Turned up here on Easter Monday at 5.10 pm expecting service as stated online they close at 5.30 pm however we were turned away and not served despite it being a good twenty minutes from close because they were cleaning however people were still sitting inside why say your closing at half past and refusing service to customers that turn up at just gone 10 past what a waste of time. The employees were simply rude and expected use to know they close 30 mins before they are supposed to be closing. THEY MUST HAVE BEEN IN A RUSH TO GET HOME! Very unprofessional

Comida encantadora, personal servicial y un ambiente muy acogedor. El servicio fue rápido y había una buena variedad de opciones para nuestras placas. Una experiencia agradable que estaríamos encantados de repetir.

I went in to store due to cyber incident you have paused online orders understandably, I had the most awful experience whilst my child witnessed - racism at its finest kind and customer service skills were non existent. This was the ground floor till staff on the 10.05.25. They muttered as we walked away engaged in eye contact amongst each other notifying that we wasn’t far gone? This honestly needs to be reviewed and something needs to be done!

Awful place - noisy, loud music, too many intrusive large tv screens, minimal vegetarian options, slow service - only one person serving drinks, taking orders, delivering food. Vegetarian burger mostly rice with texture of raw mince; coleslaw typical supermarket stuff.

Absolutely lovely food, hot and great service on delivery, very friendly delivery driver.

Decepcionante desayuno y mal servicio Recientemente visité el Regency Hotel en Solihull para desayunar con mi socio de negocios, y por desgracia, la experiencia fue muy decepcionante. A su llegada, inmediatamente nos pidieron que pagar £ 12. 50 por persona sin ninguna explicación de lo que se incluyó o disponible. Resultó que simplemente sacan un desayuno inglés completo como la opción estándar. Mi socio comercial es vegetariano, así que preguntamos por alternativas. Sorprendentemente, la camarera dijo sin rodeos que la única opción sería un pastel y un plátano, sin mencionar huevos revueltos, frijoles o cualquier otra sustitución simple que la mayoría de los lugares ofrecerían. La actitud de la camarera fue abrupta y poco servicial, haciéndonos sentir como si solicitar una opción vegetariana fuera un inconveniente más que una petición razonable. La falta de flexibilidad y el mal servicio al cliente incomodaron toda la experiencia. Cuando pedimos un reembolso por uno de los desayunos, la camarera no estaba dispuesta a ayudar y dijo que solo un gerente podía autorizarlo. En lugar de un desayuno apropiado, terminamos con un tazón de cereal y un pedazo de tostada por £ 12. 50 — completamente inaceptable. Para un hotel que debería atender a una variedad de huéspedes, la falta de consideración dietética y el servicio desdeñoso fue increíblemente decepcionante. No recomendaría el desayuno aquí y sin duda no volveré.

We’ve been to this establishment a few times and never had any problems but today they only had three types of bread no turkey had it toasted when I didn’t want it toasted I know they probably had a busy day but they should keep on top of there stock.

I gave this a 5 star rating cause this is one of the best kfc I have had. I been going to this one a while and the staff are always friendly. Also every time I have this kfc it always hot which is rare and the chicken is always fresh and crispy and juicy and also you always get a mixture when you order a bucket which is nice.
