This Subway is for me, a high Stakes opportunity to grab dinner on the way home without missing my bus. This time I had only 4 minutes, and they were closing up, but the young man was friendly, and efficient. Getting me on my bus in 4 minutes.

I ordered on the Uber app a footlong meatball sub and they delivered a 6inch. I was so upset:( I went on my break at work and rang them. They didn’t pickup till the third try and then they would not listen to what I was saying! Then they put down the phone. I tried to ring back but they sent me to voicemail. Not cool, you owed me another 6inch

My family and I regularly get a subway and I can safely say this is the worst Subway I have ever been to. On opening my salad I found there to be only about 6 spinach leaves!! They are incredibly stingy. Very poor show. This picture shows the full salad I was given!!

Have frequented this location for a quick lunch solution.Today, same order BUT price jumped from £4.60 to £5.55 for the same thing?!? A whopping 21% price increase and the portions within were dismal! Smacks of some owners thinking they can screw the Leamington Spa customers. Well, the place was uncharacteristically empty at peak lunchtime and now I know why. Adios Subway Leamington Spa. "Pigs get fat, hogs get slaughtered."

Awful service, very very small portions! Advertised on tv about new spinach yet fail to mention you can only have one or the other until you’ve already ordered your salad box! No signs to say so and no warning before you order! Staff were extremely rude to me and when I rang up the manager, also spoken to very poorly! Refuse to let me have what I want in MY salad box that I am paying for! Will not be going back to leamington store as awful service and was not treated as a customer should be. Very stupid how I can’t pay for lettuce and spinach but that’s obviously the pettiness the store like to advertise. EVEN THOUGH a couple of weeks before I was ALLOWED lettuce AND spinach in my salad box. But suddenly has changed. Very RUDE!

Walked in for two lunch order paid for separately which was fine they said. The first one being a double chicken salad which they filled so awfully £4 for the smallest salad ever and it wasn’t even double chicken because they could clearly not understand me! Then I ask for a 6inch BMT the 6inch bread wasn’t even near 6inch if I measured it, it was tiny! And they said cheese and toasted I said yeah normal cheese they never even put cheese in it! Most driest and worst sandwich ever wasn’t even filled properly. Grabbed my food and walked and that’s the last time I ever go back!!!! Also not to mention how overpriced it is for tiny sandwich!

Visit each week and spend £17 on meals for 2. Last 2 visits, portions tiny and staff member rude and refused when asked to top up salad bowl to acceptable and usual level. However, quite happy to charge extra for size of meal regularly available in several other branches! Will be reporting to Head Office next week. Do not buy from this franchise if you want value for money. Had to give a one star rating but it should be a minus!

My friend and I were appalled at what we had to do to enjoy a meal here! First of all, when we approached the doorway expecting a nice cheap but tasty meal, we noticed a large step into the shop. It wouldn’t have been a problem if both I and my friends weren’t wheelchair users, but we are, and I use a powered chair which weighs close to 60KG alone, plus my own weight made it well over 100KG. So there was no chance of trying to mount the step without risking serious injury. My friend requested for a member of staff to come out, as we assumed they would have a ramp. Ten minutes of sitting in the pouring rain and blocking the pavement, there was still nobody there. Eventually kind members of the public offered to carry us inside, which my friend reluctantly accepted as time was pressing on and we had places to go. As wheelchair users, we are used to asking for help, but to actually have to be physically carried into the restaurant just so we could eat was both mortifying and dangerous. We later discovered there was no ramp, which is discrimination and completely unacceptable. When we finally got into the restaurant, the counter was far to high to be able to see anything, we had to ask the server several times to repeat what was on offer and get a member of public to pour our drinks and pay for us. Not only that, but we also were completely dependant on members of public to arrange our seating so we had a table and to get back out again. These poor people who had paid their hard earned money to eat in peace were forced to help out because no staff were willing to help. All of the above things should have been done by a staff member in accordance to the equality act 2010. We left completely humiliated and I’m sure the people who carried us in had sore backs!!!I will never return. Downright dangerous and embarrassing for everyone involved.

Never in my life have I been so disappointed than in the Leamington subway recently...I have been here a few times as I work close by and every single time I have been here I think to myself “what a bloody waste of time”No care has been taken to train staff properly.They can not comprehend portion size as I’ve had times when they have put 5 slices of cheese on a 6 inch and other times where a mountain of lettuce is apparently acceptableThe place is dirtyThe service is dispicableI WOULD RECCOMEND ALL CUSTOMERS TO STEER CLEAR AND POP DOWN TO MORRISONs and just buy the ingredients yourself because you’ll save hours of your time and have an infinitely better experience

Una estafa. No hay consistencia. Pedí atún footling. Me dieron 3. 5 bolas de atún cuando debería ser 5. Cuando me hicieron sentir tonto. He estado aquí en varias ocasiones y simplemente me parece peor. Además, justo antes de irme al miembro del personal manejó los contenedores de basura. No lo hizo en su lugar fue las manos en guantes y empezó empujado por manipulación de alimentos.

Me gusta el metro, teniendo en cuenta que es lo que es. Esta experiencia de metro era muy pobre. El personal era lento y desorganizado. Una cola de construcción y eran ineficientes. Oí varias otras cosas no muy clientes aleja diciendo sobre el personal de cortesía dopiness. He usado este metro un par de veces anteriormente únicamente para comodidad de donde iba y les dimos el beneficio de la duda, pero es claramente un patrón.

Siempre nos encanta el metro! La calidad y la variedad es excelente y la relación calidad-precio también es genial. Podría hacer con unos pocos asientos más para comer en el hotel, pero apreciar esto es una comida rápida un lugar realmente.

Just love the toasted half baguettes filled with tuna and salad. Always have cheese and toasted, just fab! Must try something else but every time I go I'm drawn back to it coz it's so fab!

Nothing much to say really, it's your average Subway. The usual girl there is friendly and doesn't mind me placing custom orders, but other than that, there is nothing above-average about this particular establishment.

Popped in prior to visiting Warwick Castle which is close by. Restaurabtvwasnt particularly busy but they still took overv20 minutes and then i went to the counter and they acted like i wasn't there. This is after using the computer to order to save them from serving me. Finally got the attention of someone and they looked into where my order was. It was nowhere, they hadn't bothered to make it so we would have been there all day if i hadnt gone up to check. Came a few mibs later and said there was a system down issue (which only affected my order apparently) no apology though and seceral itens missing from order including 50% empty fries in each serving and the fruit bags. Ordered desserts from the computer and it wouldn't take payment so had to go to till to pay. Not many staff around, all in the back avoiding customers. Place is quite dirty, I cleaned the two children tablet screens for you though. Hope they can get back to basics and improve.

Thank you to the guy who was working today Sunday 17 November. So friendly, professional and a credit to the company. Changed gloves to provide my veggie wrap without even asking. A service with a smile 😃 food was delicious and compared to other outlets, this guy was outstanding and deserves to be praised. If only all outlets had similar great service. Thank you 👏😆
