Can I have my money back for the missing items?

This Greggs in Solihull outside is usually a lovely place the customers are very nice and polite also the staff are so nice in this store now they have some rude Asian girls Pakistani with highlighted hair very slim at the till who think they are gods gift making people feel uncomfortable and laughing at them to lower there confidence because they are insecure. They are disrespectful this place needs to change these horrible staff for friendly staff. I have never felt uncomfortable at Gregg's like how I did today however this is a clean store good food drink but the staff are disrespectful I also spoke to the manger she seemed very respectful and also listened very well thank you for that manger :)

Waited an hour and a half for 3 things to be put in a bag and when it arrived its cold!

They gave us a completely wrong order

Three slices of pizza missing from my order this is becoming a regular feature

Latte was spilt everywhere and not correctly packaged. My pizza box was missing.

My driver walked off when speaking to her

When Greggs get it right.. they certainly do! Friendly polite driver and arrived on time. all items received that were warm and delicious. Perfect! Thank you

Order was accepted at 8.31 and arrived at 09:42, absolutely ridiculous and was freezing cold when it arrived

My order was two bacon n omelette bag and large mocha. They did not understand the order I was missing Bacon and omelette n large mocha. They said sorry but it not good enough. I want me money back from the missing items

Always good to have a double shot cappuccino. The wedges are delicious 👌

Parts of my order where missing, we received no potato wedges. The dips arrived so the store obviously knew wedges should be in there.

Sent the wrong food with no bacon covered in ketchup which was not requested and I am unable to eat. No refund, no help from Just Eat.

Absolutely ridivulous that it would take almost 2 hours to deliver - so no surprise all of my food was cold... really poor service.

Greggs is greggs. A decent place, with all the fatty deliciousness available.

Have just had a pizza slice and a hot chocolate. Excellent value at £3.50. Very fresh. Pleasant staff. Will come back again.

Opened the bag and I was missing 2 hot sausage rolls and an orange juice.

ordered 4 meals .. baguette ..roll and 2 sweet potato bhaji /rice meals. Unfortunately, 1 person will have to go without as only delivered 1 sweet potato meal

I will only ever go to this shop as there’s a particular store colleague there called Aaron (I think that’s his name, apologies if not). His customer service is superb. He goes above and beyond and can’t do enough to help you. Nothing is too much trouble. He’s so warm and welcoming. Such a lovely person. He’s a pleasure to deal with. I wish all customer service staff were just like him. Well done Greggs for employing such an amazing employee. He deserves every bit of recognition. Will continue to frequent your Solihull High Street shop whilst you have amazing staff like that serving.

Easily the worst Greggs I've experienced on the delivery platforms. Everything is constantly sold-out. You need to update your page to reflect what's in stock properly. Plus, a load of sweet products available in-store aren't on offer in-app. Either hire someone who knows what they're doing or get off the apps entirely, you're making a mess of your brand.

Absolutely awful service my food was cold and my drinks were spilt in the bag. Shocking

popped in here on Wednesday, I'm from out of town. the place was really busy which is great, after waiting to be served i found the gent serving me to be really nice and friendly, i wasn't really 'with it' after a long drive into town then a meeting but the service was refreshing! thanks :)

Food was a barely warm and unfortunately they missed a pack of yum yums off my order

Very surprised that there was an eating in area here. The wedges were a very good option for the price. Usual standard of quality for the sausage rolls and doughnuts ( mmmm simply unbeatable). Very clean tables and good stock availability

Always enjoy a Greggs ham baguette.. coffee alway very nice but I find all Gregg's coffee not hot enough for me ..

Staff was too busy talking and that's why the guy messed up my order. How hard is it to get a cheese and onion pasty instead of a vegetable one?!

I had a phone call off Gregg's to ask about my bakes at 15-39 and not heard anything since phoned them again and they said no delivery driver turned up so had to go collect myself

Samanta at Greggs is a total rockstar! I asked for a sugar-free syrup drink, and she went off-menu, whipping up the most awesome concoction just for me. It tasted fantastic, and she made me feel like a VIP. Big shoutout to Samanta for the creative vibes and making my day! 🌟🥤✨

At the Touchwood store today staff completely misheard original, basic, order and then tried to charge £4.50 for £3.15 order.

Lovely friendly staff and service but it's never open on time. Every morning usually have to wait half an hour after opening times for it to open. This is a regular occurrence. Maybe the opening times should be changed if they can't open on the correct times.

Had a lovely experience , with the greggs inside touchwood, the server Vicky was extremely helpful and patient as she explained some of the ingredients change which was helpful and very friendly

Very centre of Solihull's main shopping area. Extremely popular with local shoppers and offering cheap prices compared to well known burger emporiums close by.

Didn’t bring the right food - expected 2 triple chocolate cookies , Only got standard cookies which I do not want

It’s hilarious how the option to select an hour of being late won’t work, and it actually took 3 HOURS! Again wouldnt let me select it! Unsure how that is acceptable? If you don’t have the drivers, don’t advertise that you can deliver. Absolutely no issues with Gregg’s, the fault is completely with just eat. I couldn’t even cancel the order or call anyone because the issue was with just eat

The baguettes were nice, but the potato wedges were barely warm, guess the hour and a half delivery time had something to do with that.

It’s a cheese an onion pasty, can’t really say more than they always taste good and it sorts the kids out when you are shopping. I wish the coffee was better but for the prices I’ll just stick to the pasty next time.

You know what, been coming here for years and only found out they sell sausage rolls that are hot 99.9% of the time they are cold.

Very large store. Plenty of product availability and seating is available on site. Can be busy though as its located on the high street.

awful delivery time kept getting pushed back

I ordered the sandwiches as part of a meeting, nearly two hours later breakfast was delivered , two people had left school and the sandwiches not used. Really disappointed service.

Been waiting half an hour for the shop open should of been open at 6.30 it now 7 this whole week greggs have open just gone 7am. I'm leaving not coming here again gone starbucks. Went again to greggs the following week I thought they were closedv down customers waiting again for it to open angrily some just leaving and going elsewhere. Either change your opening times or get up earlier. I enjoyed my starbuck cheers

One particular young working lady whom works the breakfast shift does not put cream on the caramel latte, for that alone 3 star. Customers know what they are due. She just ignored me, travelling for work she basically just pretended she could not understand my accent and said oh right..ok. poor customer relations.

Ordered breakfast, was told there be a 10 minute wait. 20 minutes later I get my food, watching every one else who walks in after me get served first. The same food I was waiting for. Made me late for work. AND overcharged my card. Joke.

Gregg's is always a good, and there is always a queue to support what I have said...my wife reckons I'm addicted and never pass without buying a coffee!...and she is right!

It's fine for a takeaway but indoor seating isn't the one.

I found a sausage in my sausage roll.

Free coffee using O2 priority has swayed me to go here - the coffee is strong but nice, well worth a visit.

Everything was delicious... only I ordered melon 🍈 & 🍇 grapes instead of calling to let me know ...they sent me just melon... maybe something to consider 🤔

My order has updated saying it’s has been delivered. It still has not arrived. And there’s no contact number for just eat.
