No delivery! Shop said sorry driver mistake have nicked it

Nachos pointless box full of doretoes wilm very very minimum sauce box crushed driver NEVER called he was to busy on his phone talking to someone else in his own language overall very disappointed in this service and will not be ordering again from subway again

Food undercooked and stone cold. Beef footlong had hardly any beef but rammed with red peppers. The lot has gone in the bin. Never Again

The most HORRENDOUS subway. No menus, when you ask for one, you get attitude from the staff. Staff very unhelpful and care even less about the food theyre serving to customers. Spent money on a subway I can't eat as it doesn't look edible, just slop in a baguette. One cross customer who will never visit this subway again!!!

Can't complain about the subs they're always delicious but why does every subway insist on never cooking their cookies, £1.19 for a disk of goo is not a great selling point.

No cheese, salad was a mess and meat was cold. Threw it away and didn't eat. Thanks for nothing.

The guy with the long blonde hair is the MVP. He has the best sub recommendations and when he is making your sandwich you know you are about to be having a good lunch! A true master of the craft 👨‍🍳 The place is clean and service is generally pretty fast.

Missed items of salad off my sub, no cheese on my meatballs, cheese bites barely shown the grill/oven. Left a message asking for the sauces to be in containers, and never did this either. Won't use again, in these times 30 pound is alot of money to waste on 2 lunches, when the whole order is this wrong

Ordered a six inch ham with quite a lot of salad toppings yet all we got was bread meat n cheese n toasted! Cheese n toasted wasn’t even in the order! Ordered a ham salad and ham was just threw whole into the box. Not even sliced up, no sauce with chicken nachos so they were dry and cold (sure they meant to be hot) and to top it off no cutlery to eat the salad with! Money well wasted. 👍🏽

Extremely rude staff mainly the manager. I came back to the shop to have a refund on my sandwich which was incorrectly done .when I told him what I wanted he started getting aggressive .I then told him he had poor customer care and needed to have respect to his paying customers well this must have switched something in his head as he went nuts and grabbed my sandwich which was still mine .squashed it up and chucked in in the bin. This is now classed as robbery as he has taken it from me without my consent .I told him I was going to report him to the police he just looked at me and muttered something under this breath and walked off .He is the most rudest person I have ever came across in the retail /food environment ever . And I did contact 101 and iam waiting to see what the out come is.This shouldn't have turned out like this and I hope this never happens to anyone else.please be carefull when asking for a refund as this may happen to you .

Wasn't bad for subway. Pleasant staff in there at last and peaceful environment in the shop to eat in. Like most fast food joints its not good for you though.

Rude member of staff. We were looking at the menu when he used us if we wanted to move to end we said we were still looking at menu. He swore and moaned at us. When we went to walk out he said don't let the door hit your A*** on the way out.

Was ok nice sandwiches but I had salad which was very tasty

Awful! A late morning order for a special occasion treat. Received order at 10am and it tasted and felt underwhelming - three children refused to finish their order & I struggled to eat mine. Within an hour, felt queasy. The rest of day was vomiting and diarrhoea, shivering under bedcovers fully clothed (during heatwave!). Subway was the only thing eaten. Two children next day had diarrhoea. Franchise owner couldn't have cared less handling my complaint. How bad must've been the hygiene practices so early in the morning, I wonder..? I shudder to think. Never again.

Friendly enough service from the two female members of the team. Once again, no cookie and coffee offer, so I settled for a latte at £1.70 Good music in the background.

I’m actually really upset and angry the customer service at this branch is awful, my mom came in and ordered me the chipotle steak and cheese wrap. It was written down on a note which she passed over to the staff as she don’t like to get things wrong. When she got home the wrap wasn’t the one we asked for. It had literally every topping available you name it it’s on the wrap. I then phoned the shop to see what they s could do and was told that my mom asked for this persific wrap. It’s written down on a peice of paper which was passed onto whoever made the wrap. They was all denying that they even made it in the first place and then went on to tell me that she asked for everything possible. Avoid this establishment at all costs if you don’t want to end up chucking your food in the bin.

