Zizzi in Solihull

We went out on a team dinner. While the food was average, we had a great time thanks to Patricia our waitress who is very friendly, brutally honest and great at what she does. I don't do reviews, but she worked for it.

Meals seem to be sat waiting to go to tables a little too long maybe. Other than that we couldn't fault the service.

Excellent customer service. Patrica went above and beyond to make sure we was all having a great night. Will 100 percent be returning again soon.

Sarah was our waitress and was very attentive and really engaged with the kids in the group

Nice working lunch, was pretty quiet so nothing rushed and the food was decent. Service from Patrycja was excellent, will visit again next time we're at the NEC.

Staff were not great. Front of house staff was taking a personal phone call and made us wait until he had finished and No pleasantries/ greeting. Food was not great compared to other Zizzi restaurants, burnt pizza. Not returning back there.

The staff were very accommodating. We were a big group initially we’re booked for 12 turned into 16 booking but the staff accommodated us very well extremely Sara was very helpful.

We were left for over 25 minutes after finishing our meal, despite trying to catch someone 's attention numerous times. We were going to order puddings but by the time anyone came over to us it was too late and we had to leave. Customers shouldn't have to be walking around the restaurant to find someone to pay their bill or order other courses. We were told that the reason was because the running show and a concert were on, if you know this, get extra staff in. It ended up spoiling our sons birthday meal.

Good friendly welcome. Seated quickly and given time to make choices. 50% offer on app shown and taken note. Meal served with a smile all 4 people where delighted with choices and the food was delicious. Looked after really well. Well done everyone and 50% off everyones meals couldn't be better

Came to the NEC for work and had a fabulous meal at Zizzis. Despite being in a big group, Patricia made us all feel very welcome and really made our stay at Zizzis special.

I'm not a regular customer at Zizzi but this evening we enjoyed a truly delicious meal. I wish I had taken photos but I was so hungry I completely forgot. Patricia, our waitress was a delight and even though our party was large she was very attentive, knowledgeable and very friendly. This made a big difference to our evening and we really appreciated it. Thank you!

We’ve visited Zizzi at Resort World several times, and it remains our go-to spot for a family meal. The staff are always outstanding, and today Rhys took care of us exceptionally well. He provided fantastic recommendations that even pleased a very picky eater, with every dish being thoroughly enjoyed. Despite how busy it gets, the staff are consistently attentive. The menu offers a wide variety of options, and the quality and flavor of the food are truly top-notch.

Absolutely the best service we have ever had. Asked for a quiet cozy table. Shown to a nice booth. Nothing too much trouble. Attentive service from Lena and Sara. Food was spot on. Will definitely prioritise Zizzi on our travels.

No service. It's as simple as that. The lady who greeted us and showed us to the table was friendly enough. Once we were sat down though, no one even acknowledged us, not even looked in our direction, let alone came to take our order. I initially thought the place might have been understaffed, but there were at least three servers and not that many tables. One server who I thought was going to approach us, instead randomly moved an ornament from one location in the restaurant to another. The final straw was when another server took an order from a table that arrived at least ten minutes after us. We got up and left and tried the restaurant directly opposite (this is about 20 minutes after we were seated). I don't think anyone even noticed that we left. No issues at the other place, which had fewer staff. [Note to Google review 'firefighter' - please don't ask me to contact you. If you want to do something, proactively fix your service issues to reduce the number of reviews you get like these.]

One main course swimming in oil - when reported to staff just dismissed as "how it comes" - very poor value for money

The food was wonderful, although my experience was ruined by the snappy female manager with black glasses rudely addressing staff. The way she speaks to the staff is abhorrent and disgusting, it is unbelievable that HR would allow such a woman to work there. I hope to have a better experience next time.
