Nice breakfast bap and cup of tea

Big disappointment. Microwaved food, no flat white in the machine and service without smile. Bad experience.

If I could give 0 stars for everything I would they didn’t even have forks. Also most of the tables haven’t been cleaned

Useless when comes to delivery orders items missing and no common sense, I'll give you most recent example ordered 3 meals and they sent 1/2 a meal with no drinks, anyone else would have called or canceled the order but they ofcourse think that's acceptable. Really tried to give it a chance as like morrison cafe but tbh will never be going there or ordering again!!

Absolutely dire and awful place, wasn't busy, took ages, food came was cold, didn't follow instructions on order screen asked for butter on breakfast rolls and none was on, she brought butter but then had to go back for a knife. All the staff looked like they didn't want to be there I can see why it's rated as it is, close it I would. Never again

Ooh dear this place has gone downhill, the self service machine is intermittent, the drinks machine often isn’t working and the coffeee is dreadful… breakfast was cold with hard egg and cold bacon. The poor assistants are few and worked off their feet so no complaints about them! It won’t last and it’ll soon be a soulless American coffee chain no doubt what a shame!

What on earth has happened to this cafe? We stopped in for lunch, and not a member of staff was visible which created some confusion on how to order (app, self-service machine?). We ordered lunch through the self-service machine. There was no coffee or hot chocolate available due to the machine not working (although they did offer a free instant). It was hard to find a table as most hadn't been cleared. The table we found needed a wipe but the staff we saw were busy bringing food out (saw 2). My wife had a jacket potato which she described as 'barely microwaved' and just about edible. I had the scampi but the peas were overcooked and I couldn't eat them. I haven't been for a long time and I won't hurry back - absolutely soulless

The blandest food I’ve ever eaten. My beef was like sandwich meat, it was so thin. The peas were just water & I think I could have wallpapered my lounge with the mash.

Myself and my wife are regulars at this cafe. For the first time I have fealt that the meal we shared was not worth the money. I had the Chicken Tikka... They charge £6.49 for it in the cafe. Its clearly the microwave meal they sell, for £2.50 on the shop floor. The service today wasn't much better either, decided to make a comment on fact that my son (Has autism), would only eat chips. A lovely roll of the eyes and a scuff from the staff member. Usually, it's an alright experience, today.. not so much. Very disappointed, charging someone £4 extra because you need to put it in the microwave. Shameful.

Waited over half an hour for food, no sign of any staff, food finally arrived, none of it looked freshly cooked, sausages were overcooked, eggs were undercooked or rock hard, mash had been heated through and had lumps in it, won't be eating there again.

Staff overworked, only one member of staff who was ran off her feet, food awful! Ordered avocado and poached eggs, food served appropriately 10 minutes after ordering, avocado was liquid you could have poured it!

Did you know that you could get a kid's meal for free when you purchase a meal at Morrison's cafe? It’s a fantastic deal. My son and I look forward to Friday afternoons because we get amazing lunch from Morrison's cafe. My son loved his food.

Got my grandkids and sister there on Friday as it was buy a adult meal get a child free last time I went there was over 3 years ago kids wanted the ham box meal soft cheese was the other meal box ham didn’t taste right bread was not fresh I had chicken dinner roast potatoes wasn’t defrosted in the middle chicken was not nice gravy cold veg frozen left most of it sister left scampi chips peas 👎 most of her too will not be back there again discussing cost £18:76

Very disappointed with a recent experience here. I popped in around 2pm on Saturday afternoon and there were no sandwiches available. I asked about alternatives and was offered the option of a toastie, but there were no options that didn't include cheese. Before I left, I asked about the possibility of giving customer feedback and was told to go to the customer service desk. There was a long queue at the desk, which is combined with the desk at which lottery tickets can be purchased, and was understandably busy on a Saturday afternoon. I walked through the store in search of a staff member and eventually found one one who took down my contact details and promised that the cafe manager would call me that afternoon. More than a week later I still haven't received a call. I've been a regular here in the past, but can't honestly recommend or even rate it right now.

Not impressed. Hard bits in the sausages, cold. Selling mocha and hot chocolate but not having any?? Rubber scrambled eggs disgusting

We went after seeing the half breakfast deal- £2.75! Very covid secure. Only thing was you had to order via a self service machine which caused a queue but was easy to use. You chose and table and then helped yourself to drinks from the machine. The breakfast can’t quickly and was well cooked. No complaints at all about the food. Good service. Clean cafe.

First had to wait noone on till Then no milk for tea no napkins Then in ladies loo no toilet roll in 2 loos very disappointed

I ordered Fish n chips mushy peas. Sat down at my table. Only to be told 5mins later. That they had no fish so could i choose something else. I chose steak Pie chips. Sorry we have no pies!! Marvelous, ok have you got a full breakfast? Yes very good. Settled on that with a free cup of tea for my inconvenience. Breakfast came beans were just warm at best and didnt receive my free cup of tea either!!. Not good at all

I did not enjoy it atall my yolks in my porched eggs was hard there was a hair in my food and they forgot items off my order. My white was raw my bacon fat was completely raw. Hair image on the tissue

What can i say apart from awful, no social distancing in this cafe establishment and waited in a queue with people who obviously did not give a flying .......what covid is, also one of the staff continusoly touched her mask and then handled packaging on the shelves. i walked out. Morrisons should be more observant of protecting themselves and their customers

Staff is impolite. Food is poorly cooked. My eggs were raw. Had to take them back. So what they did was- they fried the same eggs and put them on a same plate. Never again will come to this cafe.

