Great meal. Well cooked and hot. Our waitress Emily was very friendly and very helpful. Very pleasant surroundings too. Will go again.

Made an impromptu visit with a friend. Staff at the Redhouse were very welcoming. We were seated quickly, even though we hadn’t booked a table. Food was excellent and great value for money and the service was excellent. We’ll be back

We booked to have a 89th birthday celebration meal at the restaurant and it was a delightful time with the family sitting around a table and enjoying the event.

We were a party of 7 - 4 adults and 3 children (one with severe allergies). The food was of a medium standard - the vegetables on one of the sizzler plates were burnt to a cinder and one of the children’s pastas was stone cold. The child with allergies could only have chips. We ordered the ultimate handyman for dessert and it was nothing like the picture and didn’t contain half the ingredients they said it did. When complaining about it the staff said the picture of it was fake and it never looks like that and also that the menu is actually wrong as it doesn’t contain half the things it says it does. Very disappointing - certainly not on our list of places to return 😫

Just had our first amazing Sunday lunch here. We had pate and the mushrooms for starters both were outstanding then we had the slow cooked beef for our main the portion size was brilliant and the beef itself just melted in the mouth. Highly recommend, great staff very friendly and welcoming great value for money

Was served by someone called Hayley and Sravya and was excellent service and food was very yummy. Normally served by someone called Rachel and she is always rude.

We have been coming to Darbys for their Ironmasters Breakfast for a treat every so often for several years now, excellent value, beautifully cooked, friendly helpful staff and very clean surroundings. Lovely view of the bridge.

Visited here with family to celebrate my Mother-in-laws 88th birthday, the staff were very welcoming and the food was really good, everyone said they enjoyed their meal, my Sirloin Steak was cooked beautifully. All in all it was a great experience, would recommend.

after working a high standard chip shop for 14 yrs I become a fussy customer when eating at other fish+ chip shops but I gota give to lawley fish +chip im very pleased with the quality of food and friendly service well done

Just a delivery £55 for the two of us . It’s shocking !!! Watered down masala sauce and when I rang to complain he said it’s the water in it!!! What it should be cream . Tandoori was re heated . But when he started defending him self I hung up . I told them it’s on the side in my kitchen I’m not eating it . Rude rude . Normally good food here . When I asked if the chef had changed they said no…. And I had 2 pieces of lamb in my bhuna .. SHOCKING .. they not even rang back to apologise.. . I’m the one on priorslee lads if you decide to get your food back I did tell u where I lived .. absolutely horrible

Sadly this pub/restaurant is now closed .I went there with my family aged 12 to 76 . The menu had very good choices of starters mains and desserts. The food was beautifully cooked. The service was excellent, friendly but not overbearing or hurried. The pub is a very clean quaint old English pub with nooks and crannies. My brother and son loved the fact it was a free house and had a good selection of ales and beers. I will defiantly be going back for another meal on my next family visit to the Telford area.( 2014 )

A work supper for a leaving colleague. Very good wide and varied menu. Very efficient service. Nothing too difficult. Food tasty but nothing particularly outstanding. Just a good decent curry. They are not licensed, so remember to take your own drink.
