Absolutely disgusting cold burgers, cold fries. Missing part of order. Staff don't care. Will not go there again.

Grim, had to wait for a long time for food and what arrived was very disappointing. Doesn't offer value for money anymore

Busy fast food place, got order wrong, amended it quick.

What a saddening and disheartening experience. After a hard day of long graft, I decided to treat myself to, what I hoped to be, a stupendous meal. Quite the opposite! I had a bit of a list of an order, however nothing unreasonably long, just was hungry. I navigated my way through the drive-thru, paid for my items, and of course, proceeded to the next window. I sat and waited 5 minutes, and in good time, they brought my bag of food out. Quite speedy for this establishment compared to previous experiences. Once I received my food, I proceeded back to my place of rest, took out my food with great glee, and to my utter distain, they forgot my Philly cheese stack! Already expensive enough, I decided I’d return to the establishment to confront them about my missing item. When I arrived, they were closed for maintenance, a mere 15 minutes after I’d left. It was not a busy night, there were no others waiting behind. Just me and my McDonald’s, minus my Philly cheese stack. True heartbreak! I’ll be back McDonald’s!

Firstly forgot my nuggets wasn’t busy just incompetent. Serval groups on teenagers went upstairs without ordering food, clearly just a drug den for them to hang out and be warm while disrespectful staff and customers with an awful smell of weed and foul language. Should really have security because I witnessed one group lads come in and threaten another only young lad. While girls stood laughing. This is a real issue! It seriously needs sorting out. Disgusting behaviour of these young groups it’s not okay. They are spending no money but using the basically whole top floor as a group gathering but buying nothing.

Ordered from this maccies at 6.30pm , said it would be delivered at 7.15pm. Then the order kept getting delayed. It then came to 7.35pm and we were tracking the uber driver that was supposed to be delivering our order just to see them drive straight past our house and back to mcdonalds. The app then said they were "struggling to find an uber driver" and our oder was cancelled by the restaurant at 8.14pm Waste of time and a faff. Do not order. Go and pickup. We ordered food 2 hours ago, with no option to cancel and no option to call/contact the restaurant. Ridiculous 😡😡

For a McDonald's the food is less than, standard. You either get cold fries, or re fried fries. 20 mins for a drink is beyond a joke. Although most staff a friendly, cant escape the fact that minimim wage stage will only give minimum wage service and empathy for the job. I realized that taking a journey of 6 miles is more convenient to travel to the nested nearest McDonald's than going to newport stay clear unless your not really bothered.

Drive thru time terrible Waiting for over 15 minutes for my order once recived came home to find half my order missing called and spoke to the manager who was extremely rude and quite frankly a KAREN drove back to get a re order and for the second time came home and once again found half the order missing called and spoke to the manager once again and got a code for a full replacement the next day came back today to recive my collection but got told by a other manager I wasn’t getting anything second manger was very aggressive and patronising as if she was paying for my order I think she needs to re evaluate her life choices as her attitude was disgustingly rude I feel like if you don’t want to work there in your late 50’s make better life decisions really disappointed with how some one of that age can act be carful of the both managers very disrespectful and very rude

The last three times I have gone here, I have consistently had an item missing from my order and had to waste my time and drive back down to get what should have actually been given to me. Needs staff which can read.

Oh dear. Hair with your chips? Cold burger? Flat soda drinks? Uncleaned tables? This place had the lot. On the plus side the staff were nice and responsive when the hairy chips were brought to their attention. I know I didn’t visit McDonalds for a reason. Was just driving through at lunch, wish I’d gone to the M&S simply food instead nearby.

Imagine if we were all this bad at our job. Missed off the burger in a meal. Listed on the bag but not in there. Amazing. You had a list to follow and still got it wrong. No double quarter pounder with cheese.

Waited 5 mins in empty drive thru, order via app so got called round, got to food window said to go to second window as they were making my wrap. Waited 20 mins, even turned my car off it was that long. Finally got my food and it was all Luke warm at best, chips cold and wrap barely warm. Won't be using this store again, Useless!

