Gourmet Burger Kitchen Leamington Spa in Warwick

It was our first time visiting here, although we was welcomed with a lovely smile from a waitress called Chloe, who was very patient with us and read us through the menu as it was our first time. She was very polite and conversational. It was quick service, although when one of the burgers did arrive, there was some things wrong, though Chloe took it straight back to the kitchen and got it sorted with minutes. The food was absolutely gorgeous, and we absolutely recommend the Korean burger if you like a little bit of spice. We did give Chloe a tip and told her to keep it for herself, although she Clearly, is a team player and honest as she put it straight into the tip jar. Definitely will be coming back, hopefully get Chloe again!

Came for another meal for my second time. As wanted to introduce them to this lovely place. We was welcomed by a big smile from Chloe who served me the first time. We also had the delight of Shannon who was very polite and warming towards us. Again the food was excellent.

Spacious restaurant, self order, expensive drinks, food quick and easy eat. The salad looked old, and equally as pathetic as the coleslaw. I guess this isnt the place to go for salads, the burgers substantial

The food was absolutely awful. Poor quality. Child size portions. They also ask you for a tip before you’ve even had the food. We obviously won’t go back.

Good venue,staff friendly,very hot inside,white tiles in food area,which like five guys reminds me of a public toilet,food very over priced,the food was nice,no deals on offer at all, ordering by app only (which is a massive put off soon as you get in there),nearly £80 for three burgers and fries and a drink,was looking forward to it but probably won't be going back,sorry I was excited going there but it's just too much for me.

Visited after a good recommendation from the Oxford branch. When we arrived the restaurant had around 10 customers total (but about 15 just eat tickets). It took about 5 minutes to get seated with no one in front of me to wait for. Most of the tables were dirty from previous guests who had long gone. The manager seemed in no rush to clean or complete any real task he started. The final straw was the new waiter who had clearly not received full training getting our order wrong at which point we left and will probably never go back.

How can a burger restaurant have no ketchup or bbq sauce? We were simply told they had ran out! Couldn’t they not have nipped to the local shop for some. Unbelievable and not what I would expect from a burger restaurant. The food was very average, my burger was burnt. I’m not surprised the restaurant was empty. We will not be returning.

If I could give a 0, even that would be generous. I came with my partner and received some cold food and rude service. We then asked to speak to the restaurant manager just to pass some feedback back. We then spoke to Oliver who made the experience even worse. He was incredibly rude, abrupt and overall arrogant. He didn’t want to listen to what my partner and I had to say which made us feel very undervalued and uncomfortable. He is a poor representative for this company and I am surprised he is able to work at this supposedly high level. I hope something is done about this.

Had a family meal and it was fantastic! The best burger we had so far in a long time. The place is tidy and the staffs are friendly, smiley and helpful with navigating us through ordering using the app. We will be coming back!

Visited the other day with my family and everything was so good! We loved the milkshakes! Many thanks to the bearded manager who kindly made sure we have everything during our meal, the service was fantastic!

The burger was almost raw and inedible. The manager didn't seem to care. Really poor experience. I'll try other places in Leamington before I go back to GBK.

My family and I were totally humiliated and devastated - we tried to order at the bar and my husband simply said conversationally that he would pay extra if they would take the order at the table as our kids had so many questions. There were only 5 other people in restaurant. Server went mad, shouted at my husband and told us to leave. Despite us trying to then apologise for any misunderstanding- very confused- they refused to accept it and told us to get out. Now I see another review written earlier today also showing the manager not giving good service. Dreadful experience- ruined my day!

Had lunch here recently. We sat outside as it was a nice day. We were given the menu in paper form and told we could order off the website or via a server. We ordered online as that seemed easier. We both opted for lemonade which came with free refills. I had the strawberry one and it tasted very nice, not too sweet. We ordered 2 burgers, 2 chips on the 2 for £20 deal. This is great as most burgers are included in this deal. I also ordered extra onion rings. Food itself is very good. The portion sizes are huge! I struggled to finish mine. The burgers tasted great, not gritty. I love the match stick fries :-) onion rings were fantastic I could have eaten 2 portions of those We both had a refill of lemonade as it was a friends catch up and due to covid it had been a long time. Overall a decent burger place. Would definitely go again

The environment is very friendly, stuff very helpful with food and drink recommendations (waitress-Fanni). Great fresh food! Definitely will be back!

Absolutely fantastic service from our waitress, recommending amazing things from the menu and really taking the time to suggest what she thought was best. Was really lovely and refreshed by the salted caramel shake on such a hot day! We will definitely be back for more 5* service and beautiful food! Thank you Fanni and the whole team at GBK :D
