Esquires Coffee in Warwick

The drinks were great and plenty of options - including freshly squeezed orange juice. We were told the kitchen closes at 2 but we were still able to get toasties and some muffins which was lovely and good enough for us. Few staff but we were served with a smile and were brought our food and drinks quickly. Will be returning

Dirty poor service drinks on the service bar 5 minutes before served table not cleaned floor full of crumbs will not be back.

Zero hospitality from staff, drinks arrived quickly but food took almost an hour despite it being quiet, and when the food did arrive it was lukewarm and below average quality. No tables were cleared the whole time we were there

Visited for breakfast early on Sunday morning. Very quiet but took 45 minutes to receive our breakfast and drinks - 2 breakfasts were granola and porridge so not difficult. No apology - food arrived but still no drinks and when asked about them was told there was a backlog. There was no one waiting at all and only around 5 tables occupied. Staff were standing around talking and on their phones and had even made themselves a hot drink when we hadn’t received ours! No tables had been cleared in the whole time we were there either and the toilets were dirty. The food when it arrived was very mediocre and not worth the money. Definitely one to avoid!

Lovely cafe, been here many times in the past. However, me and my mother went in and were told the kitchen was closed at 2pm and the tables that were available were dirty and hadn't been cleared.

Lovely coffee in a really clean and friendly coffee shop. The staff were amazing, albeit they looked a little confused at times.

Woman that served me rolled her eyes when I checked whether they did takeaway coffee. Whole atmosphere felt cold and unfriendly and really put us off returning.

Not the quickest and service not brilliant,no teaspoon for coffee and when I asked she almost threw them on cup should be brought with coffee ! Also noticed a lot off tables took up with student types not having drink or food but using free WiFi !

Lovely friendly staff great selection of coffee an tea alike an if you want a little more there is plenty on hand a good menu It's great for family's singles an students alike including dogs which they also cater for which is a winner with my dog why not pop in an try it for yourself I defo recommend esquires

Wow! Considering it was super busy, the staff remained in control and friendly at all times. The young brunette girl that served me was extremely welcoming and greeted us with a lovely smile. Food was quick and my eggs Benedict tasted delicious. The only critique i would say is that i ordered a cake and had to ask twice before receiving it. However, the apologetic staff made up for this. Would definitively recommend!

Our recent visit to this café left us quite dissatisfied. We waited for our coffees for nearly 30 minutes, and despite checking along the way, our orders somehow got lost. Mistakes happen, and we understand that, but we were disappointed with how it was handled. The staff member, particularly the lady who dealt with us in the end, came across as quite arrogant. No apology was offered for the inconvenience caused. When we decided to cancel our order, her response was a simple "OK, when did you place your order" without any apology. To add to the frustration, no receipts were provided for the cancellation, and she appeared more focused on her mobile phone than assisting us. What struck us as particularly odd was her use of "your welcome" in an arrogant tone instead of an apology. It felt like she expected us to thank her for cancelling our orders, which was a rather rude approach. While we appreciate the atmosphere of the café, the customer service this time was truly disappointing. It's a shame because we enjoy the place, but this experience was not up to par. Hopefully, they can improve their customer service for the benefit of all customers.

This coffee shop has so much more potential, is nicely decorated, comfortable seats and a good location. Today was our first and now last visit. We waited ages to be served at the counter due to the two girls serving ingnoring us while they were giggling and messing around. The counter where the coffee was being prepared was an absolute mess. Chocolate powder and coffee everywhere. Lots of empty milk cartons abandoned. Dirty cups and glasses left. Two filthy soggy dishcloths left by serving area. The tables were sticky and hadn't been cleared, even outside. When eventually after a long wait our coffee arrived, no teaspoons or sugar. When I asked at the counter, two teaspoons they were taken off used saucers, rinsed under the tap and given to us. There was a male member of staff who obviously hadn't had any training who was polite and trying his best without anyone helping him. Properly managed with experienced staff this could be really good. Mopping the floor and cleaning the toilet would also help. Service: 1/5 | Atmosphere: 3/5

Extremely slow service with no where to sit due too everyone in the building on laptops taking up four space for just two people. Most of whom weren’t drinking / eating just using the free WiFi facilities.

It was great ! Such a great cafe to work honestly we loved it !!!! Would 100% recommend it ! The service was excellent and again such a pretty place

Had a sensory issue with a smoothie, Tiana was extremely helpful and understanding and strained it for me. The other girl on shift was lovely as well, really nice atmosphere and the food was delicious and the strained smoothie was great. 10/10 would recommend 😊

Coffee was nice, staff were ok, food was terrible. Jacket potatoes were cold and dry. They took them away to reheat and they came back half-heated up and even drier. The salad was left on the plate so also came back hot and soggy! Shame, as coffee is good, but prob won't be going back again.

I would definitely recommend going here as the coffee is fantastic. Service is amazing staff always have a smile on the face. Food is nice and quick from the kitchen and staff always have knowledge from the menu and the items that are in the main dish and they cater for allergies and tolerances, as I know for myself, as I am lactose intolerant

Gave this place another chance but sad to say the service was appalling! Lacklustre staff didn't give a toss about customers. Zero customer service. Shame as the coffee wasn't bad but then their are lots of other coffee shops in Leamington Spa.

We’ve been a few times and always enjoyed it. Staff are lovely, it’s a nice atmosphere and the drinks/food we’ve had have always been top-notch.

2 people … one coffee, one sausage roll… one cake and one Diet Coke …. 4 times of asking before the cake and Diet Coke could be delivered 15 mins behind my wife’s sausage roll 😂😂😂😂

Two friends out for lunch, ordered a rainbow flatbread and cheese toastie two coffees. The veg in flatbread was varied, colourful, the flatbread super light, hot and tasty, little sales, perfect dressing. Same with toastie, cheese on top and tomatoes inside, hot and tasty.

Great breakfast- v filling, and rightly so. £9 is not the cheapest vegan breakfast, but you get a lot for your money, it is delicious and the coffee is brilliant. Very clean and service was quick and friendly.

The coffee was OK but the tea was dreadful...undrinkable! Expensive too; £5.00 for a small latte and a 'dreadful' tea. Decent quality teabags aren't expensive.
