We enjoyed a lovely 3 course meal as a group of 13. All of us were pleased with our food, the meals arrived timely and hot. Adele looked after us and she was great! She was very patient and understanding with the 4 small children we had with us and was very attentive, haven’t experienced service like Adele’s in a very long time. Thank you

My husband and I decided to have lunch, so we were a walk-in. We were promptly seated and served by the very attentive Donna. Opted for the responsibly fixed price two course lunch, which we enjoyed and were suitably full on leaving.

Me and my partner had a lady called Adele she was lovely didn’t make us feel rushed, was pleasant made us feel welcome food was delicious overall made it a comfortable experience

Everything was great! Special appreciation to the person looking after us He was very kind, patient and went out of his way to help us although he didn't have to. A group of 22 are very appreciative of the service

We had a fine meal, 4 stars for food and overall as my wife's steak was medium rare instead of medium (but I enjoyed it). We were served by Adele and a trainee and we were well looked after.

Ian was excellent, great service

Ian was a great waiter, from the start he gave great advice on how to have our steak cooked from the butchers block, it came out to perfection. We were also recommended what wine to have with steak to compliment the tastes. He had great attention to detail with serving us , and we would be very happy for him to waiter us again!

Top class a bit expensive but you pay for what you get

As I'm ceoliac my partner took me to miller and carter as its certified gluten free. It was only once we'd finished our starters were we told they didn't have a designated fryer so did I want the fries!? I'd have preferred to be told this when I ordered as I may not have stayed,boiled potatoes are no substitute for chips! I also shouldn't have been given the option, ceoliac means no gluten, the server should have said we're sorry you can't have them, it felt like my illness was being trivialised, it's not a fad i cant pick and choose!! The lunch set menu isn't great for ceoliacs either and no horseradish sauce,very poor service for somewhere that's supposed to be clued up.

Another excellent meal and service. Luke the manager going the extra step with his team members Rose and Vicky! You are all starts and shine bright for your organisation and customer service skills . Keep on keeping on because as always you ensure the customers you serve and these were the ones from the Highbridge Caravan Team working at the NEC show who were served great food and service. Congratulations all.

The restaurant was very busy for a Saturday afternoon. We were quickly shown to s table & left in the capable hands of Ian.

Excellent service by Steve on my most recent visit here. Usually go every 2-3mths and have the chateaubriand steak sharer which is great value and very tasty. Love the friendliness of the staff at this particular venue and have always been delivered fantastic customer service. Recommend highly

We went for a Friday night treat and ended up having a really fun, relaxed meal plus cocktails all thanks to our server Gemma. Food and the service was 10/10.

How lovely to celebrate my dad’s 76th birthday with a wet floor hazard sign next to us the whole meal. Very poor today at miller and carter. I asked for this to be moved. The only place it was moved was closer to me.

Today, my better half and I indulged in a splendid three-course set lunch that could make even the most jaded foodie swoon. We kicked things off with some cheeky starters: **Salt & Pepper Calamari** and **Baked Cheddar Mushrooms**. Both were delightful—crunchy and bursting with flavour, they set the stage for what was to come! For mains, we opted for two **7oz Angus Rump Steaks**, served with a side of **Beef Dripping Sauce** and a rather posh **Bone Marrow Béarnaise**. Now, I must admit, both steaks were a tad overcooked, which added a slight bitterness to the experience—like finding out your favourite sitcom has been cancelled. However, the *Bone Marrow Béarnaise* was an absolute revelation, a sauce that could turn even the grumpiest of diners into a happy camper! To wrap things up, we treated ourselves to a **Classic Crème Brûlée** and some **Ice Cream**. The crème brûlée was a velvety dream, gliding across the palate like a well-rehearsed ballet. And let’s not forget the service—absolutely top-notch! In summary, while the steaks may have missed the mark slightly, the overall experience was delightful. I’d say it was a lunch worth repeating—just maybe with a touch more pink in the middle next time!

Food is excellent, and the service is great, not crowded so good atmosphere. It's a large venue, so if it were crowded, then things may be different.

Me and my partner just had the butchers block for the first time and OMG was it absolutely unreal! 100% recommend. Also, the service was fab, Olivia was so friendly and attentive which made our experience this evening even more amazing!

Donna was a very attentive and friendly waitress who, even though I was dining alone made me feel very comfortable. Food was very good. Lunch time deal is good value for money although I think asking for a supplement for a sauce on the steak is rather cheeky being as it’s a steak restaurant! Would definitely return if I was solo dining or in a couple or with friends

We booked an early evening table for a meal to break up a long journey. It was easy to find off the motorway. The room was stunning and while not busy there was a lovely atmosphere. The staff were friendly and welcoming. They had the right amount of attentiveness during the meal. The food was delicious and good value. My friend hasn't stopped telling everyone how good the dirty burger was.

The food was excellent, stayed away from steak for almost a year to come back to Miller and Carter for probably the best medium steak ever in my life. Shipon was fantastic, great conversations and attitude and so kind, also paired me with a nice starter red wine to get me into the great combination that steak has with merlot and can’t be more happy than I am right now at the table waiting for the bill whilst dealing with a steak baby 🤣

We sat in the garden on this beautiful sunny day. We were out there alone. Service was fab. Food was fab! Delicious… only slight criticism is my lettuce wedge was a little watery but proves you washed it. Thank you for a lovely afternoon! :)

Fabulous steak, fabulous serving, fantastic place. Make sure you stick with the recommendations of the steak master. Don’t go blatantly with your previous medium rare experiences.

Great food as always. Only suggestion that if someone is asking for med stake but receives well and call for service to change this it shouldn’t be even attempted to challenge by the server. I get that you try to minimise loss but who on earth eat well done?!

Why anyone feels the need to escape without paying is beyond me, especially when you get served by someone like Olivia! An impromtu visit instead of cooking when we got home, but sometimes you dont know why you did - not tonight! Lovely food and drink coupled with great service made this a great night. The GB was just right and the steaks with chunky chips were as you would want. The deal for a cocktail and steak just made it even more appealing. Thanks so much Olivia and team M&C

We had a lovely meal for my birthday. The steak was cooked to perfection and my partner had the seabass which was equally as nice we were served by a lovely waitress called Adele who couldn’t have been more helpful. I would definitely go again.

My partner, his parents, and myself went out for dinner. The environment and atmosphere was amazing! The food was even better! The bartender Patrick had phenomenal service. We settled for quite sometime as we just felt at home. When my partner went to pay there was an issue with the discount. The manager Emma was so amazing and patient with us and it. We were able to get through it and it worked. Both Emma’s and Patrick’s patience and customer service makes us come back! Thank you!
