I'm not a regular customer at Zizzi but this evening we enjoyed a truly delicious meal. I wish I had taken photos but I was so hungry I completely forgot. Patricia, our waitress was a delight and even though our party was large she was very attentive, knowledgeable and very friendly. This made a big difference to our evening and we really appreciated it. Thank you!

Came to the NEC for work and had a fabulous meal at Zizzis. Despite being in a big group, Patricia made us all feel very welcome and really made our stay at Zizzis special.

Absolutely the best service we have ever had. Asked for a quiet cozy table. Shown to a nice booth. Nothing too much trouble. Attentive service from Lena and Sara. Food was spot on. Will definitely prioritise Zizzi on our travels.

No service. It's as simple as that. The lady who greeted us and showed us to the table was friendly enough. Once we were sat down though, no one even acknowledged us, not even looked in our direction, let alone came to take our order. I initially thought the place might have been understaffed, but there were at least three servers and not that many tables. One server who I thought was going to approach us, instead randomly moved an ornament from one location in the restaurant to another. The final straw was when another server took an order from a table that arrived at least ten minutes after us. We got up and left and tried the restaurant directly opposite (this is about 20 minutes after we were seated). I don't think anyone even noticed that we left. No issues at the other place, which had fewer staff. [Note to Google review 'firefighter' - please don't ask me to contact you. If you want to do something, proactively fix your service issues to reduce the number of reviews you get like these.]

We’ve visited Zizzi at Resort World several times, and it remains our go-to spot for a family meal. The staff are always outstanding, and today Rhys took care of us exceptionally well. He provided fantastic recommendations that even pleased a very picky eater, with every dish being thoroughly enjoyed. Despite how busy it gets, the staff are consistently attentive. The menu offers a wide variety of options, and the quality and flavor of the food are truly top-notch.

One main course swimming in oil - when reported to staff just dismissed as "how it comes" - very poor value for money

The food was wonderful, although my experience was ruined by the snappy female manager with black glasses rudely addressing staff. The way she speaks to the staff is abhorrent and disgusting, it is unbelievable that HR would allow such a woman to work there. I hope to have a better experience next time.

Went as a large group last minute and the staff were more than accommodating, making a space for us all and they couldn't do more for us. I want to give a shout out to our waitress Charlotte who was super friendly and helpful while we were there. The food was really great and I'd always recommend this restaurant.

Fabulous service, food and value for cost!!

My husband and I don't get out much so, in the rare opportunity we had, we wanted to eat somewhere special. Zizzi in Resorts World was wonderful. The interior decor was unique and warming. We changed our order a couple of times (such nice things on the menu) but that didn't seem to phase Charlotte... she was keen to ensure we had a good experience. Well done guys, we'll be coming back for sure.

Staying back in our hometown, dragged around the shops by my sister, very much in needed of a pint and some grub. We stumbled across Zizzi’s which my sister is a fan of so thought we would eat here. Thoroughly looked after by a lovely server called Patricia. We were seated where she came round and made sure our table was nice and clean. Great food which arrived promptly. Patricia ensured we had everything we needed, very warm and friendly service.

Starving, after a busy day of shopping, we decided to pop in to Zizzi’s, so glad we did. The food was delicious and the service was fantastic. We were served by the lovely Patricia and have no complaints. Anything we requested from sauces, to dressings to drinks was no problem, and arrived quickly. No concerns to highlight. Very happy with our visit today.

This was my first time at an Italian restaurant Zizzis the tops and Patricia was absolutely brilliant!

Me and my wife came here as part of a"date day" combining some shopping and a rare meal alone together. We chose Zizzis as it looked like it had a lovely atmosphere and we were right, with a lovely Christmas tree right next to our table and a relaxing ambience allow us to relax and enjoy the surroundings. We were served by Patricia who did an excellent job, we took our time choosing our order (!) and changed our minds a couple of times but nothing was too much effort and she helped us have a great time! We always love the food here and look forward to coming back to this restaurant with or without kids again!

From start to finish the service was great especially Lucy. She was very knowledgable and friendly including other waiters too. The manager Lukas was great too and friendly when we talked to him. This is our go to Zizzi in the west midlands. Thanks again.

We visited Zizzi in Resorts world for a date night, and it turned out to be a delightful experience. The restaurant, located conveniently within the shopping mall, had a cozy yet vibrant atmosphere, perfect for a casual date night. Despite being quite busy, the staff were welcoming and attentive.. The portions were generous, leaving us both satisfied. The only downside was the noise level, which was higher than we’d have liked for a date night, but that’s expected in a mall setting. The service was slightly delayed due to the rush, but the staff made up for it with their friendliness and effort. Overall, Zizzi is a great spot for a casual date or meal. The food quality and warm service make it worth a visit. We’ll definitely be back to try more of their menu!

My husband and I really love Zizzi. Everything about it lures us right back in! The food, the atmosphere and especially the people here at the resorts world Zizzi. Today I was totally knackered coming from work, but the kindness and a very positive attitude of the staff certainly made a difference to my day! Sara was very pleasant and kind to us both, but yet very professional at the same time! Kudos to the team at Zizzi Resorts world!