Terrible portion size compared to other subways and customer service is shambolic...arguing and shouting at customers seems to be acceptable... Do not usually have a bad experience with this particular branch but I'll be sure never to visit again.

Smaller branch but why you need space in subway anyway?! Clean, great staff and plenty of seating. Can be busy at peak times due to locality you hagley road and all the office blocks and it’s workers wanting breakfast or lunch. May have to queue. Parking can be difficult as options are in broadway plaza itself which is few quid minimum depending on stay. Or on residential road nearby that has some strict permit holders only during certain hours, or you risk leaving the car on double yellows right outside. Broadway plaza is nice enough to eat your food there on one of the public picnic benches or nearby walls

No where to sit ..as a disabled person ..and in that heat too 35 degrees

Us boys from Rolls-Royce invade this place every Friday at 12:30. Always got plenty of laughs and banter for Claire and the subway crew. This is the best subway in the area, we've tried all the others, this one makes the best BMT, has the most space and best atmosphere. Highly recommend if you're a hard-working individual in need of a good lunch.

Wonderful to pay three quid for half a baguette maybe spend another tenner for a bag of crisps and an out of date cookie, slapped on the counter by one of the goons.

Subway Chelmsley Wood always has a friendly welcome and the sandwiches are superb.

Staff are welcoming sometimes a little chatty which means it can take a couple of minutes to get seen if there isn't a big queue but service is excellent

Friendly staff ,recently refurbished but I still feel the walls need to be brighter here,it,s situated not far from bus stops which is good ,seating comfortable ,I just think it,s in the wrong part of shopping center and should be more in central part by where boots chemist ,there is other food places but too expensive and subway worth it ,to use sub card for points.

Worst Subway I have been to so far. I am a fan of Subway, have customed Subway shop wherever I am, even overseas, but this branch gives me the worst experience. The restaurant is filthy, tables not cleaned, the food counter looks dirty and untidy. Customer service is bad. The 6" sandwich looks shorter than usual, so I made a comment that the sandwich looks shorter than 6", the staff responded 'Do you want me to measure it?'. I felt really intimidated. No exchange offered nothing, instead a challenge was given. Poorest customers service I have ever encountered. Won't be coming back to this branch again though I have just moved into the neighbourhood and Chelmsley Wood shopping centre will be my local shopping precinct.

Staff are rude and they give you little salad... If you are loiking for customer Service there is none. You can tell a franchise as without the name, people would not go in there.

Absolutly disgusting place.. dirty floor and tables. Not much better where food was stored. Young Asion lad behind the counter Dident seem to have a clue what he was doing. Don't think his ever made a sandwich never mind a subway. The older woman seemed polite and friendly. I enjoy my subways but this one I will not be visiting again

Claire is a lovely lady and great customer service.

The chelmsley wood subway is brilliant service but the toilet has been out of order for months now and it's inconvenient to customers especially when the public toilets are locked after a certain time

This is the worst subway where I 've ever been. The guy name Adi is rude, always laughing from something, looks like don't understand what I'm talking about. He is trying to be funny but he is not. I don't like when he is looking at me and even at my friend very strange. This place whenever I'm coming there is always dirty!!! I'm not going there anymore. Definitely not recommend it.

It's 10.25 Saturday 21st May 2016 come into sub way for breakfast with the wife. The wife asked to use the loo and the guy behind the counter was most rude saying you have to order first or at least place an order. The guy I am on about is the large person with the pink goaty beard. This is the 2nd time I have had dealings with him the first wS I ordered my sub and when he gave it to me I turned around and put it on the table and he said you have to pay first. I was nt going anywhere I was eating in he seriously needs an attitude adjustment or I shall go else where

Food is how Subway is supposed to be... SOME staff aren't exactly the friendliest..
