Greggs is greggs. A decent place, with all the fatty deliciousness available.

Have just had a pizza slice and a hot chocolate. Excellent value at £3.50. Very fresh. Pleasant staff. Will come back again.

I will only ever go to this shop as there’s a particular store colleague there called Aaron (I think that’s his name, apologies if not). His customer service is superb. He goes above and beyond and can’t do enough to help you. Nothing is too much trouble. He’s so warm and welcoming. Such a lovely person. He’s a pleasure to deal with. I wish all customer service staff were just like him. Well done Greggs for employing such an amazing employee. He deserves every bit of recognition. Will continue to frequent your Solihull High Street shop whilst you have amazing staff like that serving.

Easily the worst Greggs I've experienced on the delivery platforms. Everything is constantly sold-out. You need to update your page to reflect what's in stock properly. Plus, a load of sweet products available in-store aren't on offer in-app. Either hire someone who knows what they're doing or get off the apps entirely, you're making a mess of your brand.

popped in here on Wednesday, I'm from out of town. the place was really busy which is great, after waiting to be served i found the gent serving me to be really nice and friendly, i wasn't really 'with it' after a long drive into town then a meeting but the service was refreshing! thanks :)

Says it opens at 06:30 but every day is pretty much 07:00 leaving customers waiting outside in the cold

Gluten free options would be nice and I don't mean a brownie

Very surprised that there was an eating in area here. The wedges were a very good option for the price. Usual standard of quality for the sausage rolls and doughnuts ( mmmm simply unbeatable). Very clean tables and good stock availability

Always enjoy a Greggs ham baguette.. coffee alway very nice but I find all Gregg's coffee not hot enough for me ..

At the Touchwood store today staff completely misheard original, basic, order and then tried to charge £4.50 for £3.15 order.

Samanta at Greggs is a total rockstar! I asked for a sugar-free syrup drink, and she went off-menu, whipping up the most awesome concoction just for me. It tasted fantastic, and she made me feel like a VIP. Big shoutout to Samanta for the creative vibes and making my day! 🌟🥤✨

Lovely friendly staff and service but it's never open on time. Every morning usually have to wait half an hour after opening times for it to open. This is a regular occurrence. Maybe the opening times should be changed if they can't open on the correct times.

Had a lovely experience , with the greggs inside touchwood, the server Vicky was extremely helpful and patient as she explained some of the ingredients change which was helpful and very friendly

Very centre of Solihull's main shopping area. Extremely popular with local shoppers and offering cheap prices compared to well known burger emporiums close by.

It’s a cheese an onion pasty, can’t really say more than they always taste good and it sorts the kids out when you are shopping. I wish the coffee was better but for the prices I’ll just stick to the pasty next time.

You know what, been coming here for years and only found out they sell sausage rolls that are hot 99.9% of the time they are cold.

Very large store. Plenty of product availability and seating is available on site. Can be busy though as its located on the high street.

Been waiting half an hour for the shop open should of been open at 6.30 it now 7 this whole week greggs have open just gone 7am. I'm leaving not coming here again gone starbucks. Went again to greggs the following week I thought they were closedv down customers waiting again for it to open angrily some just leaving and going elsewhere. Either change your opening times or get up earlier. I enjoyed my starbuck cheers

One particular young working lady whom works the breakfast shift does not put cream on the caramel latte, for that alone 3 star. Customers know what they are due. She just ignored me, travelling for work she basically just pretended she could not understand my accent and said oh right..ok. poor customer relations.

Ordered breakfast, was told there be a 10 minute wait. 20 minutes later I get my food, watching every one else who walks in after me get served first. The same food I was waiting for. Made me late for work. AND overcharged my card. Joke.

Poor service, waited over 15min, while one of staff’s talking on the phone and shouting. Then Debra lovely lady served us.❤️

Gregg's is always a good, and there is always a queue to support what I have said...my wife reckons I'm addicted and never pass without buying a coffee!...and she is right!

It's fine for a takeaway but indoor seating isn't the one.

Free coffee using O2 priority has swayed me to go here - the coffee is strong but nice, well worth a visit.

Very nice food. There's always sausage rolls, but sometimes there isn't any pizza which is what I usually order.

Visited Thursday 14th April. My daughter has a severe cashew and pistachio nut allergy and carries an Epipen. I asked whether these particular nuts were present in the kitchen as she isn’t allergic to any other types of nuts. The staff just looked at each other then a lady said “oh shall I get the allergen menu for you”. She got a tablet from under the counter then a guy informed her that it wasn’t working so they couldn’t tell me. Extremely poor service, staff weren’t bothered. Come on Greggs, sort out the allergen menu!

Absolutely terrible I ordered two steak bakes which they said would be 2 mins which I accepted. They then told me to sit down and they would call me up when they are ready 20 minutes go by and she has forgotten about me as I asked another co-worker who said they had been out for ages

A nice place for eat some cheap food, the have a lot of different food, sandwiches, baguettes, hot and cold food. For me the best was a offer that you pay only 3'15 for one food and one drink. The staff members are very kind and help you what you need. Other good thing is if you buy for take away the price is cheaper!

Delicious food i served here : chicken bake, sausage rolls , pizza 🍕.Good could drinks and hot drinks, I served coffee ☕ as well : Americano, Late. Have a good range of lunch products, Good prices. Little shop tidy and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. I recommend Costa Coffee, Thank you! 😊

Terrible service. Asked for a product from the glass display and i was ordered to pick up the packaged version on display in the front of the shop. When i asked again for the one in the display i was made to feel embarrassed with the lady shouting "they are exactly the same " multiple times. Poor service, wont be visiting again.

Place was flithy. Tables not clean. Cups, crumbs, tea bags, you name it, all on the floor. Even the wind breakers/ divider's all on the ground. Coffee was way too bitter. Oh, and the pizza was stale. No cleaning attention to the public floor space!

Very small store with limited verity of food generally! But still good quick service, tasty food and clean.
