The Elephant & Castle in Warwick

I ordered within over 30 minutes of closing they said they received my order even though it decided(via website-card) and it would be 15 mins . I called after 15 mins no arrival they said it should be there and hug up- no arrival. Called agin they said they will call driver and called dominoes again and said the driver wasn’t coming ?? So what’s going on ? This place is so embarrassing

Ordered at half 7, food never arrived just saying “preparing order” and no way of cancelling or contacting them to cancel
