was missing my sides to my order

Three quarters of my order is missing. I’ve rang the restaurant I ordered from and they have told me there is nothing they can do

Order took forever to even get assigned a driver, other than that it was yummy

So disappointed. I ordered £50 worth of food and it was awful. I ordered a meal deal. Didn’t get my cookie and they gave me the wrong bread. I ordered the meatballs but they didn’t come. My partner and 2 kids had a tuna Mayo sub and the bread was rock solid and the tuna was really salty. Just not happy at all.

Watched the courier on the map go to every other street but ours for 45 minutes - made no attempt to contact us for help to find address, my husband had to go and drive to the street he was at and find him to get our food! Wrong sauce on Sub and no jalapeños on nachos as requested. Food was obviously cold due to the delay.

meatballs were cold , pizza was undercooked, sandwiches was good though.

Found a piece of blue roll in my waffle fries and didn’t receive the rest of my meal deal

Portion size was very, very tiny.. hardly any meat or salad.. not good value at all

The 6inch chicken breast sub just come with chicken on when I paid for extras to be put on it

Only downside was driver not looking at order instructions and went to the wrong property but food was lovely and very quick.

Caked my subway in mayo when I didn’t order mayo ruined my evening

asked my kids what they wanted for dinner they said there fravrite food from subway so win win no cooking happy days lol

Ordered a bacon and sausage sandwich and it said it has cheese on it but didn’t come with cheese

food was on the cold side. that's because a large bottle of refrigerated coke was put on the bag with the hot food!!

I'm not happy with the way the food arrived it was cold and the waffle fries are not even cooked properly I won't be ordering from subway again

Stood in the queue for around 15 minutes as miserable looking servers wandered back and forth past three of us lined up…I presume preparing orders for delivery, which seems to be their priority. No one looked at us, no one said “be with you in a mo” After the appalling wait another woman appeared from the back. Now if the other staff where aware there were customers in the shop they could have pointed the woman to those of us that had been stood there for 15mins. But no, the old woman went and served the two people who had literally just walked in. Miserable, slow, uninterested, rude staff…

3 of the items were missing. The Doritos Tangy Cheese. The chocolate chunk cookie and the Dr Pepper

I ordered a salad, upon opening the box it was half full, and the contents were basically just lettuce.. very few of the other items that should have been present… Disappointed ☹️ I’ve basically paid for a box of lettuce and a bit of meat!

Put salad I didn’t want on my sub all came freezing cold bread was hard

learn to check your orders. when you order a meal deal you should sendthe sandwich along with the drink snack and treat. one very disappointed little boy that only had his sandwich. it's not difficult when the order is there in front of you!!

Miss delivered an item for something else but just eat sorted within seconds. Food was delivered quickly hot and is yummy! Thanks again :)

Quick delivery, food was still warm. Delivery driver was friendly. The only disappointment was the portion size. I ordered a large portion of waffle fries and there were 6.

I've only had 2 orders from subway that have been 100% correct. my last one & the one I just had delivered. we're a family of 5 who enjoys a SW as a treat. in the past notes haven't been read. But this time everything was correct & even labelled for us. I put in my notes this time to make sure everything was present before sending out as I have a type 1 diabetic child who needs to eat. I really appreciate that time was taken to read that as it is very important. Thank you. food is amazing 😊

Our order never arrived despite stating delivered. There is no option to speak to anybody at the time and just something saying that someone will email you, not really helpful when you have children waiting for their food

Ordered 2 chicken and bacon footlongs - only chicken was put in it, stuffed fill of salad for them but then ordered turkey breast and ham and the salad was disappointing and minimal

was not happy with order nacho should have been chilli heatwave and was and hardly anything on them also ordered poached eggs extra to go in the salad and there was none why can't the order ever be how it should be

I think I must have got the employee who is not happy in their job. I asked for toasted, it wasn’t. The contents was all over the wrapping and not in the sandwich. Overall for a £15 sub, totally not worth it. Shocking service.

Ordered subs with hearty Italian bread and was given whole meal. Not even a different white bread. Still tasty regardless but wanted white bread

Quick and easy and really tasty

The staff were not good at all. My food was ‘ready’ at 12:50. I turned up and did this on the app due to it being my lunch hour for it not to even have been started and I asked after 10 mins of being there and got a snotty response from the staff. I then said again I needed to get back to work and wasn’t a great response. My garlic bread had no garlic on it and my sandwich had other things on that I didn’t request even though it was a create your own. Quite frankly disappointing experience

When i ordered the food the time was for 12:34 and kept getting pushed back . I got my food at 1:06 . My food was sooo cold.

Hardly any filling in Philly cheesecake sub, footlong pizza was tiny in width and had hardly any cheese, and overcooked. Wrap was ok.

we waited more then 1 hours for our food, by the time our food come I don't have the time to eat it as I were running out of time to get to work.

Everything arrived except for the drink and cookies for the meal deal.

Went here today around 14.50 a couple of lads waiting to be served in front of me. Became apparent they were very busy, people lined up near till, just eat etc waiting to collect orders. Asked for a footlong and 6 inch cheese steak on some bread, girl obviously under pressure or new got it completely wrong with half the ingredients missing, other guy working was clearly more experienced but struggling on his own, he was apologetic and explained they only had 2 staff on. How do you the franchise owner or management allow this to happen? I waited about 40 minutes in the end. More annoyed you carry on taking on just eat etc if short in the store!!

We have been given the wrong order

We ordered through just eat at 2pm food didn’t arrive until 3:35 the order was completley wrong and it was cold, it wasn’t a huge order, just 2 sandwiches and both were wrong, never had a bad experience from here before but definitely disappointed now

Asked for 2 meal deals and we only got the subs and not the meal deal we asked for

On the footlong sandwich the order was completely wrong asked for it to be toasted wasn’t toasted also asked no tomato’s it came with loads off tomato’s and was piled with loads of sauce

This is a good subway, nice staff ,food is to the standard you expect at any Subway.

Original time estimated was delayed n by 10 minutes arrived 15 minutes later than the orongal times when the food arrived it was stone cold.

First time ordering breakfast subs; I wouldn’t pay full price for them, I had £9.74 off with the stamp discount and we very much enjoyed them. Delivery driver sadly didn’t read the instructions given when ordering which meant he got soaked in torrential rain. The delivery instructions are there for a reason.

Not very happy as asked for certain cookies and they gave us all different ones. And the food was not very warm
