacked any concern for their customers. This is the third time I’ve had a negative experience at this location. On previous visits, my orders have been consistently wrong. It’s clear that there is a significant issue with the service and food quality here. I am extremely disappointed and will think twice before returning to this McDonald’s.

New McDonald's on the site of the old Harvester. There's a fairly large indoor play area (like soft play) that caters for children up to 1.35m tall, which is fantastic for running off some energy while waiting for food to arrive. Staff were friendly, everything is clean and modern. Can't fault it! Edit for Dec 24: Showing signs of wear after a few years of use. Service was slow today, but have also had better days. Carport is free for 2 hours for McD's customers (despite signage), just park in the M bays. Instavolt charging area was completely replaced a few months back, so that's really modern now (wasn't bad before, just better now). I'd say rmthe play area could use a revamp, and the store floor is a bit worn, but still not a bad McD's.

Ordered BBQ no surprise it wasn’t in the bag and when the food arrived it was stone cold, even the burgers felt they’d been sat in a car or left out on the side for ages despite the app stating the driver was at the restaurant. Doesn’t take nearly an hour to cook some burgers and chips even when a maccies is busy. Either the driver picked it up and didn’t confirm for ages or it was cooked and left to go cold by the restaurant. DO BETTER

40 minute wait on a big order which is ok, but the chips were terrible, like they'd been bagged before other food was ready.

The greatest Mcdonald's we've ever been to. While the car charged at one of the plentiful EV points, the kids loved playing in the soft play area, and my daughter was thrilled that she could get her face painted by a lovely member of staff. All this for free! It has the WOW factor! So much so we stayed longer than expected, which shortened our time to see Warwick Castle - that's my main complaint🤣

Nice and handy, just off the M40 Warwick exit, arrived at 2pm Friday and it's empty, lovely. Plenty of free parking, nice and clean, all the normal McD offerings. Staff were polite and friendly. Would I return = without question.

Absolutely had enough of this place. This is the fourth time we have received atrocious service from this macdonalds. The first time we used the app we arrived and had our number ready. Everything went well we got to the window gave out code the order went trough payment taken. Then when we got to the window the girl behind said is this your order then pressed something and looked shocked. A college walked in and just said to her shhhhhh and smiled. She then said there’s no order and wanted us to go in. Then the manager came and said the same thing. The funny thing is when we drove to the next window the food was ready. But last night was the final straw. We used our points to buy a meal and spent some money. I arrived used the app and it did t work just kept loading. I explained and the guy behind the window couldn’t care less about it. He said there’s nothing we can do. But they still managed to take our points and we didn’t receive any food and had absolutely no help from staff. They said no signal but that’s not my fault if the signal is bad in the area don’t offer the service. Macdonalds I’m done with your store’s goodbye

Cold food. AVOID. Tried to say the fries were hot so would exchange the burgers but keep the fries. REALLY? So the fries would be cold by the time the burgers were replaced. Replacement burgers came........AND....THEY WERE COLD TOO

I'd go to others before going here. The staff are friendly enough, but the place is always closed (banner says 24hours), or the order is wrong, or it's just a bit... meh.

Yes , we have taken a sort break at this service place -well McDonald site. Found out 2 hours parking free for McDonald's customers otherwise you have to pay for more hours of parking.

Always something missing in order, without a fail.

I don't do McDonalds very often but I will say that you can tell that McDonalds are owner operated and this one is a great one. Quick efficient and freshly cooked, it helps that it is busy as the model relies on this for quick service. Other branches more locally are not doing so well at this and I will drive the extra ten minutes for this restaurant. Thank you Steven

Awful experience! Cold coffees, lukewarm fries/burger, staff not at all interested, too bust socialising with their friends x advised "manager" of unattended rucksack, not at all bothered , won't be visiting again, feel sorry for travellers coming off M40, would avoid if possible

Waiting over 30mins for a chicken select meal last night - ridiculous. A few people asked for refunds too. Not sure what happened to the service there.

It's a MacDonald's. What do you expect? But this one has a very good soft play area inside and a small outdoor slide that we have taken the grandchildren to several times and they love it! It can get a bit over crowded in the school holidays with the staff becoming overwhelmed and standards of cleanliness dropping.

A really great McDonald's -brilliant staff, went out of their way to be helpful and friendly, plus an on site soft play, which is really clean and in great condition. Only one star missing for atmosphere as the soft play is a bit noisy, which might be irksome if you've not taken kids. This is our favourite McDonald's on the route north from Southampton!

It's a big standard McDonald's. With super fast chargers which is why we stopped. Lattes were good and cheap.

Please work on improving the drive thru. My order is almost always incorrect. Please read the screen and place the correct products into a bag. I NEVER receive my SAUCES! I have to double check and provide a receipt at the window, when they could just READ their monitor/screen. If people are PAYING FOR SAUCES THEN MAKE SURE IT IS IN THE BAG!!!!!! It's so annoying. Please empty the bins outside too. Thank you!

Convenient McDonald's on the outskirts of Warwick just off the M40

Absolutely poor second maccies order today as the first one was terrible this one was even worse food was stone cold and the bag had split everywhere my drink had gone all over me

Took breakfast muffin order and money, just before 11am. They came to make it at 11:01 and wouldn't. Toxic woke Jobsworth told me to reorder as it was past 11 now or get my money back. I asked for reimbursement there and then as his attitude was so toxic. He took further offence and stated thats how they operated, took 2 days for it to return. Something so easy was obviously past their skill set.

