McD's was McD's . service good ..

Ordered a meal for family of five at peak evening time. Food was nice but not hot enough by the time it was ready. Very busy and quite a long wait but happy with the quality of the food. More should be done to keep food hot if possible.

Everything you need can be found on the beach. It's great that you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas. The beach is child-friendly.

Really good McDonald's. The workers were extremely friendly and there was nothing wrong with the order. Burger tasted great and fries were perfectly salted and crispy. Very clean place aswell

Had an extreamly busy work morning and had about 5 mins spare to grab a coffe, ordered a toffee latte and left the drive through, another 10min down the road I took a sip and it turned out the gave me a black tea by mistake ruined my morning lol Come back the next day and explained and although the staff explained and understood, the manager wasn’t interested in making me another coffee to make up for it

Really slow service and keeps getting orders wrong - drive to Donnington instead (10 mins down the road) at least they don't get your orders wrong there - this franchisee needs to be reviewed Ronald!

Food took forever to get here, food was cold, half the food was missing from my order as i had payed for the food i was missing, when i called the McDonald’s it took the 25 minutes to answer the woman who picked up I couldn’t understand as she was talking way to fast as I thought she was speaking spanish the first time and when i asked her to repeat i could barely understand a word when she asked for a number i asked which ones as there were two she said the number and i told her she said they sent me a email as i was looking she was very inpatient and when i looked there was no email i told her she said there was i checked my messages and there was only a check where my order is I informed her and she refused to believe me at this point I started to get annoyed then she asked me for the same number as i told her before i will NEVER go back overall 1 stars

Excellent McDonald's. Pulling a trailer so needed extra space to park. Didn't park at Maccy's but so many other large car parks nearby it was perfect.

Everytime you have to wait for food, be quicker to do it myself,usually a 10 min wait not a fast food restaurant

It is just like any other McDonalds, service was good, food was good (although no Michelin stars here) but they really do lack atmosphere.

We stopped here for drinks . Took ages to get served. We used the drive thru. Lots of people were waiting. It's not a regular choice for us and probably won't bother in the future unfortunately.

Worst McDonalds I’ve been to in every aspect since it opened it hasn’t improved they can’t get simple orders correct and even then the wait time is like 40 mins and the management is super rude

Just pulled in for a Coffee, only two cars In frount of me, but taken 7min before I eventually received the coffee, next time I'll pop to Greggs just across the road

Nice restaurant clean toilets and clean restaurant small parking space let's this down,could not find a space had to park elsewhere then walk to it.

Last few visits have all been problematical. I know I order a salad but it's on their menu and 3 times now it hasn't been right with it either being totally wrong or bits missing such as sauce or even the cutlery! If you are visiting here and ordering salad check before you leave that it is correct as I do every time now.

As ever, mega slow to get the food out.

One of the best McDonald's I've ever been to. Crispy fries, staff were attentive and friendly, checking to see how our food was mid-meal - certainly service with a smile. Decent tunes too.

Was very disappointed in the time of service they forgot to MAKE MY FRAP very disappointed never coming back do better tomorrow!!!

Went thru the drive thru, and when I came to eat my food the order was wrong and chips were stone cold. They didn’t give me my drink (I should have checked but still… got the order right!) I asked for no tomato and no gerkin and got both, no drink and stone cold chips. I can live with that if I was offered another meal but I spoke to CLINTON THE MANAGER. His attitude was absolutely disgusting. He said I had to drive back with the food and he MAY rectify it. He was so rude I never want to go there again. He also put the phone down on me. I will be looking to make a formal complaint about CLINTON as he was vile!

Always manage to mess up my order. Slow even on a lesser busy day. Bad vibes all the way round. But the drive through service is top notch.

