ordered a meal on their touch machine, it took my money but no receipt or order number, went to desk explained three times to young women who still could not under stand , so a chap came out and asked if we could prove it had taken our money, which we obviously couldn't, any way , reordered at counter, when i got home cheeked account and yes they had taken two payments, have tried for hours to find a contact , it seems there whole internet presence is a sham or deliberately set out to be impossible to contact , and their phone care line is never working.
We visited the store in the early evening via the drive through, I missed the order point.
The lovely young lady at the window, took my order. I mentioned its very awkward order but she insisted it’s no problem at all.
Took the time to listen to me, made me drink perfectly.
Said for me to try it before I left and would remake if not ok .. most places make you buy a new drink!!
So impressed with the service I received considering the staff were young they made me feel like I mattered really made my day!
This Subway is for me, a high Stakes opportunity to grab dinner on the way home without missing my bus. This time I had only 4 minutes, and they were closing up, but the young man was friendly, and efficient. Getting me on my bus in 4 minutes.
Very poor. I went for a coffee. My table was cluttered with uncollected crockery and a member of staff who was clearing tables missed mine and went onto spend several minutes chitchatting with customers while tables went uncleared. Twice staff tried to serve me with my coffee and I said I wished the table to be cleared of previous customers' dirty cups, etc before they put my coffee down. A nice member of staff called Kinga brought my coffee and eventually cleared my table before she could put the coffee on my table . If the person who was supposed to be clearing and cleaning the tables was in fact the Manager he set a very poor example to staff by spending 10 minutes gossiping with people when there were jobs to be done. I spent several years working in the hospitality trade and would have expected MY boss to have given me a good talking to if I'd behaved like that.
I went to Fish Fair tonight for takeaway kebab in pitta with salad and chips for four and it was absolutely delicious.
The staff were delightful, the portions were very large and the taste was fantastic.
You must go.....
Popped in prior to visiting Warwick Castle which is close by. Restaurabtvwasnt particularly busy but they still took overv20 minutes and then i went to the counter and they acted like i wasn't there. This is after using the computer to order to save them from serving me. Finally got the attention of someone and they looked into where my order was. It was nowhere, they hadn't bothered to make it so we would have been there all day if i hadnt gone up to check.
Came a few mibs later and said there was a system down issue (which only affected my order apparently) no apology though and seceral itens missing from order including 50% empty fries in each serving and the fruit bags.
Ordered desserts from the computer and it wouldn't take payment so had to go to till to pay. Not many staff around, all in the back avoiding customers.
Place is quite dirty, I cleaned the two children tablet screens for you though.
Hope they can get back to basics and improve.
I ordered within over 30 minutes of closing they said they received my order even though it decided(via website-card) and it would be 15 mins . I called after 15 mins no arrival they said it should be there and hug up- no arrival. Called agin they said they will call driver and called dominoes again and said the driver wasn’t coming ?? So what’s going on ?
This place is so embarrassing
