Fish Fare in Warwick

I visited Fish Fare whilst working away and asked for a VAT receipt. The staff acted as if I’d just handed them a dead baby. They begrudgingly routed around and after some time, found their VAT number. Whilst waiting for my order, a member of staff confronted me saying it’s not a legal requirement to be VAT registered. I wasn’t worried if they were or not! I just needed their VAT number for my work is they were.

Ok this must be the worst fish bar in Leamington spa. Mucked up my order chips were stale not fresh and the spring roll was tasteless Chicken was cold and hard !!!!! Advise... avoid!

Very disappointed with our order this evening. Ordered what we believed to be a family size portion of chips priced at £4.99 and what we recieved was less than a regular portion and most of it was the scrap end bits. Rang and queried this with the shop and the manager was very rude. Upon reading other peoples comments it appears he’s rude on several occasions

I’ve always found the food from this fish and chip shop, fresh and plentiful. The fish is lovely and the chips are freshly cooked. There is a huge range food, from the regular fish to pies, chicken and kebabs. The service is fast and efficient and there is parking outside.

Dry old fish and dry old chips - clearly everything had been cooked long before I arrived - nasty experience - never again.

Contrary to other reviews, we found the fish and chips served here to be tasty and good value for money. We've tried a few fish and chip shops around Whitnash and this one is the best we have found so far.

Ordered a few things apart from chips.. fish sausage a chicken kebab curry sause. Not good quality at all awful chips and my kebab was a vile sort of chicken only good thing was the fish as it was cooked fresh. price wise its ok but we wouldnt use it again.

Completely pants. Bland, watery, tasteless and miserable servers 😕 Must be the worst fish and chips in Warwickshire
