Lovely tea room, staff were really good, smashing toastie with side salad, very clean and comfortable seating, busy , would not at all rushed off our seats, stayed a good 45 minutes

The restaurant does not open, residents a ‘sent to’ the adjacent eating house which is ‘ok’ but very loud an noisy, and far removed from any expectation of a tranquil resturant that would be fitting for the Hall itself.

If anyone else knows different please correct this review as I wouldn't like to be passing on wrong information, but it was common local knowledge at the time

Muy decepcionado. El pan estaba empapado. No parecía fresco. Los pasteles sabían baratos. No vale la pena el dinero. Definitivamente no recomendaría y no se utilizará de nuevo.

A lovely friendly pub/restaurant with great service and great food. We had a lovely family lunch for mothers Day. Excellent roasts with a choice of 3 meats and a vegetarian option, homemade yorkshire puddings, a good selection of vegetables. Much nicer than your standard carvery. The roast potatoes were excellent. Delicious desserts, too. I would suggest booking though as it is popular (always a good sign). Real Ales and a nice selection of house wines. Very reasonable priced meals. Put your phones away as there isn't any WiFi or phone signal here, which means that there are no disturbing ringtones, just people chatting. They have rooms to stay, ideal for exploring Kinver, Bridgnorth, and the Severn Valley.

I've had nice meals here in the past but last night was a disaster the fried rice was like sticky rice the spare ribs were over cooked you couldnot eat them the overall £25 meal was just not nice. they must have changed the chef. the only thing good was it was hot 🤮 they did offer me a new rice and ribs but it was to late the the meal was ruined and who wants to eat ribs and rice.

Como aquí regularmente con mi familia, y siempre lo disfrutamos. Desde el año pasado he tenido que hacer muchas restricciones dietéticas debido a una condición de salud. Este ha sido uno de los pocos lugares que está feliz de responder a todas mis preguntas, hacer cambios en las comidas y hacerme sentir cómodo y bienvenido. Algo que muchos otros pubs que he tratado de comer recientemente no parecen dispuestos a hacer. Un agradecimiento especial a Tina y Dan por ser tan solidarios y amables.

ITS NOT CLOSED! Visited the cafe after completing a walk along the Railway Walk to Awbridge. It’s had an upgrade and the Harry Potter theme has been replaced with some attractive refurbishment. Great food and pleasant service.

Walked in for a take away….initially ignored at the desk…informed of a wait..fair enough. Collected the food…awful. Stodgy rice, dry chicken, noodles terrible…..non of it appeared particularly fresh. Will not return. Much better elsewhere. Very very disappointing indeed..

Visited on Easter Saturday. Lovely food, hot and presented nicely. Great menu choice and reasonable compared to a lot of other pubs. Service with a smile and friendly staff. We'll be back!

Dropped in one night with friends unplanned. Very friendly and excellent food will definitely call again

Popped en las gradas para el almuerzo del domingo, ya que se ha mudado recientemente a Aquelarre, está a poca distancia para nosotros. Oh, Dios mío, qué placer también. Absolutamente delicioso. Mi marido y yo comimos la carne asada y se sirvió con el pudín de yorkshire más ligero y crujiente que he probado, patatas asadas perfectas, verduras (mención especial de la deliciosa col roja). ¡La carne de res fue cocinada a la perfección y la salsa! Podría haber pedido literalmente una taza de eso para beber jajaja Existe la opción de agregar puré o verduras extra por un pequeño costo, pero me alegro de no haberlo hecho ya que no lo habría encajado todo. Bien vale la £ 18. 50 cada uno. Esto se lavó con un par de pintas de Timothy Taylor y Madri, luego un paseo de regreso a casa para relajarse. Perfecto domingo por la tarde. I had a fantastic time with my family for my daughter birthday. we all had amazing time and the food was delicious. staff was very friendly and nice. we had a warm welcome to the restaurant. we will come back again.

Fantastic place to stop and eat. We stopped during a bike ride and had a tasty brunch. Lovely food and very friendly - would highly recommend
