If you want a take away with some added shouting and some abuse then please order from here I’m actually really concerned and will be reporting this place to all authorities for other customers safety Was a really nice take away but when they can’t take criticism or accept any wrong doing when they mess an order up then they shouldn’t be in the business been inside the shop previously and they got a few orders wrong and had to remake the lot it wasn’t even a little wrong either. They put the bag of food to the side and the main owner is so abrupt very unapproachable person it is very concerning for all customers. As customers you expect your money to be spent on food you want and request and cooked to standards that is edible too. Unfortunately this restaurant doesn’t think so and just shout at you and get aggressive. Unfortunately when running two different businesses side to side gets abit to much and can’t keep up with the standards when opening prior to getting popular, if you can’t take abit of criticism and complaints and refuse to make it right resulting into refusing custom to those people then you won’t have a business for long as word of mouth and reviews sticks so good luck to you all. I will be writing more about the aggression and abuse I have received this evening and the money you’ve taken for a week the shouting down the phone I can assure you now I ain’t the only person that is passing this information around and have graced me with the reactions you have served me tonight. First of all, they were rude, and not friendly at all, food was completely wrong and did not listen to my request at all when I specifically said I do not want any chillies. As well as my meal which was not fresh at all, any part of it, I also ordered piri piri fries , I was given plain fries which were extremely stale, as if they were left out for three days. Absolutely disgusted. Never visiting again. And would strongly recommend for anyone else who would like eatable food to stay away! The restaurant was empty when we ordered so there really wasn’t any reason for such poor service and the mess up with the order.

Ordered shish kebabs a few times always tasty but I do have to say the salad is really really really poor, it basically non existent which is disappointing on many occasions no point even putting in comment box plenty of salad you still only get half a slice of cucumber 10 shreds of red cabbage and a few pieces of onion don’t even get any pickle chillies which from most Kababe places you get all the salad it’s just not worth the money tbh

Been coming a few years. Time and time again this place serves great tasting food. No difference today either. Thanks. Iqram

Errors were made on 3 out of 4 meals that we ordered. My 11 year old was left upset and waiting for a re-delivery. For the not inconsiderable amount we expected better. We've ordered from there many times in the past and generally, it's been ok. This times, poor excuses were offered. A promise was made to make amends when we ordered again. A bottle of fizzy drink and garlic bread just wasn't good enough. There is plenty of takeaway choice in Telford. Choose somewhere different.

Your not going to come here for fine dining but if you want to grab a burger or a kebab it will be fine. I dont expect it to feature in the michelin guide any time soon.
