Nice local pub, suitable for drinkers and diners. Not gastro but ok for a reasonably priced night out or just a lunch.

The breakfast was excellent value for money. The food was excellent as well and the service was friendly and good 👍.

The whole experience of visiting this place is phenomenal the food the staff and the friendly atmosphere is brilliant

Freshly cooked food. Really tasty and well presented. The starters are like as big as a main meal, if not bigger than some places. Main meals are also big. Ideal if you have a big appetite. Everything is reasonably priced too. Friendly atmosphere and excellent service.

We popped in for a evening meal, it took them ages to come and take a drink orders. Then we had a long wait again for someone to take our food order. I had a Desi, which was meant to of been cooked with bullet chillies. I can honestly say they was no flavour to my dish. If your a regular there hover around you, they should be like that to new customers. I don't think it was worth the money and we won't be returning, l won't recommending this place.

Just to say what a lovely time we just had for my daughters baby shower , service was fab and food lovely , we will go back soon , lovely friendly staff , everyone enjoyed them selves thank you xx

average food stuff like toasties, breakfast baps and omelettes e.g. Nice cakes however cash only is a bit annying.

What an amazing baby shower afternoon tea. James and his wonderful team cannot do enough for you. From calling to book to experiencing the afternoon today has been flawless. The price is a bargain for such great food. Thank you guys you are amazing. Book your event here you won't regret it.

We came on a Wednesday evening 6pm. Warm welcome from the hostess. Antipasto & main meal was delightful but the dessert (cheesecake) was not the best. Decor was pleasing but as the restaurant filled up so did the volume. The male waiter was friendly & hard working. The lady waitress’s, whilst being very friendly, spent quite a lot of time talking to each other whilst people were waiting. This said we will try again as food was great.

Went for afternoon tea, food was nice, would have been nice to add little bowl of crisps maybe, or some other little nibbles, no explanation of what was on sandwiches, not sure that I would go out of my way to return

Lovely lunch lovely place and staff were brilliant can’t fault it x homemade chips yummy 🥰 would definitely recommend this place for a meal out

Geat pub. Always been my favourite in the village. Cosy with a good selection of beers. Nice outdoor seating area
