Went in over the weekend when the weather was nice, sat in the garden to the side of the pub, went in to get drinks and there were no real ales on, carling wasnt on, no snacks, the barmaid said the new owners had not ordered anything and it had been like it for a couple of days, no wonder people were leaving as quick as they were arriving, had to wait over an hour for food, then found out when we went to get into the car that the chef was smoking weed in the beer garden with another staff member, definitely will not return again, no wonder it is up for lease

I ordered a chicken dish, and it was a bit bland. I felt like it needed some cheese or sauce. The cocktails were nice. The service was good. However, when paying by card, they try to pressure you to give a large tip. It's a bit expensive for what it is.

Tuvimos una estancia fantástica. Asistimos a un espectáculo en el NEC para el que este lugar estaba perfectamente ubicado. La ubicación era fácil de llegar fuera de la autopista. Todo el mundo era tan acogedor para la cena, el desayuno, el registro y las consultas antes de la estancia fueron contestadas muy rápidamente. No puedo esperar a volver en el futuro

I had a disappointing experience. I ordered a 10oz rump steak medium, but what I got was completely burnt on the outside and practically raw on the inside. Half of the meat was just pure fat, and the texture made it nearly impossible to cut or chew. For the price they charge, I expected something way better. Other than that, the waiters' service is good and they are friendly.

Our party of 3 visited on Saturday 13th December after we'd been to the Classic Car Show. The staff didn't seem to know what they were doing. One of them cleared plates from the table before we'd all finished, didn't ask if we'd all finished and it was obvious that one of us was still eating. I ordered a pint of draught IPA but was brought a bottle. I wasn't offered any alternative. Had I been offered an alternative draught ale I would have taken it. The food was average for the price. We wanted to use the Fork discount scheme which the Eleven Bar & Grill was on but we were informed they were no longer part of the scheme. We were offered our drinks for free as a compensation

Buen servicio rápido. Pedimos un Bacon & Sausage Bap más un Bacon & Sausage Baguette más 2 cafés, la factura total fue de £ 8. 50 . Todo fue agradablemente agradable. Abierto las 24 horas del día, pero todavía no habían encontrado tiempo para barrer el piso, vergüenza ya que decepcionó el lugar. Estaremos encantados de intentarlo de nuevo en nuestra próxima visita al Reino Unido

Visited The Little Owl (Friday 11th April) in the evening for dinner. It was super busy as it's the start of our Easter holidays. Outside was packed. The sun was shining & lot's of people were making full use of the outside space Inside was fairly busy as well. As there was only myself & my 13 yr old daughter, we was able to be very quickly seated, with the waitress/server at our table very quickly ready to take our drinks order & gave us enough time to decide which food we wanted It took a little to come out, that's fine though as we asked for everything to come out at the same time + it was very busy. The Wait was totally worth it as the food was extremely good

Absolutely gorgeous food (I had the curry and Eton Mess and my brother had the gammon steak and chocolate tart)

Had a great time. Clean facilities. Friendly staff and very helpful. Breakfast taken care of by Jane and her team. Good choice of food including gluten free, cooked separately to order. Would highly recommend, easy to get to concert halls and shopping and dining at NEC( Gentings casino, Sky bar etc) Good car parking with easy access on and off. Really good staff in all areas but special thanks to Jane for her help.

Went in tonight before T&D, it was rammed. Had to wait for a table but sat outside and had a drink. Taken to a table after about 20mins, Hollie served us. She got the drinks ordered before we ran out. Food was ordered and didn’t disappoint! Even had room for desserts. Will be back 😄

1st time visiting here and on a recommendation. A warm welcome and very deceptive from the outside as it’s very modern on the inside. Syaani was very friendly and chatty, a shining example of customer service. The food was delicious. I will definitely return soon.