The vegetarian vegetable deluxe burger did not have red pesto vegetable dippers in it. It had chicken in it, I have never eaten meat before so I'm horrified. Very disappointing.

newly built place so looks nice and is kept clean. the play area is definitely a great addition. it could do with more attention given to the physical ordering desks. you could find yourself waiting for a few good minutes for a member of staff to serve you even if there's no waiting line. all the staff is focused on drive through and mobile orders.

It says you delivered at 9.14am? ...... its now 9.55am and still no food .... so where is it ........ and to top that i can only get a refund for te food. I still have to pay service charges etc not happy at all

Customer service is always poor. I think the staff doesn’t get paid well to enjoy the work.

I was the 1st & only customer through the doors at 7am, nobody served me till almost 7.10am & then waited a further 8mins for 1 coffee & 2 hash browns (could see lots of hash browns that were ready aswell). See receipt showing proof that i was customer number 1 & also the time i was served after entering the restaurant at 7am. The staff weren’t bothered, no customer service & not even a smile or good morning or anything. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all, even the drive thru was empty & yes the staff could see me waiting patiently at the counter to place an order. Fast food or maybe not on this occasion! Shame really as the restaurant is very large, clean & updated compared to other McDonalds out there.

Never received our order, changed to saying it was delivered after 2 and a half hours from ordering however called up and the restraunt said an hour ago and they said it was delivered? Driver has stolen our food, want money back!

Good food, clean ish toilets, play area for kids biggest McDonald’s I’ve been too with a play area there inside and outside. Used as a stop on way back home. Service was a bit slow for 2x wrap of the day and a Toffee Latte but it is what it is, all hot and tasted fresh so that’s the important bit. Wish they would keep to their number system though.

For a fast food place it was fine. Order came quick, delivered to table. Hot and correct. Disabled spot by entrance. Good place.

Not delivered I want my money back!!

It's a McDonald's. You get exactly what you expect. There is a small soft play for little kids at this one - see the photos. Parking is a bit confusing as it looks like it's an app pay, but apparently as long as you park in a bay marked 'M' it's free for some time - I think it said two hours on the sign

Comfort stop at Warwick - no hot chocolate 😞. Meal stop at Measham later - no hot chocolate again! 😞😞

What a load of .. 5 piece chicken select meal, I got cheesy bites instead with no dip or a straw

This spot is great for a stop for long journeys. Ample of EV chargers. The soft play was good for kids, they practically slept as soon as they got in the car until we got to my parents house. The staff were also helpful and the food was hot and fresh.

Evening menu should include at least one decaf or low caffeine hot beverage. None available last visit.

McDonald's, just like any other McDonald's.

It seems everytime we go to this particular McDonald's we leave missing items. Not once have they managed to get our order right. Items always missing when we drive off. It can't he that hard to tick items off the list as you place them in the bag. Spend over £20 just to have your main burgers missing when you get home. Shocking service. Staff need better training! It's unbelievable, evertime!!

Wifi not working cant claim or use the app for loyalty… food took a while to prepare and when arrived sauce was put on by a 5 year old so it wasn’t possible to eat without getting covered in it.. to too that off in a takeaway order no napkins !!! Terrible overall and very disappointing

Decent facilities and rarely a long wait. However, I'd say 75% of the time, our order is wrong or missing items.

Yet another meal ordered through the app paid for and delivered incomplete. No wonder they have just been refurbished, they can afford it with all the money they take and don't provide the food. Shocking state of affairs.

Been to this McDonalds twice in two weeks while travelling south on business and both times they've been out of stock of basics. Last week there was no orange juice to go with breakfast, today there are no hash browns. Such a shame as this mcdonalds is in such a great location. When you can't get what you want you're trapped in their drive in queue which just adds to the frustration.

Pretty decent McDonald's to be fair, loads of space inside and fair amount of parking which can generally be hit and miss at main route McDonald's..

Missing items again, absolutely abysmal

One of the worst Mcdonalds I've visited. I've been here 3 times now and on every visit my order has been incorrect and the food sub-standard. Write a complaint to Mcdonalds and no feedback returned.

Not the lady’s fault who was the only one working. But pulled up before a long day for something to eat at the open 24hrs McDonald’s. And it was all closed. And when called to ask the lady said she had no staff. So I’m giving 1 star just for the inconvenience. And I feel sorry for the lady who was the only one there working.

Second time I have gotten there at 6Am and it has been shut.

The till crashed on us while we were trying to order and all our points vanished off the app. A colleague was super helpful trying to help us. I still won't rate 5 stars because the paper straws are rubbish for thickshakes!

Shambles of a place massive sign saying 24/7 when they wouldn’t let anyone in after 11 a clock while everyone was hungry after a gig and there was nowhere to eat.

Huge mcdonalds spotlessly clean and an outside plat area for kids and also one inside which is very rare

After spending a wonderful evening at Warwick Castle Ministry of Sound event on Sat 20 July ending around 11pm we were walking back to our hotel and came across this so called 24hour McDonalds. We were starving and wanted a coffee. We got to the doors around 23h30 only to be turned away and told they only did "drive thru" and no longer 24 hours (I am now mad at this point as all NEON signs say 24hrs!! So we proceed to stand (along with another couple) in the 'Drive thru' for 25mins!! Now even more mad only to be told 'as we were NOT in a car' they refused to serve us. Warwick Castle hosts many events and this McDonolds is a total shame and let down to other McDonald's and to Warwick!! Not impressed. Zero customer service!!
