Great place to eat, getting a little more expensive with each visit but it's a quality place to eat. Great cocktails and American Beer

dear gods, 18 quid for a burger? who do they think they are, 5 guys? it was delicious but unless it's welsh black or wagyu that price was insane! staff were friendly, competent, and quick but overworked per area.

Abbie was very friendly and welcoming. Fast service and fast refills on drinks. 4 stars as I feel then menu is over priced for what it is. Over £20 for the sesame chicken.

I visited this TGI in August as part of a group and ordered the mac and cheese. I wanted to add the BBQ pulled pork but it was unavailable. I should have had an incling of what was to come when the waitress asked me 3 times if I wanted to change my order... When the food came I had a large plate of boiled pasta in what can only be described as a weak milk sauce. It was the worst food I've ever ordered from a restaurant or a food sales stall in any shape around the world. I've never had a worse children's meal when my son orders let alone an adult meal. The food was totally tasteless and nothing like Mac and cheese you would expect. Not to mention the price. At almost £20 it's a real joke. I should have sent it back. I won't ever visit a TGI again. Service was ok. There was almost nobody else in the place (again another sign) but they still make you wait 15 mins for a table. I hope this will signal the end of the awful chain as I would rather starve in the future!

Came in on a Saturday afternoon, food was great and our waitress Charlotte provided great friendly service that was quick

Appalling food quality and service. Waited 45 minutes for stone cold food. After sending back and eating we only just managed to get somebody over to pay our bill after 1 hour 50 mins. Manager was very immature and unhelpful towards complaints. Definitely avoid all..

Waitress was excellent as usual, they cant do anymore to make your meal enjoyable. Spot on !

Really crappy service. Long wait at the door, long wait to be served, long wait for the food and long wait for the dessert. When the order arrived, it didn't contain the same things as on the menu and the beef was overcooked. So all in all a crappy experience. Avoid.

I used to come here quite often, but last time I came in, I paid £33 for a surf and turf 8 ounce. I am very disappointed with the portions. The sauce didn't even cover half the steak. Chips and salad portions could barely feed a child. Sad to say I'm not coming here again.

I’m quite sure that there is an unwritten (or written in their contracts) rule that you must not take the orders of a customer for a minimum of 20 minutes of that customer walking through the door. It is a known joke in my family that you go to TGIs if you want to be ignored. Well well well. Jokes on us because we thought we would give it another try. Fourth time to be exact and tar daaaarrr. No service. Literally no service staff even looked in our direction for us to get their attention to order our drinks. We left. Don’t go. Your time is worth more than they think it’s worth . Have a great night anywhere else !!!

Firstly when we arrived I needed to use the toilet, upon going into the ladies toilets 3 of them were blocked with tissue and poo, there was blood on the seat of one. These toilets clearly hadn’t been cleaned in the last 24hours. The 4th toilet was out of service. I was already put off at this point. We then sat down and every other table that came in were offered drinks straight away only we had to call the guy over after waiting a while. The portion size has nearly halved, the Fridays glazed chicken burger I always get is now disgusting. It’s safe to say I will not be returning. For how much you pay to eat here now I’d be expecting much better services. We then waited for the bill for ages after our plates were taken away and no one came so we had to then walk to the bar to get it our selves, when the restaurant only had about 2 other tables of customers as it was 4pm in the afternoon. I wouldn’t waste your time or money.

Empty restaurant with zero atmosphere but no room for 6 people. Went back in and asked if we could have 2 tables of 3 as their large tables were all booked. The girl who sits everyone and who turned us away 3 minutes previously managed to sit us all together after all as it turned out. We thanked her very much, and then while we were perusing the menu in steamed Shannon. Deputy manager allegedly, but I think she just had the most badges on her lanyard, came over and accused us of swearing at the young girl we had just thanked for finding us the table. Terrible attitude and absolutely on a power trip. As we are all middle-aged professional people and absolutely did not swear at this girl, we got up and walked out. But not before she singled my wife out to try and imaprt her 'authority' on her. Her lack of intellect and vocabulary made it a short exchange, thankfully. My wife is a sales manger for a hospitality company and would not stand for any rude behaviour towards serving staff whatsoever, which is why we are so disgusted by this silly little girl's behaviour. So if you want to eat in a place with zero atmosphere and be served by little ego maniacs on a power trip, like Shannon, who I expect thinks serving people is beneath her as 'deputy' manager then this is the place for you. One star awarded because there are no minus options

