Burger King in Telford and Wrekin

Second time on the bounch I have gone through the drive through, to collect an order for home and found it incompleat missing a Royal burger once I had arrived home. Meaning I had to return to the site and complain to get what I had ordered.

We had the food delivered through just eat. When the food arrived it was cold, we had to put it in the microwave to be able to eat. If you are thinking of buying food from a burger king in my opinion it would be best to purchase it from another store and keep away from this one.

On way back from a breakaway in wales going home to Solihull we wanted a Burger King off m54 motorway so our maps found this one 👍🏼Great self service to use your bk points to redeem ..Brilliant service , nice friendly staff..lovely food . Extremely clean restaurant..

There’s a new guy in there, I think he’s management as he was wearing a black shirt and not a Burger King logo, the service in there is usually hit and miss, but my kids like it so we go back. The new guy stood out to me, very polite, navigated me through my order efficiently and was just genuinely helpful, he offered to carry the tray over to the table while I poured my drinks and also gave the kids some paper hats, he was probably the only person with a smile on his face when he served us. He even thanked us on the way out.

Sloppy food. Horrible waste of time. We waited 20 minutes for a time waster. Can I have some burger with my lettuce please? Fast food? Wow. More like slow food. I do not recommend to ANYONE, not even if your starving. I do not wish this on my worst enemy, let alone a FRIEND!!! How dare you waste my time! I would put 0 stars if I could. ( but that is not optional) DO NOT GO THERE!!!
