I am disappointed my chips came cold and that my expected time kept getting pushed back

Delivery guy was impatient, he pressed and holding the ring also he pressed the neighbour too annoyed them too, he didn't wait even for a second, please find the person and train him.

The delivery was good but the two subs ordered where missing the filling in them and where very substandard compared to how it normally is will not order sub way again off just eat if this is how it is. My son is now moaning that he still hungry 😒

ordered a footling meal and I only got my sub no chips, no cookie. and no drink.

I specifically ordered from here because it said they did the cheesecake cookies. I love the raspberry white chocolate cookies subway used to do so I was hoping they were back. I guess not. Got sent plain milk chocolate ones instead 😭 Was looking forward to them. Sad times. Garlic cheese bread thing wasn't very garlicy either.

The order took 2 hours to get to me, showed being prepared and courier there for 1 hour and 30 mins. No communication from them for the wait. No freebie for an apology, nothing

Absolute mess of an ordered. No care taken, things missing and not a single part of the order was correct.

Today I visited the store it was extremely busy and my teenage son was beginning to have an autistic meltdown. A lady that works in the store called Amanda saw this and immediately knew how to help and get his order. We were able to leave without a full meltdown with exactly what he wanted thank you so much

It is good. I have ordered a vegetarian sub. It is good. The team members service is really good. It's a bit crowded but we found a seat to have the lunch.

Really good quality food with a large selection of food on offer staff where friendly and helpful and despite being very busy got food quickly with plenty of seating available

The sandwich was the wrong bread

Ordered a Pepsi max cherry and got sprite? Also ordered cheese bites and got Doritos instead, and they Didn’t use the right bread that I asked for either. The only thing that I asked for and actually got was the cookie. Why not take things off the menu if you don’t have it?

Absolutely disappointed, order food for an office of 5 . Spending over £35, and the food didn’t come. Totally upset with this service

Wrong order been delivered. As soon as I noticed I gave back to the driver. The store didn’t even answered my phone call. It show delivered although I didn’t get my order! Ridiculous!

Didn't get chance to get any food after seeing them handle meat then the full blocks of cheese slices. Was really off putting for someone who doesn't eat meat as they did not change gloves when going to make my sandwich so we cancelled the order and walked out.

Kinda gone downhill a bit lately, I started ordering from the town centre one cuz it was better but the past few times the bread and salad isn't as fresh and even though the prices went up the portion sizes seem to have gone down. I dunno, maybe try one of the other several local subways.

The delivery sticker was broken as arrived, unsure as to what could of happened to food upon delivery.

All the food was cold upon delivery, the sub was so sloppy and fell apart

While the food was good the order was wrong I ordered two footlong subs and the sauces on the subs where the wrong way round, and I ordered lettuce sweetcorn and jalapeños on one sub and it came with none.

Left starving and waiting for a refund because wrong sandwich was sent, called subway they told me to call just eat but no way to call just eat. So now I need to get food elsewhere. Load of rubbish from both ends both blaming each other when all I want is food.

Driver was early and i did not hear the door but they called me to let me know they where there, unfortunately the driver was visibly irritated which made me feel awkward, the irritation is understandable but i believe that an individual in a customer facing role should be focused on providing a pleasant experience for the customer rather than displaying their personal feelings at the door.

Delivery driver did not pay any attention to instructions written on receipt, 12 x cookies missing from order with a note letting me know they had no cookies.

Great driver and food was delivered in timely fashion

The food recieved was good quality, but cold. The meatballs had hardly any sauce or cheese and there were no pickles on the subs. This is unusual for this branch. There were items missing. I ordered 2x Dipping Gravy Pots and 1 pot of Hickory Smoked BBQ Sauce. The food arrived with a note saying "We don't do gravy any more & have ran out of bbq! Sorry!!". I would have preferred a phone call asking what I would like as replacements. Now I have to contact Just Eat for a £5.97 refund which means they will gyp me down to about £4.20 as a deduction off my next purchase. The delivery driver was polite and deserves a mention.

He dais he couldn’t find the address but the address is correct. He told me that couldn’t call me but I had my phone with me.

Food tasted horrible. They had drowned the sub in mayonnaise and it was overflowing with lettuce. It also had not been toasted properly as the cheese was still solid, not melted at all.

Website said driver was at restaurant. Phoned restaurant at 30 mins late. Restaurant said food was made and waiting - no driver. Had 4 other orders sat waiting. App was useless to contacyt anyone else. Eventually got a live chat about privacy and health. The person was helpful and reassigned a driver. Food arrived 1hr 20 minutes late.

Fast and still warm ( ordered a meatball marinara). Very pleasant delivery staff too

The driver could at least say “hello” instead of just passing the food and leave. They gotta be taught that is really important to leave a good impression as a driver. ( I know that because I’m also making deliveries) The drivers are actually the ones representing the company and he seemed to be not really happy with what he’s doing. Other than that, it was all alright.

The delivery never turned up. My food was stolen! Subway said the driver picked it up! How dare they steal my food! And money! As itvwas my money that paid for it! As for Just eat with no phone number to contact either! I'm never using just eat again! I don't trust the drivers anymore!

Dreadful experience..... Staff were preparing delivery orders and arguing between their selves about them. One lass seemed to be getting picked on/bullied sadly. BMT wasn't properly made and took forever to be made. Was in a rush on a work trip and thankfully will never have to go to this place again. Dire

Amanda was extremely rude and accused us of lying about missing food. We called them to try and receive our missing items but she told us to contact just eat as she didn’t want to do anything about it. Rude and disgusting customer service from her!

It's small best to just pick up and go. Decent salad 🥗 Unfortunately they didn't have wraps 🙄 don't advertise have it as a sub,or wrap,or salad 🥗 if you gonna run out, hence had to have a sub. Staff seemed ok not to friendly though, plus they hid at the back chatting to each other. Can get very cramped if there's a lot of people inside.

My food was cold, my sub was dry, wasn’t the best at all

Whoever was working at Subway last Tuesday 09/08, and this Tuesday 16/08 deserves an award for making the juiciest, NICEST subs I have ever had! I ordered 2 footlongs and I always tend to have alot of salad inside of my sandwiches, and I always appreciate when they are stuffed nicely with a good heap of salad and sauce. Literally 100/100 service and amazing quality 💗

Only got sent 3 cookies not 6 that I had ordered

Have submitted a complaint as our order was completely wrong. Mayonnaise all over the steak when it should have been on the Tuna, Crispy Onions on the Tuna when should have been on the steak, no cheese on either and the olives and jalapeno's were missing from the Tuna. Other than that it was great...NOT!

Can be slow and incredibly busy at times. Had never had any faults with the food though.