Normally we find tgis great but this time we ended up walking out. I have never walked out of a restaurant before. We asked for a table and the lady said 15 minutes. The place was less than a 3rd full. We got a drink and waiting, longer than 15 minutes, around 25. There was a family next to us that had waited much longer and had warned us about the waiting time. We took our sits at the table, waiting over 10 minutes and no one came, there were 3 tables around us that were also waiting. This was unusual, especially as the restaurant was 2/3rds empty. The staff had no life about them, walking like they had no worries in the world. Several walking past multiple times, maybe they were told not to take orders yet. We decided to Google the reviews, saw that this waiting time has been an issue for a while and that customers hadn't enjoyed their food when it did arrive so decided to jump ship then and there. We went to the Italian inside and had a great meal with quick service. It's a shame as we do normally enjoy tgis but it will be some time before we return back and we will be checking the reviews to make sure it's improved first too. We do not blame the staff, it must be a management issue.

Honestly food was terrible drinks were terrible. Felt terrible for our waitress as it’s not our fault. Manager did do a discount etc but we still paid a decent amount of money for a terrible meal. I eat at TGIF regularly and this has to be the worst one I have stepped foot in ( 50 minutes for a mocktail) and was told they are rushing

Very slow service. Here for an hour before food came. Seems to be only one person making cocktails on bar and very limited waiting staff :( food was decent but came luke warm as seems to have been sitting for a while as was not bought to table .

Always loved coming here for date night but the recent price increase is a major put off. The service and atmosphere has always been brilliant but it seems corporate greed has taken over..

Very overrated and over priced half ultimate ribs was more like roadkill with splintered bones in every mouthful the slaw was laughable wouldn’t recommend

Just had dinner here.... really not impressed with the general attention to quality and customer satisfaction We ordered the ultimate grill (almost £40) which comes with slaw and a lettuce cob with blue cheese dressing.... the slaw was literally made up of bits of cabbage off the bottom on the stalk you would normally throw away, big, thick dry and brown pieces of cabbage. The lettuce was dried and browning and there was no dressing. The fact that someone put this on a plate, then on a tray and then on our table is shocking... as noone bothered checking on us through the meal it was at the end when I mentioned this and very little.in the way if anyone seeming to care. Maybe try somewhere else next time.

The staff were so lovely and welcoming! Door staff couldn't have helped us enough and ensured we had a lovely experience. The food was great, especially the chicken strips, and of course the cocktails! Also in a lovely location overlooking the lake. Great all round experience.

An experience I don't want to repeat. Site has outdoor seating so we asked if we could eat outside as it was a nice night, but were told food service had stopped for the outdoor area, no problem with that. The experience inside however left us feeling forgotten, large delay before taking our order despite someone cleaning tables right next to us. Order eventually taken and food came out, fries portion size has clearly changed, they used to come out in a separate tub but now in a paper fold on the plate, mozzarella sticks lacked much in the way of cheese, it was like biting into air pockets of breadcrumbs and the chicken fajitas come with 2 small tortillas, barely big enough to put more than 1 strip of chicken in. While eating we had servers on both sides of us having a conversation over our heads about how they hate cleaning tables, this was apparent as the table behind ours was vacated before we placed our order but still wasn't cleared. After finishing our meal we noticed there were customers being served food in the outdoor seating area, disappointing after being specifically told food service had stopped for that area. We finished our meals and were swayed on whether to have a dessert or not, after a lengthy wait our server came over and asked us if we wanted the bill, no mention of looking at a dessert menu so the decision was made for us. We said yes, she gave us our bill and left us with our dishes, making no effort to clear the table. This is when we discovered we had been charged for what we thought was a refillable soft drink, we discovered regular coke was not refillable which we did not know, normally I wouldn't have asked but after what was a fairly poor experience I thought I'd ask if we could possibly have the refill removed, but the server refused. We paid for the meal and left the restaurant, our dirty dishes still on our table and on the table behind us. I would suggest further training for the inexperienced servers, stressing the importance of the customers experience, and if service has stopped in the outdoor seating area this should apply to all.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Had an excellent meal out with a large group friends. The staff were brilliant, the service was superb and the food was spot on! I was delightfully surprised with their speed of service, the tasty food, and that not one thing was missing or wrong with the order, (which for such a large group normally a side is missed or a drink, nothing major) but everything was spot on. Thank you to the all the staff who made our night a delight, and for your excellent customer service!