Staff always friendly especially Amanda and Daryl, always make you aware if there is a wait for food and if they have ran out of a product before they complete your order. Me and children enjoy our breakfast mornings at the cafe.

New system of ordering as you come in is confusing - nothing to indicate what you do once you've ordered... Tables were dirty and food took over 30 minutes to arrive - not going to be visiting again in the near future 😣

Sometimes excellent, sometimes dire, that's the staff and the food! It's just pot luck unfortunately.

The coffee was out of a machine and it was terrible worst coffee ☕ I have ever tasted and the all day breakfast I had was very poorly done it was floating in grease the Sausages were hard and over done the egg was still raw and slimy wouldn't reccomend this Cafe

I ordered chicken and chips and was told they had none... even though they were cooked ones in store. slush puppie machine out of order and flat coke ...

The one in Lawley does amazing food

The food was cold and the new menus need a good looking at the Tikka Masarla .....Don't have it .

Only two people in restaurant, no staff on duty, waited ten minutes and then went to customer service desk, that was closed so had to go across to counter to ask staff where was restaurant staff. She went to back kitchen to find someone. She said to me "you should have knocked on kitchen door" not the answer we wanted to hear.

Food is nice and reasonably priced

Not so good as it used to be. It used to be a place we went to a lot but recent visits have been very dissappointing & the food thrown on the plates !!!

The food can be a bit mixed as to availability and cook but mostly OK and shop quite tidy and all staff very helpful they also seem tobe low on products and changing the shop around can be very difficult for the customers but must say most of the supermarkets are the aame

Discussed, cold food that took ages to get served. Manager of the store agreed to give us all a refund & an apology.

A light, bright clean café with a good basic selection of food at great prices. Even offer a vegan meal as part of their 2 for £10 meal deal. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Why is it if you ask for your eggs to runny they invariably are solid! I like to see care is taken over the cooking and when they arrive with surplus fat you know it's time to give up....

The tannoy system is very loud and the wifi is poor especially in the cafe.

Sauce missing from burgers and only told afterwards that they didn't have any, but was disgusting anyway so probably wouldn't have made any difference. Chips tasted like they'd been sat out under a heat lamp for the past few hours. Slow service. Doesn't even deserve 1 star! Avoid.

Staff are friendly and efficient I had macaroni cheese and my husband had cheese toastie's both very nice

Didn’t deserve 1 to be honest. Myself & husband went for breakfast today 5/5/19. Went we got to the til we ordered 2 small breakfasts. We’re told half an hour wait that’s ok they were a lil bit busy. 45 minutes later our breakfast came looked like the food was thrown on the plate no presentation everything looked like it was over cooked and hours old and to top it off it was cold. Then we asked where our toast was the young girl was quite stressed and not very polite. We waited another 20 minutes. Left our breakfast & still never received toast so we walked away Never Again will we be visiting

Absolute rubbish. On a Sunday morning you have to wait 30 minutes to be served a substandard breakfast. They blame a shortage of staff however I know at least a dozen members of the public who have applied to work for Morrisons and have been refused !!

Half hour wait for food. Not busy. People being refunded left right and centre. Saw one man send his sausage sandwich back TWICE with mouldy bread. Joke. Never again

Ordered breakfasts came with no hash browns and no black pudding when questioning them said they had none but didn't tell us so we got a refund don't think we will bother again

Took granddaughter and her cousin for lunch after swimming on the mon during half term (1st day of school hol). They had hardly any food left. They had 3 things left on the menu. But only got told after everything was ordered and paid for and we were sat down waiting, so had to have refund for part of order as there was nothing to replace it. This cafe used to serve lovely food. My husband and I often came for breakfast on a Sat morning. But its gone down hill drastically so we've stopped coming. Now the food is very over cooked, hard, burnt and often practically cold, probably due to being left continually on open warming tins and it not being replaced with fresh after a certain length of time. Also the presentation was awful. It looked like it was thrown on the plate or everything just slopped on top of everything else. They often ignored requests for removing items or forgot to put extra items on that were paid for. Shame really as its a nice cafe that can and needs to be so much better.

My egg and beans were cold and we had to ask for forks and teaspoons. The staff looked exhausted.

My Wife and I visited on Saturday March 2nd at about midday and looked forward to a pleasant late breakfast. How very disappointing. We were initially greeted with "You will have to wait at least 25 minutes as there is a delay". However we thought it may be worth the wait. We spent over £15 for two breakfasts with toast and coffee. Breakfast arrived after about 15 minutes but looked like it had been cooked hours earlier. There was no clean cutlery in evidence, we had to request knives. The food was cold within a few minutes and was overcooked, dry and unpalatable. The coffee cups were all either dirty or cracked. Probably our worst food experience ever. The food was so poor that we both suffered digestion discomfort for the rest of the day. Would certainly not recommend. We should have requested a refund, but decided to leave gracefully.

This cafe is your typical average cafe where the food and drinks are good if you want something at a reasonable price. Service is okay but staff are not always the most helpful.

Arrived at 10.00am. Trays and tables dirty. Had to ask for milk. Food OK. Staff didn't appear delighted to see us!

Absolutely fantastic service here

Been in hospital only been able to go out for a few weeks, had not been to Wellington since before last Christmas, my daughter took me and we had a very enjoyable reasonably priced lunch at Morrison's before shopping in store.

It's a supermarket cafe, so it's cheap and cheerful.

Friendly staff and a varied menu for snacks lunch dinner good menu for children

Food took ages to get cooked and there wasn't a lot of people in

Good but lacks anything overly amazing.