Possibly the worst Mcdonalds I've ever been in. Slow and unfriendly. That moment of despair whebln you place your order, see that there is a queue of 8 ahead of you and realise that the orders are coming out at the rate of around 1 every 5 minutes. Everytime. Seriously, don't bother.

not happy whatsoever, placed an order last night for delivery for a wrap and ended up getting just a box with one little piece of chicken in & another box with lettuce and mayonnaise on it, can hardly call that a wrap. when i rang them to explain what happened they were very rude and told me i need to order another one…luckily uber are refunding me half of the money. but newport mcdonald’s needs to sort itself out ! how can it not be their problem, when it’s their restaurant. they packed my order. & when ur hungry and pay for food you expect it all to be there …

Food was out quickly dispite being busy. Order correct. Order had been stood a while as warm not hot. Order neat not thrown together. Toilets needed a clean. We had our food delivered to our table.

I have been to this takeaway 12 times since they open and 9 times missed stuff off my order so I go Donnington now as at least they don't mess up this much Has a manager they need to sort this out but the higher ups are all young with no more than a few months experience Been there again to wait 30 minutes at a window to get my food eventually to get home and 2 things missing again THIS IS AWFUL SERVICE ABSOLUTELY APPALLING No one ever comes back from these or contacts any complaints load of idiots who run this McDonald's

Staff are good, always sort out mistakes and Thank You Peter for replacing the fries my little girl dropped all over the floor so quickly, even when it was really busy. It's the little things that make a difference.

They are quite slow and always goes first for someone ordered through the delivery app rather than customer who ordered directly I think.

Waited over ten minutes in bay for a happy meal. When it finally arrived the order was incorrect so had to go in store, spoke to manager ‘Poppy’ (could be ‘Boppy’) as badge was smeared with grime! VERY rude and patronising, needs to go back to social school. will not be returning

Food was cold, service was bad, and the icing on the cake they were dusting the ceiling and vents above the table as we were eating, avoid like the plague, shocking immaturity, like kids in school

Nothing special. There is little thought for customers and the food is just thrown together into a bag and 'almost' thrown at you to get to the next customer. Opening the food revealed a just about edible burger, cool fries and I doubt I'll go back except when someone else pays.

The takeaways are always cold, when we have visited But this time it gave me the worst ever bad stomach aches and diarrhea ever Maccies has gone down the toilet, quicker than my bad stomach did ! !

I mean, you can hardly call that a chicken salad when the salad consists of only lettuce and 3 slices of cucumber. The website states there should be red onions and tomatoes on here too. Can't expect much for a mcdonalds salad, but the kids wanted to eat there and I am on slimming world. I didn't expect to hungrier after eating than I was before. Consider adding more chicken and including a minimum of the ingredients you're supposed to in the salad. Also despite going through the drive through, I then had to go back in as half the things I ordered were missing.

Hit and Miss really with any mcdonald's. Sometimes its hot and fresh sometimes its warm and seems like it's been sat their a while. Sometimes the drinks are just fizzy and no flavour.. sparkling water vibes. Sometimes the fries are tough and just awful. Sometimes they forget things and tell you to take it up with the delivery company.. even though Mcdonald's forgot to put an item in the bag... make it make sense. overall, it's maccies... no one will ever stop going there. We've had good and bad experiences with their food. We just don't get deliveries anymore because they are no help if they mess up.

Fast food there is nothing fast about this McDonald's only orderd and normal cheese burger fries and Coke and took 15 mins to get my order on drive though. Disgusting

For the second time on ordering on the app was kept waiting 20 minutes and the McDonalds wasn’t busy. I can use uber eats they don’t deliver, but annoyed at being kept waiting.

Decent food very clean and tidy establishment. Very impressed. It was quite late and the area was quiet and therfore not that busy but still the place was spotless.

Went here a few weeks ago - first time as I don't live in the area. Food was good unlike some other people's reviews. Really hot, and the McSpicy "RedHot" was perfect, albeit with a dose of watery eyes! Food was prepared quite quickly. Overall your average mcdonalds but better.

Usually order from the touch screens. Don't really talk to the staff. Decent place when quiet. Not too fond of it when it's packed but it's expected. Food is usually pretty good but can be hit or miss. Great value for money though.