Vile food, terrible service. Items missing, it wasnt even busy and they still got a small order wrong. Look at these dried up, crusty, scratty chicken selects Avoid.

Had no food delivered as part of my order, when I phoned the restaurant they told me to phone a number that doesn't work and to quote the manager "to be honest mate I'm not going to help you" when I asked for his name in order to complain he hung up!

Conveniently placed I use this restaurant as a pit stop between London and Chester Never had an issue here 👍

Slowest service of any McDonald’s. Milkshake not normally on because they too lazy to clean the machine out. Staff rude as hell. Service slow as hell.

Not usually into fast food. But like the milkshakes at McDonald's. Quick and easy to order. Burger was a bit small, but the chocolate milkshake yum. This branch heaving with people. Kept clean and tidy.

Nothing out of the ordinary, apart from nice handover from the serving lady. Parked up and ordered on the screen, waited for a takeout ate in my car, rather than do the busier drive through.

Attended the McDonalds in Newport, Shropshire on 18/10/24 and used the drive thru to order £39.98 worth of food. The food and service was good on the whole but really disapointed when I got home. Amongst my order were two childs Chicken Nugget Happy Meals and a chicken share box. However I had not been given any sauces and only afterwards did I realise I wasn't asked if I wanted any. The lack of ketchup and bbq sauce spoilt the experience for the children.

Food was freshly cooked, and we had the best chocolate milkshake.

To be completely honest it was a bit on the not so warm side but in there defence it was quite busy

One of the worst for service I've been to. Saw ordered placed on trolley in rear, & after following customers got served I had to ask for my order & point out where it was.

Don't order any dips for delivery as you won't get them. (Even the ones you have to pay for 🙄). We had no straws last time either. Never answer the phone so you can't even complain or ring to make sure they don't forget them before it arrives.

Ordered a meal for family of five at peak evening time. Food was nice but not hot enough by the time it was ready. Very busy and quite a long wait but happy with the quality of the food. More should be done to keep food hot if possible.

Everything you need can be found on the beach. It's great that you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas. The beach is child-friendly.

Really good McDonald's. The workers were extremely friendly and there was nothing wrong with the order. Burger tasted great and fries were perfectly salted and crispy. Very clean place aswell

Had an extreamly busy work morning and had about 5 mins spare to grab a coffe, ordered a toffee latte and left the drive through, another 10min down the road I took a sip and it turned out the gave me a black tea by mistake ruined my morning lol Come back the next day and explained and although the staff explained and understood, the manager wasn’t interested in making me another coffee to make up for it

Food took forever to get here, food was cold, half the food was missing from my order as i had payed for the food i was missing, when i called the McDonald’s it took the 25 minutes to answer the woman who picked up I couldn’t understand as she was talking way to fast as I thought she was speaking spanish the first time and when i asked her to repeat i could barely understand a word when she asked for a number i asked which ones as there were two she said the number and i told her she said they sent me a email as i was looking she was very inpatient and when i looked there was no email i told her she said there was i checked my messages and there was only a check where my order is I informed her and she refused to believe me at this point I started to get annoyed then she asked me for the same number as i told her before i will NEVER go back overall 1 stars

Excellent McDonald's. Pulling a trailer so needed extra space to park. Didn't park at Maccy's but so many other large car parks nearby it was perfect.

Everytime you have to wait for food, be quicker to do it myself,usually a 10 min wait not a fast food restaurant

It is just like any other McDonalds, service was good, food was good (although no Michelin stars here) but they really do lack atmosphere.

We stopped here for drinks . Took ages to get served. We used the drive thru. Lots of people were waiting. It's not a regular choice for us and probably won't bother in the future unfortunately.

Nice restaurant clean toilets and clean restaurant small parking space let's this down,could not find a space had to park elsewhere then walk to it.

Last few visits have all been problematical. I know I order a salad but it's on their menu and 3 times now it hasn't been right with it either being totally wrong or bits missing such as sauce or even the cutlery! If you are visiting here and ordering salad check before you leave that it is correct as I do every time now.

As ever, mega slow to get the food out.

