Visited for our anniversary! Shipon was so friendly and helpful towards us from the start to the beginning. Food was amazing! We couldn't fault it.

I recently visited Coffee Cloud AGAIN and took my friend with me this time. I ordered their Bottomless Breakfast Feast and my friend ordered the regular breakfast, and it was incredible! Everything was cooked to my perfection and I got a free hot drink. I only paid £14.95 and left full! The staff were attentive and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my visit. If you're in Solihull or nearby, you must visit Coffee Cloud! It’s a real hidden gem, and I can’t wait to come back for more. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Tuvimos una gran comida de mitad de semana. Comida realmente encantadora; tuve pollo encantador para empezar desde el menú especial seguido de salmón y samphire. Tuvimos un excelente servicio de Lea e Isaac.

First time I used this place . Chips were ok but fish was awful, it was black in parts and looked old. I didn’t attempt to eat it.

Staff Lovely, only gripe is they need better chicken for the chicken burger, taste store bought in my opinion.

Family friendly place and great staff! We were so pleased with the service we have received from Bing. We were also very impressed with the food quality and served size thanks to both chefs Devon and Kieran. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfrotable. Our child has also really enjoyed the indoor play area with other kids. Well recommeded to families See you soon

Very disappointing indeed! My family love this place. Was planning a visit for a while. Finally found the time to pay a visit, we checked out the website and times of closing. I constantly tried to call the number on the website . (at least 6times) any way we still decided to visit, as it said 6pm on website we started our journey ( 60 mile round trip) Was very excited when we arrived, walked inside, there was a few people at tables, the band practicing, a lady, blonde hair not sure of she was host or waitress ignored us for a few minutes, I went over and asked if we could get some drinks, she said sharply we are closing at 3pm today, was quite shocked and replied, oh website advised 6pm (time now a little after 3pm) she snapped back, NOT TODAY, the manners and attitude threw me a little.(she seemed under pressure and short tempered)I tried to explain, it would ne good for potential customers making a long journey to visit, if you kept the website updated or at least answer the phone. There's a right way & wrong way to speak to people, she was very rude indeed. Has we was leaving, a member of the band asked what was wrong, I told him what had happened. Okay, I get private function was on that day, but even after all that, it's how you treat people, Some times ITS NOT WHAT YOU SAY, ITS HOW YOU SAY IT!!

We booked for a special 70th birthday celebration for my mother. We pre informed the team on the phone of our special dietary requirements, 5* vegan, and were extremely disappointed to be told when we arrived and ordered that our special requirements could not be met as they didnt have a record. We were offered vegan sandwiches but as most will appreciate, you dont have an afternoon tea for the sandwiches! Whilst we appreciate it wasnt the servers fault, the customer service was poor and we felt like we were the ones in the wrong! Even though we could see the drinks had been made and we asked to have those complimentary (given our wasted 30 minute drive), we were told they weren't ready! It ruined our special day - our toddler was crying all the way home - and we wont be returning.