Just went to get a coffee, but it was very busy on a Sunday afternoon

Refused to put cheese in my wrap “manager said no” - I’ve been eating these with cheese for years and every other McDonald’s I’ve visited just lists it as an “ask me” on the system but apparently this McDonald’s isn’t able to do that? Also wouldn’t allow us to just pay for a slice of cheese separately so we could put it in the wrap ourselves. As a plus, the girl in the last window who asked us to park and wait for food was very friendly and polite sounding.

Slowest service of any McDonald’s. Food normally only slightly warm due to waiting so long. Not exactly fast food!!! If you go in to eat expect longer wait as they prioritise drive through, which is slow as hell. How it can take 8 to 10 mins from order to collection through drive in, I have no idea!!!!!!!

Sorry zero rating on everything, I gave a simple order of a speciality burger with bacon, extra cheese I just asked for no salad, this is what I got, a dry beef patty in a bun !!! This place is supposed to be the flagship, well I went to get food on Thursday at 23.15 PM but was told they were closed, how long for I asked, all night as we are cleaning!!! Disgrace this place is.

Sick and tired of ordering food. Not receiving the items then having a go at über for mcdonalds idiot staff incompetence. Possibly the worst one around for this. Often miss the kids meals. I don't even understand how?? You have a list of the items ordered and still manage to get it wrong more than right! Useless.

Tonight, I had an extremely disappointing experience with McDonald's. We placed an order via the app on Saturday, December 2nd, for the Newport, Shropshire location, as our local one in Telford was undergoing renovations. The order, placed at 17:53 with order number 009, resulted in a drive-through pickup around 18:20.Upon receiving the order, we noticed one bag was overloaded, while the other was half-empty. When I inquired if everything was included, the drive-through attendant confirmed. However, upon arriving home at around 18:45, the overloaded bag split, causing burgers and fries to scatter. To our dismay, the 20 chicken nuggets we ordered were missing.Upon contacting the restaurant, the supposed manager suggested checking CCTV footage and requested our order number and phone number for a callback. When the callback occurred, it was apparent they had the wrong order number. Despite confirming the missing nuggets, the manager failed to apologize and nonchalantly mentioned bags splitting is a common occurrence.When I requested a refund, the manager insisted on a return visit, even though I ordered through the app. The suggestion to replace the missing nuggets on my next visit was impractical, considering the inconvenience of a 20-mile round trip. The manager's response, "Well, don't come then," was shockingly dismissive.Expressing my dissatisfaction, I proposed a full order replacement, but the manager claimed it was too large to accommodate. The call ended abruptly, leaving me frustrated. I intend to escalate this matter to McDonald's head office.

Excellent, friendly service from the drive through staff this evening. Food was very quick and was hot. Really happy with our food this evening.

Drive through, didn't hear my order correct, ended up spending more time waiting instead of getting on with my day.

Ordered breakfast for takeaway yesterday. Only customer in there and still had a lengthy wait. Half the order was wrong so swapped it. Stopped to eat 5 minutes later and it was stone cold and looked like it had been wrapped by a 2 year old. Should've waited for Greg's to open!!

Had a delivery today, ordered bigtasty and nuggets box. I think you need to review packaging for delivery so that the food stays warm. Staff forgot to put the 4 sauces for nuggets and no straws either, which can be ok unless you have milkshake 😕 Delivery no issues

Ordered a McDonald's today, most of the order was missing. I phoned the place up and I was told I had no right having a go at the staff and manager" Having a go" the reason for the order most incomplete was because they were having a bad day! So if you have an order and 75 % of the order come through, don't complain they're having a bad day. Plus side head office were brilliant, saying if I order a new car and it comes without wheels they might be having a difficult day. And they sorted out meels for the family thanks to them. But I'd give Newport one a wide berth, they maybe having a bad day. Im quite sure the manager who I spoke to wakes herself up at night to check how much sleep she's lost