Absolutely shocking quality of food which seems to get more expensive every time we go. £20 for a bowl of cold pasta? I'm not sure if the management have changed here but the last two times we have been here it was been the worst experience. When it first opened the service and food was brilliant and the prices more realistic. Now there's loads of staff doing not very much. Don't think we will be visiting here again in a hurry. Had the veggie nachos which were just like slop. Pasta was cold. Chicken was cold. One of us had a burger which was tiny yet still over £20.

Ordered a medium rare steak, it came out well done and over saturated in sauce. Fries were undercooked. I also got the mac and cheese side which was alright, but needed more cheese.

Dropped in to escape the England footy match. Plenty of seating and was nice and quiet. Swift service and the food was delish. No complaints and thank you. Easy walking distance from the Hilton Metropole Hotel 👍.

The restaurant was practically empty but we still had to wait an hour for food which we had to chase twice, and still arrived cold. Over £40 for a small amount of cold food and poor service. I highly recommend avoiding this place.

Waiting time is an absolute joke staff couldn't move any slower at the bar. The food was terrible with no taste and extremely over priced. £11.25 for a glass of wine. We would have had a better meal at McDonalds. Chicken strips were tiny nuggets for £21 the glazed burger was tasteless and the loaded fries were awful nothing like the picture. We will not be coming back again awful simply awful and I left wlfeeling ripped off and robbed.

Went here with my wife while waiting to go to the doja cat concert honestly had an amazing time! The vibe was amazing & had a blast. Drinks were great as well💪

TGIs food quality has gone down and the portuon sizes have halved but the prices have skyrocketed. The only saving grace was our waiter who was really nice. However overall the atmosphere has changed gone the super friendly American style waiting staff. The American sized portions. It's all gloomy. Good for hen parties and kids. Overall a dissapoinent

Rubbery chicken burger and salad doused in foetid dressing. Over priced rubbish

As a Muslim, I ordered a burger that contained bacon and specifically requested the bacon be removed. I asked the waitress twice, and she assured me it would be taken care of. When the burger arrived, it still had bacon. I explained again that I could not eat bacon and requested a new burger. Less than a minute later, she brought back the same burger with the bacon simply removed. I reiterated that I needed a fresh burger without bacon, and she eventually brought another. Trusting it was new, I began to eat, but to my shock, I tasted something different, which ended up being a small piece of bacon. Basically they served me the same burger again minutes later pretending that they have prepared a fresh one. This experience was deeply disappointing and disrespectful.

Waited an hour and a half for food after being warned it might be 40 minutes (which is the upper end of reasonable and if they had been up front we would have tried elsewhere). When food finally arrived, the plastic sauce pot for one meal was melted and the two vegan burgers had real cheese in. Still here thirty minutes after they’ve taken the burgers back and they have not replaced them. This place has wasted our time and not even provided safe food, I would warn anyone away from coming near one of these ever again.

Visited 28th May 2024 around 4pm: Just been charged £132 for the worst TGI Fridays visit I've possibly ever had. The food took so long to arrive that part of our group had to leave to go catch a train home, and asked for their food to be put in takeaway containers, which took the staff another 20 minutes to do. The food that did arrive took over 2 hours, which was ridiculous given the restaurant was nearly empty, with one member of our group missing their food entirely. We asked for a manager because we were annoyed by this point at what was going on, The manager was extremely rude and told us that the burger we ordered was placed in the takeaway bags with the other 2 that we had asked to be put in there (it wasn't). She tried to blame us for their mistake, and we were told there was nothing they could do. Absolutely disgusting service, especially for the prices they charge. I feel sorry for the staff that you can tell are trying their best only to be let down by other staff and the manager who clearly don't care in the slightest. Avoid.

