Food was top draw, service was brilliant, patrycja was very attentive and regularly checked everything was okay, always happy to help and grab anything extra, will 100% come back again. No complaints!

We come to resorts world Zizzi regularly as this is our kids favourite place to eat out. We were served by the lovely Patrycja who gave us excellent service.

Charles was polite, informative and patient and we enjoyed our meal all the more because of his mannerism. A massive thank you Charles

Great food, great place. Has great vegetarian options, is a bit pricey for what it is, wouldn't be a regular visit as per head will exceed £25-£30 but has a great atmosphere and good for work events too. Has toilets onsite, generally clean. Facilities: Takes card Wheelchair accessible Toilets available Can validate parking to reduce it to £3 (so long as you spend over £25 at any resorts world shop)

Last week we went to Zizzi to celebrate my partners name day. Ordered some pasta, cocktails, desserts and pizza. Everything was very well presented and tasty. We were served by a very chatty and friendly lady called Anca. She made our visit very welcoming and was kind enough to help us with dessert choices. It wasn’t our first visit and definitely it won’t be the last as we enjoyed the atmosphere over there and the food is honestly 5star. Looking forward to go back to celebrate our another special occasion soon. Update. In February we went back to Zizzi which has became one of our favourite restaurants. Lovely lady Anca was a superstar as previously and made us feel welcomed and I could tell we have already made the bond. Another colleague which was on the floor (lovely young girl which name I can’t remember) was very kind and supportive too. On this occasion we went for lasagne which is my favourite dish and we ordered pizza to take home for kids. The visit was enjoyable and we can recommend this restaurant as the flavours were amazing and we will be back for sure ✔️

Came here for lunch during Crufts and it was delicious and Anca was so lovely. The Sticky Pig pizza was particularly nice.

Waited 20-30 minutes just for our order to be taken. When we got our pizza’s they were bland with hardly any toppings (even though we paid for the rustic which is supposed to have “extra”). We also had chips which had 0 flavour. That was the start of the problem… the service was horrendous. I tried asking for the bill 2x and was blatantly ignored by the male. When he finally got the bill he said he was going to get the card machine and then continued to clean tables instead leading to us waiting another 10-15 minutes. Finally the lady (presume manager) came over and asked if we needed the bill to which I explained the man was getting the card machine and she rudely told me that she could deal with it now in a arrogant tone. Not happy at all… definitely would NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Went in and walked out immediately due to rude & arrogant staff, waiting to be seated at table and italian lady server with black rim glasses was agitated for no reason. When i asked for her name refused to give, was argumentative, first time and last time at Zizzi. Went to TGI Fridays downstairs instead - amazing customer service - the zizzi staff should visit and learn what good customer service is here

What a great experience. Having had a bad meal at another Zizzi we came to resorts world. The staff were very attentive and friendly, the food came promptly and hot I love my food but admittedly I couldn’t finish it all. Will definitely come back. The block forest cocktail 10/10

I visited Zizzi's for my wife birthday, but unfortunately I did not enjoyed it at all, As a restaurant manager my self, I know what a good service.

Some of the worst service I have ever experienced. To say we were welcomed would be a lie, the woman gave us the impression of being more of an inconvenience than customers. We were left to wait 15 minutes to be asked for drinks, half our starters came 10 mind after the first one. Mains were brought while we were still eating starters, asked if they could keep mains warm and were told NO! We insisted and they begrudgingly took them away. Took 3 attempts to pay with the woman who originally gave us our table, who stormed off. A gun appeared 10 minutes later who stood with one hand on his hip huffing. What a disgraceful service, avoid at all costs

Just popped in for a quick bite and were surprised at how good the food was. All 3 of us had different meals which all came out together and only took about 10 minutes! The staff were very nice and helpful. All together a very nice experience.

They could not do enough for us. Well done to all the staff on a busy night, they were able to find a table for us that allows for my hearing disability(eg a quiet corner) and were so helpful with helping my wife pick a gluten free option as she had never had a pizza from a restaurant since being diagnosed. Nothing was a problem and top the night off our pizzas where top grade. We'll done

Extra protein anyone? Early Valentines meal and as we love Zizzi thought we'd visit the one at Resorts World again. Lovely food as usual, but quite a horrific experience with a spider crawling out of our ceasar salad. I think it was the manager that grabbed it in tissue to take it away and offered us another salad but really didn't want another, we'd almost finished the salad and the spider really put us off having another. Rather bizarre experience really as then a tiny piece of plastic was in my partners mouth from the black forest dessert, which we passed onto the manager in case its a manufacturer issue which we thought they should know about. Not the greatest experience in all honesty

Overnighting at B’ham airport - popped over to the nec for food - resort world was busy though there wasn’t an event in at the arena - got into dizziness just food was OK though they got my order wrong but I couldn’t be bothered to complain - it wasOK but we thought expensive

Lovely salmon and prawn pasta sauce

Salad was TERRIBLE. End of stub of lettuce in it. Beetroot was dry, butternut squash was hard. Grose. I called over waiter and said please take it away as I don't like it. He couldn't help so went and got a snappy Italian lady (manager I think) to take it. She took it away and stormed off. Didn't ask what was wrong. Didn't apologise. It was aggressive and I felt uncomfortable. Why am I paying you!? Poor. Won't return.

Came for a meal late on a week day evening, the restaurant was still quite busy but the service was fast and helpful, and the food was extremely tasty! Atmosphere of the restaurant was nice and comforting, and overall the night was great! Would happily recommend to family and friends.

