Lively night out at TGI's, me and my friend super enjoyed it and even though it was very busy, the host - Summer - made sure we were well looked after and kept us with a steady flow of drinks which was lovely. Totally made the night complete, great staff even at peak times, great night out, thank you 💚

I went with my mom and sister to TGI Fridays and the food we had was exceptional. We had the TGI wings with jack daniels sauce, TGI special smashed burger and Mac and cheese and everything tasted so nice. But I would like to give a special mention to Malik who served us at the NEC branch. His customer service was very very good and it made us want to return again. I’m extremely disappointed with the experience we had here for my son’s 6th birthday. I came with a friend and our newborn babies, both under two months old, hoping for a nice celebration. Instead, it turned into a very uncomfortable and upsetting visit. We were seated at the back of the restaurant near the FIRE EXIT DOOR, which turned out to be a heavily used passage for staff serving outdoor tables. The door was constantly opening and closing, letting in cold gusts of wind, not ideal for newborns or anyone trying to enjoy a meal. Despite raising my concerns with the front desk, nothing was done initially. Left with no option, I had to take matters into my own hands and stop staff from using the fire exit, eventually I DECIDED to take the issue to a manager. Only then was a chair placed in front of the door to prevent further use. While this quick fix helped, it clearly showed poor planning and lack of consideration for customer comfort. To make matters worse, using a fire exit as a regular service door is not just unprofessional it’s a safety violation. Fire exits are for emergencies only and must remain unobstructed and unused unless absolutely necessary. Sadly, this lack of basic service standards and disregard for customer well-being ruined what should have been a special day for my son. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone expecting a comfortable or family-friendly environment

Day before yesterday me with my family visited TGI Fridays they offers a classic American-style menu with my favorites like burgers, ribs, wings, and loaded fries.We enjoy the portion sizes and presentation, especially for dishes like the Jack Daniel’s glazed items and desserts. Staff are generally described as friendly, enthusiastic, and attentive, especially during quieter periods.

We had a delicious meal at TGI’s on a Thursday evening. The cocktails were BOGOF and that’s the case everyday! Highly recommend the potato skins sharer starter and Jack Daniel’s chicken. Hollie our waitress was very approachable and attentive. Thanks so much for a lovely evening. We will be back.

The food was just ok and the price is high. The servers forgot things often. Probably would not return unfortunately, the days of some great American grub are gone?

We thought the restaurant was very nice, unfortunately the music was loud and very varied and we thought overall everything was over priced for what you got. The staff were very good.

She ensured our drinks were topped up regularly, and nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious; everything came out fresh, hot, and perfectly timed between rounds of drinks. The bottomless selection was excellent, offering a good variety that catered to everyone’s taste. It was clear that the kitchen team paid attention to detail, making each dish tasty and appealing. Overall, TGI Fridays at Resorts World NEC truly delivered on all fronts. Alison’s superb service was definitely a highlight, elevating our brunch experience from great to exceptional. I would highly recommend visiting, whether it’s for brunch or just a casual meal—you won’t be disappointed. We’ll certainly be returning soon!

Came to TGI’s before our concert last night, food was great and came out fairly quick. We were served by Lottie who made sure we had everything we needed.

Came as a party of 6 to celebrate an 85th and 5th birthday. All the servers were really helpful and quick with the service. Food was brilliant and then to top off the trip THI Fridays brought out a slice of cake for each birthday celebrant and sang. Fantastic birthday meal out!

Went in tonight before T&D, it was rammed. Had to wait for a table but sat outside and had a drink. Taken to a table after about 20mins, Hollie served us. She got the drinks ordered before we ran out. Food was ordered and didn’t disappoint! Even had room for desserts. Will be back 😄

Me and my partner have just visited here and both had a smash burger which was absolutely amazing! The service from Alison was 5 stars aswell. Would deffo recommend coming here again!

