Absolutely disgraceful service from EMILY who told me and my baby to go elsewhere when I asked how long my order would take after sitting at the Drivethrough for over 20 minutes with no explanation. When I suggested I would make a complaint she happily told me it would only go through to her anyway. I am customer facing in my job and if I spoke to my clients like that I would no longer be employed. Maybe this restaurant should be more selective when hiring a representative of the business. Instead of rude, childish, bad mannered children with no social skills whatsoever. I won’t be leaving it there. Where has the customer service gone in this country??? A simple apology and explanation was literally all I needed and I would have been happy to wait a little longer.

Ordered a delivery, then cancelled 20 mins later as they had not started preparing the food and thought we would go there in the car instead but they do not refund the money. Lost over £20x won’t ever use again

We had takeaway ice cream from here and it was really good, particularly after a steep walk. The cherry bakewell ice cream is AMAZING. Definitely worth trying if you're in Ironbridge. It's just near the bridge so perfectly situated.

Ordered for collection. Accidentally took the pizza sauce off the pizza when customising - didn’t realise until while I was on the way I received a call from the store to check the order was correct. Great customer service and order ready to collect as soon as I arrived. Thank you

If you want a take away with some added shouting and some abuse then please order from here I’m actually really concerned and will be reporting this place to all authorities for other customers safety Was a really nice take away but when they can’t take criticism or accept any wrong doing when they mess an order up then they shouldn’t be in the business been inside the shop previously and they got a few orders wrong and had to remake the lot it wasn’t even a little wrong either. They put the bag of food to the side and the main owner is so abrupt very unapproachable person it is very concerning for all customers. As customers you expect your money to be spent on food you want and request and cooked to standards that is edible too. Unfortunately this restaurant doesn’t think so and just shout at you and get aggressive. Unfortunately when running two different businesses side to side gets abit to much and can’t keep up with the standards when opening prior to getting popular, if you can’t take abit of criticism and complaints and refuse to make it right resulting into refusing custom to those people then you won’t have a business for long as word of mouth and reviews sticks so good luck to you all. I will be writing more about the aggression and abuse I have received this evening and the money you’ve taken for a week the shouting down the phone I can assure you now I ain’t the only person that is passing this information around and have graced me with the reactions you have served me tonight. We used to eat here with friend when it was the (Mauchak) and noticing it had changed names to the (Cardamom Kitchen) thought i would give them a try and ordered a takeaway, i confess to being a born optimist and really did hope that t would get something that would be really good, i ordered two curries (Chicken tikka Jalfrezi) and another meal from the chef's recommendations, without going into a diatribe of what was wrong with them both, all i will say is that they were both without a doubt the worst presentations of amateurish Indian cooking that i have ever had the misfortune to buy and taste, needless to say it is and will be the last time they have any further food orders from me.

Second time on the bounch I have gone through the drive through, to collect an order for home and found it incompleat missing a Royal burger once I had arrived home. Meaning I had to return to the site and complain to get what I had ordered.

Ordered through uber eats, delivery was 40 mins actually took 2hrs. Food was cold & the crispy beef was fatty inedible soggy chunks. Worst Chinese I have ever had. Would not recommend in the slightest. Poor

Didn’t turn up!!!!! Called restaurant no answer! When I went on the actual restaurants website it said closed!!! Fuming! Finally got refund off just eat and all I got for waiting over2 and half hours was £5 compensation! Absolutely terrible service! Don’t order from this restaurant!

Collection- didn't acknowledge me for 10 minutes despite there being several people in the kitchen. Turns out my order was ready so didn't need to wait! Then forgot one pizza. Got to my car and realised the sauce was not as ordered. Then the lady server told me I had ordered the wrong one...nope, clearly right on my order. Frankly disgusting. And not very hot either. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. Rude, unhelpful and incompetent.

Went inside to order diner. Placed order with young girl. She started filling order on tray and left this on side with 2 chicken peices and 1 fries going cold for 10min. While waiting for more fries to be cooked. I pointed out that this was going cold and asked if she could change the fries for warm ones when she did the rest of order. She just turned round, gave what I would call a dirty look and walked off. She then got her coat and left. A lad came over and asked if I was OK. I explained to him that I had asked for the fries to be changed when fresh ones were cooked. He picked the tray up and put it under the heater by the fries counter. I said I dont want the chicken and fries warmed up as they had been out too long, I just want the fries changed for fresh. He looked at me and said (I'm not putting up with this f______ s___) and walked round the back. I was shocked by him swearing at me and called my husband over. As I was explaining to my husband, the lad came back round and swore at my husband. NEVER A GOOD MOVE. My husband called for the manager who came round. While explaining to him what happened, the lad just got the food and threw it in the bin. His attitude was disscusting. The manager gave a refund and we went next door to Burger King where we were met by a friendly member of staff and had a lovely meal. If I hadn't got my husband out of KFC then we would have spent the evening at a police station and the lad in intensive care. I have never had such bad customer service anywhere. If the staff arn't happy in their work then they should leave as there are plenty of decent people that could do their job.

Management stick 100% with staff but REFUSE to hear anyone else’s opinion on what happened. Even though they have cameras.

Spent £24 on a pizza, two small sides and a drink. After the initial shock we bit the bullet and ordered, collecting in “10-15”mins, I entered the branch at 15 mins, it said on their screen the food was ready and could see it on a table behind the counter, I must have counted 5-6 staff members in the kitchen chatting and laughing, all could see me as the entrance is by the kitchen with a huge glass window, took ages to be handed the food as I was only served when I became visibly frustrated with them. Got home which is only a minute away, food was cold, pizza and garlic slices hadn’t even been sliced properly so had to rip the food apart, cheese wasn’t evenly spread, chicken strips were cold. I don’t understand how Domino’s justify their insane sky high prices for such poor quality service and food. Could have had a huge variety of food from the local Chinese at the same price, this restaurant are disorganised, rude and don’t care how your food comes out to you, avoid!

I've nothing against the street food I'm just suck and tired if having to walk past asda colleagues smoking on the footpaths instead of their dedicated smoking shelter