I am a Zillionaire’s member and had some perkz to use - the waitress was abrupt when explaining I couldn’t use both the £20 off a £50 spend, and the free birthday main offers. I showed her the T&Cs which said multiple perkz can be used in one transaction, however she was dismissive of this. Food was mixed - the sharing fonduta starter was delicious and very good value for money! My margherita pizza was average and a little disappointing, compared with other Italian chains. The side order of potatoes we ordered were inconsistently cooked - some were far too dark on top and looked burnt. However the sweet potato fries were good. My husband enjoyed his spicy pizza. We were too full to have dessert, and I thought the prices for puddings were steep.

Sadly my pasta dish was very bland and the chicken was like that rubbery chicken you get in co-op pasta lunches. The other two of us had pizza and they thought they were good. Service was great, food arrived in good time and the place looked about full. Nicely fitted out restaurant.

Ordered delivery which arrived on time and was hot. Arancini, garlic bread and calzone were all great but the sausage and nduja lasagne that is currently on the menu was truly horrible, do not order! No nduja to be seen, just bland white stodgy sauce with unappealing and tasteless beige sausage.

Plenty to do plenty of shops good prices

A last minute change of plans meant that we had to cancel a restaurant reservation elsewhere further afield and find somewhere in Resorts World at very short notice. Zizzi had plenty of availability and seemed ideal for a quick and easy dinner. For a chain in a shopping centre the food was very good. Everything we ordered was tasty and cooked well. I had winter caprese which was unique and very tasty, followed by mushroom risotto with extra chicken. It came on a hanging skewer which is popular, but I’d prefer to be on the plate. Service was friendly and efficient too. Overall, recommended if you find yourself in Resorts World and need go eat sharpish.

We ate a three course meal here as a family. The restaurant itself has a nice atmosphere and the service was friendly and fast. The food is very good although I personally did not enjoy my pizza finding it too cheesy and the cheese being too strong in taste. However this is personal preference. The desserts were tasty if a little expensive. The children's meal deal is good value although very limited in choice.

Delicious food and excellent service. Had the smoked salmon salad, pizza margherita, & spaghetti bolognese. All were delicious and more than enough for two people. Will definitely visit again.

Went in on a quiet evening, around 4 tables eating. The fondu starter was a lump of barely melted mozzarella with warm bechamel poured on top, when I dipped the bread, the "fondu" would drop like water back into the bowl. Even when I tried to combine myself, the liquid was too cold to emulsify with the mozzarella. Essentially flour, butter and milk soup. The carbonara main had the volume and consistency of white sauce, definitely not the egg yolk/cheese base you would expect. On trying to chew the pasta it immediately became a paste in my mouth, when I picked it up and squeezed slightly it became a viscous paste that I couldn't get off my finger. Ridiculously overcooked and noticeable as soon as you looked at it, yet it was still served. I have to imagine it was sitting in a pot for most of the day to get to that level, yet they are not shy about advertising their 'fresh' pasta. When I told the manager about the awful quality it didn't seem to suprise them, no questions asked they immediately took all the food off our bill (best part of the experience), which I can only assume shows this is a regular occurrence for them. No feedback seemed to be offered to the kitchen, as we could see inside. Even a meager amount of effort from the kitchen team would have meant this didn't happen, but I got the distinct impression they didn't care, particularly the chef wearing his airpods while working... Not only a risk of contamination, but it's hard to communicate that the pasta has been boiling for 10 hours when he can't hear you

Pizza was so mid. Interior and etc is cool but it’s not good enough when the food doesn’t reach that same standard. I’ve had better pizza from the Asda counter.

This place was packed and queues out the door at 1800 hrs on a Sunday. Granted, this was just before a Queens of the Stone Age gig. Very quick service, food was very good if a little on the expensive side. Worth a go, we would definitely eat there again.

At first we thought it was quite good, but having been to the Lancaster zizzi today I must mark it down we were only offered basic menu with only rustic pizza on. No lunch discount menu, no Christmas menu !!! So for 4 mains 3 sweets and 4 none acoholic drinks it was very expensive. Also I was not offered to become a zillionaire and get a free garlic bread etc. so I must mark it down

Food is amazing, just wish the service was.. some staff are great but others come across rather miserable & unhelpful, when requesting to use certain vouchers/codes it appears the end of the world, I also don't feel there are enough staff which leads to people waiting to be seated , delays in taking order/payment ect

First time in Zizzis and I was really impressed. The food was super fresh and service was excellent. Would dine here again.

Drinks were good, service was okay and the food well mains were ok apart from the calzone wasn't great, there was about a tablespoon of filling in it. When your paying over £15 a meal you would expect more. Food came out very fast and didn't have to wait long. The desserts were amazing the only thing I liked about the whole meal. Wouldn't go back to this restaurant. Staff are nice though.

We enjoyed the entree (the chicken pieces on skewers hanging like a pendulum with half lemon on top), the pizza and the beer! Highly recommended.

Disappointed at menu being considerably more expensive and limited to that advertised online. Was told that it is because there was an event on. So they had the events menu running. ( just a price increase with less choice ) considering the location at one of the largest exhibition centres in the country, and that there will pretty much always be a big event on. Bit of a con! Food was decent, as was service.

Having better Zizzi's to compare it to this one fails. Portions here are randomly smaller than other branches and some ingredients stingy. I wouldn't regard a king prawn linguine with only two prawns acceptable especially when I've had this in other chains with significantly more prawns. But what was lacking in prawns was made up in excessive coriander. Yuk. Salmon risotto same story, piddly portion. Pepperoni pizza very limited pepperoni. At least they'll have great stock take results. Shrug. Service fine, just let down by stingy chef.