Went here yesterday before the War of the world’s musical. We used to love TGIF and were sad that some places we used to go closed down. Had a porn star martini which was too sweet, under shaked and lacked a little decoration. We had nachos, which were very good. My husband had chicken fajitas, which were served in a pan but not sizzling hot and lacked flavor. The wraps were lukewarm , almost cold. And the cheese could have been more. I had the meatless sesame strips with sweet potato fries. The fries were good. The strips were ok but mediocre really. We had a milkshake and sorbet as dessert and they were good. Mains at around 21 pounds got to be a joke and overall the price for the food is too high for what you get. We paid 97 all in. Which is far too high. Our server was very good and he was the saving grace. We will not come back. There are better places which deliver better quality food and drinks for cheaper. And I don’t mean I won’t pay more. Happy to do so if the food is amazing.

Food was the best we’ve had in a while, seems like TGI’s is back on the up after a few not so great visits at other locations, cocktails as tasty as usual (got 2 extra on the house due to a mistake being made too) Want to specifically say that the Host this evening (18/4/25, 18.30) I believe her name was Amber, did a fantastic job of working under the pressure of a lot of waiting (and complaining) customers. We forget that the world is understaffed at the moment, and people complaining about bad service is the reason people don’t want to work within the catering industry, compiling the problem and slowing things down… Raising your voice at a young woman who is doing her best to juggle so many people, just makes you look pathetic and childish, and I hope it makes you feel better about yourselves on some cosmic level. Learn some compassion, close your mouths and grow up!!! All staff though were fantastic overall and would definitely return to this location in a heartbeat based on the experience today and definitely recommend visiting here for those headed to any gigs in the arena (make sure you book in advance for an early visit (before 17.30))

Ordered the mix grill £40 dish and other dishes plus drinks, my mix grill was terrible so over cooked and steak cut in half, overall the meal was a disaster, staff where nice and polite, eat somewhere else

Had a lovely time David was our server and made us feel very welcome, he was kind and funny. Food was nice I had ribs that fell off the bone they were lovely!

I'm very disappointed. The service was actually quite terrible. We had a table for 5 on a Saturday evening after Crufts. We were largely ignored, and the starters and mains arrived at the same time. I have a food allergy, and the people bringing the food didn't even know which burger was which (all selected differently). Seriously? Must do better.

What a waste of time! They first said we had to wait 30 minutes for a table only to realise we could book online and get one straight away. Then when they gave us a table, the seats were filthy. Then we had to wait 10 minutes to order and after 40 minutes of waiting for our food, we decided to leave. The staff are not very clued up on what's happening in the restaurant and the beers are disgusting!

First time at TGI Friday. Would definitely recommend. Great choice of food, fast service. All the staff were friendly. Was quite loud but all adds to the atmosphere.

Slow. 2nd time we've been to this restaurant and waited ages for our food. Specifically spoke to the waitress regarding my steak before ordering for it to still come out Iver cooked and dry. Won't be returning

Absolutely shocking service, booked a bottomless brunch, waited 10 mins for the waitress to come and take our first drinks order. 20mins still waiting for drinks! Walked out!

Appalling service - tried on 5 occasions to book for a large party by calling and leaving a voicemail and by emailing. No one ever got back to me and my first call was 4 weeks in advance. Would not recommend if you want to make a large group booking.

Toilets were horrific, and also so off putting when a member of staff is using the loo to come out and not even wash their hands. Put me straight off the food.

I visited TGI Fridays Birmingham with my wife on Friday, and it was an unforgettable experience. The atmosphere and interior are rich with history, creating a unique and welcoming vibe. Right at the reception, there’s a Harley-Davidson on display—I couldn’t help but imagine taking it for a ride! The staff were absolutely fantastic and incredibly attentive, especially Louisa from France. And you know what? French people are so friendly and full of humour! Thanks to her, we had an amazing time. She even joked that I could ride the motorbike—as long as I wore a helmet! So I’m already looking forward to my next visit. 😁🏍 A huge thank you to the entire team for making our visit so special!

Great experience really enjoyed our evening with friends after a trip to the cinema

Place wasn't busy, got a table. Very dark couldn't see menu without phone torch. Ordered grill chicken burger and fries £19.95 the tiny bit of chicken, probably third of a breast in smallest bun ever and doubt it saw a grill. absolute joke looked like a kids meal. Cobb salad was awful. Total bill came to £80. I expected to pay bit of a premium at NEC but awful overpriced food was what I got. To be fair the lad serving was excellent. Would never go to tgi again.
