Ordered from here with my friend several times, we've never had a bad meal. Staff are always friendly when we pick-up and the food is always tasty and hot. 100% recommend.

Wonderful people and really nice people

£40 order and no prawn crackers? Asking for an extra £1 to add mushrooms to a curry is ridiculous to, most places just have an option for chicken and mushroom. Quality was ok, have had better.

Order arrived on time, however… 1. the peas in the chicken fried rice weren’t cooked, trying to it was difficult as I was trying to pick the peas out. 2. I ordered a large bottle of Diet Coke and they sent out the normal full fat coke, 3. I spent £28 and they didn’t give me free prawn crackers. Overall though was ok, apart from the points raised.

Satay chicken was very dry and over cooked and no satay sauce on/with it

The food was fantastic tasting however, the Sauce Portion with the Double Happiness was too small for the amount of food and we were sent chicken balls even though we ordered pork.

What happened? Food was really poor last night! Chips dry, beef wasn’t good quality, noodles weird after taste, curry sauce was watery… you’re normally the best so this was a major disappointment.

Slightly late, nothing major. But that was amazingly good! Beef curry was beautifully made and those chips were epic.

Worst meal I’ve had from there the chicken was chewy and the duck was burnt and fatty awful and the chicken balls were hard disgusting I order from here a lot I don’t know what’s happened but it’s put me off ordering from there again what a waste of money

Food was not great waste of money, salt n pepper chips were dry with barely any seasoning. And the rice and noodles came as rice and chips.

This was or 4th order so looked forward to our meal we are so disappointed meal was Luke warm the chips have to have been a week old its a lot of money to throw it in the bin so we wont order again.

Found 6 chicken strips in my vegetarian chow mein. Upsetting food contamination for a lifelong vegetarian. Can't imagine how this scenario could have accidentally occurred. Sad to say as this Chinese offers many more veggie options than most. Called number and they apologised at least.

ordered at 6:30 so time we should have it around 7:10 we the had a message from say Sorry, your order's delayed - we're doing everything we can to make sure it arrives as soon as possible. right that's okay, but time was getting on 7:50 I rang, spoken to manager, she did apologise, they couldn't get InTouch with the delivery driver!! but then we had a message say enjoy your food. me and the hubby where thinging let's just have toast!! the time it arrives it 8:15, gone passed the Hunger stage now

Battered king Prawn very watery so didn't eat as I feel they were undercooked. Food wasn't warm when it arrived and ended up in microwave. Usually good so a little suprised tonight.

food was dry chips tasted like yesturdays ribs was dry barely any sauce. chicken curry NO moisture to chicken and curry sauce is like water. delievery driver dumped food on doorstep banged door and run off. wont be ordering again

1st time ordering with this company and we are very happy. Portion sizes are normal, Great / strong flavours on all the dishes we ordered. Fast delivery and still warm on arrival. Will definitely be ordering from here again. Thank you to all the staff.

Turned up late, which would have been acceptable - these things happen. My major issue is that it was marked as delivered so I then wasted time chasing it to see what had happened, where it was, was I even going to get it etc.

Awful and overcooked couldn’t eat it and still trying to get a defend but no one’s getting back to me

great food as usual. The mock meat in satay sauce was quite tasty! tofu in blackbean was a little bit under cooked but it's what I usually order so I know it's a rarity. tried the curry sauce and that was yummy too.

Food was okay. We have ordered from here with no issues before but today food tasted completely different. Special chow mein had a whole fried egg in it which I’ve never known and hardly any meat (3/4 pieces) chocked full of baby sweetcorn and pepper instead. Cantonese chicken was very runny and spring rolls were soggy barely cooked. Hopefully this is a one off but I’ve been put off ordering again :(

2nd time we have eaten from here. Food was really nice both times. This time we had mixed curry and chrispy chicken in salt and chilli with rice. Hot and good sized portions, won't be going to another Chinese from now on. Delivery was great.

Ordered sweet and sour chips, came with curry sauce on. I don’t like curry sauce. Pork chow main was barley Luke warm, lemon chicken nice. Wasn’t a fan of the warm lettuce underneath. And rice was nice. Was deluged from payment to delivery in 18mins very very quick does make me think was the chowmain made up already hence the temp?

We have had deliveries and takeaway’s for 10 years. Tonight the drive left the food in the pouring rain outside our door in storm Babet. We called to say our food was ruined to be told nothing could be done about it 10 years of weekly takeaway/delivery- hmmm not much consideration for the customer there
