Stopped by for a coffee whilst walking in the area. Lovely garden seating area. The coffee was average but it is a great place to stop at and enjoy the scenery. They have a few snacks and also ice cream. I was told it has been taken over by a charity helping ex-convicts so it deserves some patronage if you are passing.

Didn’t turn up!!!!! Called restaurant no answer! When I went on the actual restaurants website it said closed!!! Fuming! Finally got refund off just eat and all I got for waiting over2 and half hours was £5 compensation! Absolutely terrible service! Don’t order from this restaurant!

Collection- didn't acknowledge me for 10 minutes despite there being several people in the kitchen. Turns out my order was ready so didn't need to wait! Then forgot one pizza. Got to my car and realised the sauce was not as ordered. Then the lady server told me I had ordered the wrong one...nope, clearly right on my order. Frankly disgusting. And not very hot either. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. Rude, unhelpful and incompetent.

Second time on the bounch I have gone through the drive through, to collect an order for home and found it incompleat missing a Royal burger once I had arrived home. Meaning I had to return to the site and complain to get what I had ordered.

Absolutely disgraceful service from EMILY who told me and my baby to go elsewhere when I asked how long my order would take after sitting at the Drivethrough for over 20 minutes with no explanation. When I suggested I would make a complaint she happily told me it would only go through to her anyway. I am customer facing in my job and if I spoke to my clients like that I would no longer be employed. Maybe this restaurant should be more selective when hiring a representative of the business. Instead of rude, childish, bad mannered children with no social skills whatsoever. I won’t be leaving it there. Where has the customer service gone in this country??? A simple apology and explanation was literally all I needed and I would have been happy to wait a little longer.
