KFC in Telford and Wrekin

Went inside to order diner. Placed order with young girl. She started filling order on tray and left this on side with 2 chicken peices and 1 fries going cold for 10min. While waiting for more fries to be cooked. I pointed out that this was going cold and asked if she could change the fries for warm ones when she did the rest of order. She just turned round, gave what I would call a dirty look and walked off. She then got her coat and left. A lad came over and asked if I was OK. I explained to him that I had asked for the fries to be changed when fresh ones were cooked. He picked the tray up and put it under the heater by the fries counter. I said I dont want the chicken and fries warmed up as they had been out too long, I just want the fries changed for fresh. He looked at me and said (I'm not putting up with this f______ s___) and walked round the back. I was shocked by him swearing at me and called my husband over. As I was explaining to my husband, the lad came back round and swore at my husband. NEVER A GOOD MOVE. My husband called for the manager who came round. While explaining to him what happened, the lad just got the food and threw it in the bin. His attitude was disscusting. The manager gave a refund and we went next door to Burger King where we were met by a friendly member of staff and had a lovely meal. If I hadn't got my husband out of KFC then we would have spent the evening at a police station and the lad in intensive care. I have never had such bad customer service anywhere. If the staff arn't happy in their work then they should leave as there are plenty of decent people that could do their job.

The worst KFC I have ever been to. Waited 20 mins behind 5 cars waiting to pay, when we got to the widow it was the say girl that was taking orders? I asked for 3 piece original, in the bag was 2 wing and a piece of a rib cage. all cooked till dry and not edible, also asked for chilli source, she said it was in the bag, NO was not. The think KFC should be ashamed of this outlet and close it down?

Not familiar with the layout missed the very small box on the sude with drive through. There were no other cars restaurant not busy. When arriving at the first window the server would not take my order had to drive round!! Poor customer service would have drove off but had hungry kids

The staff here have a special talent. They can successfully burn the food and serve it cold. Well done

Came in today and only had good things to say. Gaz came over to check if we had ordered and then brought us our food and sorted everything we needed. He got us extra sauce, straws, napkins etc. Then came to check how our food was which I’ve never experienced in a KFC before. Really great service from Gaz. 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Definitely the worst KFC I have ever been to in my life consistently bad i’ve been a few times the wait time is ridiculous, even though no one is in their staff are rude slow and not helpful. Food is cold and taste rubbish

Amazing food quality just a long wait. The restaurant wasn't spotless but it was acceptably clean. Don't visit on a lunch break just when you have time to wait for some good fried chicken.

Fast service😂 I believe a snail would serve quicker from one side of the room to the other, better than these staff of how slow the service really is! They take fast food service to a low level. I have ordered from home via Deliveroo (ex-employee) it took over between an hour and a half to two hours for deliver… yes almost 2 hours of deliver a simple two meals... The timer kept going up and up. I get and understand it’s busy parts of the day. When I ordered it’s the quiet time of the day.. it shouldn’t take over an hour of a half to receive my food and never had to wait this long of all takeaway services! The driver apologised to me of the delay and explained to me it’s the service from KFC how slow they worked, lack of staff willing to work basically slacking and had bad attitude from the manager and co workers.. Received the food of course cold, soggy, pink in the chicken and missing items… two hours later a visit from the toilet and loose 2 days of work. I’m sure they knew I ordered the food to say thank you for leaving us. Things I can say is unreal…. My piece of advise for anyone to visit this KFC don’t bother! If you need a job at KFC go elsewhere in Telford they treat you like a dogs body.

I have put one star as you have to leave at least one however, my experience does not even deserve one star! Absolutely fuming after todays escapade! KFC will not reply as they do not seem to reply to any negative comments or reviews but ..... KFC Telford, Rampart Way: I placed an order at the drive through for over £35 worth of food, a busy Saturday so sat in line for approx 35 mins. When getting to the payment till I was told my order was £12. I explained. that it could not be that then, overheard the girl say "How are we getting this so wrong" - After another 10 mins of waiting another assistant came back and said there had been an error and the order not taken. Instead of good customer service, namely taking the order there and asking to wait in the car park and they would bring it out, I was told "You will have to drive around AGAIN and place the order AGAIN". Whenever I have used this KFC before I have found customer service shocking and waiting times disgusting. AVOID THIS KFC AT ALL COSTS!

The worst KFC in the UK? Waited 30 Mins in the Drive through, Ordered food with a young Girl, had to repeat my order several times. When the bag was given it had no napkins, order was incomplete. No Gravy No beans No Chili sauce. Very poor KFC, Will never use this KFC ever again.

Ordered through just eat on Friday 25 th nov half an hour before the last orders were taken ! I ordered almost £40 worth of food even tho it came when they said it was terrible !! Food cold that had to be heated up ordered two large beans got two coleslaw , two cans of pop only one arrived one less box of popcorn chicken and three pieces of chicken missing ! This was so dissapointing , I called the store and the lady was no help what so ever not willing to replace as it was too late and all she said was next time you’re in we will replace !! What use is that to me now or anytime ? This store needs new management or retraining not the first time it has received complaints

Absolutely appalling. Bought a chicken wrap as something quick and easy to take away got given it and it was thrown in the the bag no packaging or anything. Took it back the young girl was happy to get a fresh one. Fresh one came and there was nothing fresh about it was stone cold.

Ordered on Saturday 16th July through just eat. Recieved text via just eat a little while later saying order delivered. No delivery was made so called KFC who were really helpful and apologetic. They sent a second order explaining the fault was out of there control as the delivery drivers were just eat. The second delivery never turned up and after the second delivery never turned up anouther call was made. Again redelivery didn't turn up and a final third didnt. Still waiting for a refund from just eat.
