awful - waited 35 minutes for a toasted sandwich. worst sandwich - cheese toasted would not eat there again bought chocolate crispy cake - it was rock hard sat at a table which needed cleaning - asked a member of staff to clean it three times - I was ignored

Absolutely appalling I payed 4:50 fifty for a large red tango ice blast expecting it to be red cherry like it usually is at places like the cinema only to find at when I walked out and took a sip it was bubblegum so it is false advertisement also they sold kiwi and grape tango ice blast wich isn’t a proper flavour, and they sold it in proper tango ice blast cups therefore it is false advertisement.

Three weeks ago I went to get fish and breaded cod and chips from Gills on Heaton road. I had salad and a tub of Garlic mayonnaise. I phoned the order in and as directed ,went to pick the order up from Gills myself. I took my wallet out to pay for the meal and having done so, left the shop and drove home. The meal was hot , plenty of chips and most enjoyable .Half an hour after leaving the shop I received a phone call informing me I had left my wallet on the counter. In a panic, I drove back to Gills and the staff returned my wallet, in tact and with all it's content. Georgia and her colleagues in the chip shop had saved my life because the contents of my wallet were of major importance to me. I want to thank the staff at gills for their kindness and their honesty. I will be eternally grateful to them all, and their food and particularly their triple cooked chips are outstanding. First time I been pizza hut in 20 years. All you can eat buffet! Except thete was never any pizza to be had. Long ques due to no pizza available. No cheese on pizzas. Basically luke warm bread. Ice cream station was filthy due to kids messing about. Oh how I wish I. Went to pizza express next door.