One of the best McDonald's I've ever been to. Crispy fries, staff were attentive and friendly, checking to see how our food was mid-meal - certainly service with a smile. Decent tunes too.

Went thru the drive thru, and when I came to eat my food the order was wrong and chips were stone cold. They didn’t give me my drink (I should have checked but still… got the order right!) I asked for no tomato and no gerkin and got both, no drink and stone cold chips. I can live with that if I was offered another meal but I spoke to CLINTON THE MANAGER. His attitude was absolutely disgusting. He said I had to drive back with the food and he MAY rectify it. He was so rude I never want to go there again. He also put the phone down on me. I will be looking to make a formal complaint about CLINTON as he was vile!

Always manage to mess up my order. Slow even on a lesser busy day. Bad vibes all the way round. But the drive through service is top notch.

Possibly the worst Mcdonalds I've ever been in. Slow and unfriendly. That moment of despair whebln you place your order, see that there is a queue of 8 ahead of you and realise that the orders are coming out at the rate of around 1 every 5 minutes. Everytime. Seriously, don't bother.

not happy whatsoever, placed an order last night for delivery for a wrap and ended up getting just a box with one little piece of chicken in & another box with lettuce and mayonnaise on it, can hardly call that a wrap. when i rang them to explain what happened they were very rude and told me i need to order another one…luckily uber are refunding me half of the money. but newport mcdonald’s needs to sort itself out ! how can it not be their problem, when it’s their restaurant. they packed my order. & when ur hungry and pay for food you expect it all to be there …

I have been to this takeaway 12 times since they open and 9 times missed stuff off my order so I go Donnington now as at least they don't mess up this much Has a manager they need to sort this out but the higher ups are all young with no more than a few months experience Been there again to wait 30 minutes at a window to get my food eventually to get home and 2 things missing again THIS IS AWFUL SERVICE ABSOLUTELY APPALLING No one ever comes back from these or contacts any complaints load of idiots who run this McDonald's

Food was out quickly dispite being busy. Order correct. Order had been stood a while as warm not hot. Order neat not thrown together. Toilets needed a clean. We had our food delivered to our table.

Staff are good, always sort out mistakes and Thank You Peter for replacing the fries my little girl dropped all over the floor so quickly, even when it was really busy. It's the little things that make a difference.

They are quite slow and always goes first for someone ordered through the delivery app rather than customer who ordered directly I think.

Waited over ten minutes in bay for a happy meal. When it finally arrived the order was incorrect so had to go in store, spoke to manager ‘Poppy’ (could be ‘Boppy’) as badge was smeared with grime! VERY rude and patronising, needs to go back to social school. will not be returning

Nothing special. There is little thought for customers and the food is just thrown together into a bag and 'almost' thrown at you to get to the next customer. Opening the food revealed a just about edible burger, cool fries and I doubt I'll go back except when someone else pays.

I mean, you can hardly call that a chicken salad when the salad consists of only lettuce and 3 slices of cucumber. The website states there should be red onions and tomatoes on here too. Can't expect much for a mcdonalds salad, but the kids wanted to eat there and I am on slimming world. I didn't expect to hungrier after eating than I was before. Consider adding more chicken and including a minimum of the ingredients you're supposed to in the salad. Also despite going through the drive through, I then had to go back in as half the things I ordered were missing.

The takeaways are always cold, when we have visited But this time it gave me the worst ever bad stomach aches and diarrhea ever Maccies has gone down the toilet, quicker than my bad stomach did ! !

Hit and Miss really with any mcdonald's. Sometimes its hot and fresh sometimes its warm and seems like it's been sat their a while. Sometimes the drinks are just fizzy and no flavour.. sparkling water vibes. Sometimes the fries are tough and just awful. Sometimes they forget things and tell you to take it up with the delivery company.. even though Mcdonald's forgot to put an item in the bag... make it make sense. overall, it's maccies... no one will ever stop going there. We've had good and bad experiences with their food. We just don't get deliveries anymore because they are no help if they mess up.

For the second time on ordering on the app was kept waiting 20 minutes and the McDonalds wasn’t busy. I can use uber eats they don’t deliver, but annoyed at being kept waiting.