It’s very rare I’d leave a one star review for somewhere. Waiting times were long enough to the point part of my group had to leave to catch a train, meaning they had to have their food to take away with them. Upon enquiring the whereabouts of my food, I was met with a rather rude response from the manager insisting that that they had been taken away already. Instead of offering me a replacement or an apology, she proceeded to tell me there was nothing they could do. The miscommunication was their error, not mine, yet I somehow felt like I was being blamed for their mistake. For the prices they charge, this was a really disappointing experience.

Waited well over an hour for food, they quite obviously had forgotten it as when we mentioned it suddenly appeared. It was obviously sat underneath a heat lamp for quite some time which meant the Steak my partner ordered was cold and well done. Burger buns crispier than a pack of walkers crisps as a result of heat lamp for so long! When asked for the bill it took them 30 min to finally get us said bill. Very unapologetic, unprofessional too. Won’t be returning.

Possibly the worst tgi Fridays I've been to. 40 minutes to get drinks in a nearly empty restaurant. Food taking longer after that. Not worth it. Go to karaage upstairs, much much better place.

As expected but some colleagues wanted to go. The starters are all around £10 each and each of our starters were good but overpriced. For mains most of the party went for the sesame chicken which they all loved but agreed was again overpriced. I went for the mixed grill at a whopping £38, given the premium price I was expecting something special but it definitely didn't live up to the price as the chicken was OK. The tiny bit of steak was chewy and overcooked. The pork I had to leave half of it as it was covered in way to much salt. The ribs were OK but nowhere like they used to be when they had jack Daniels sauce, most of it was luke warm at best. 2 of the party had the cheese and bacon loaded fries. Which dosnt actually come with cheese but with some sort of cheese sauce drizzled over it with a few bits of bacon pieces. Both couldn't eat it as they said it wasn't nice - these did get removed from the bill. It's been many years since I have been to TGI's I will have to leave longer till next time as they haven't improved. If it hadn't of been for the others loving the sesame chicken I would of marked it down further.

Nice place staff were very nice and helpful my only gripe was the food my wife and myself had the starters chicken strips and calamari with our son the food was tasty but very small portions for what we were charged to over priced, we then had the house steak very tasty but mine was not cooked to medium rare more like medium my wife's was ok but again very small portion for what we got not cheap at £28 each my son had chicken pasta which he said was very nice all in all we did have a nice time but to expensive for the price and portions so we won't be going back i'm afraid

My service at TGI Fridays was incredible. Mia went above and beyond with her service and friendly attitude. Popped in for a drink and it was delicious. Will definitely be back for food thanks to the the lovely staff and atmosphere. Thank you to all of the friendly staff who made this experience even more enjoyable

Worst TGI experience I've ever had. 15th March around 8pm. Visited here while staying locally. Restaurant was fairly quiet. Server seemed nice to begin with took drink orders and food order then stated if we needed anything else just to ask. That was the last we seen if her for some time. Starters were delivered we both ordered the sesame strips. One arrived with salad in the side and the other with cabbage on the side. Portion wasn't the best either. Then waited for the main course at least 30 mins. No one came by to ask if we wanted more drinks which we did need during the wait. The majority of the servers were all gathered near the kitchen and clearly having a great time at work. While the remainder of the staff were socialising at the bar. Finally the main course arrived from a completely different server and the plates were dumped on the table and the server promptly disappeared again. Without asking if we needed anything else and without even removing the starter plates or empty glasses!!! We were at a small table for 2! Food was completely average. Wings were only just cooked. Celery missing from main. Table service almost non existent to the point where at nearby tables folk were having to get up to go and ask for things. Who ever the manager was on that shift was either not caring about what the staff were up to or perhaps socialising with them too. Shameful tbh. Glad it's not my local TGI Friday's 👎

The food was bad and cold, the service was terrible and completely bad and disorganized You can't charge that much money for such bad food. I would have eaten better at McDonald's and paid less preferably no star

I had a lovely experience in tgi Friday resorts world on 29/02/2024, my waiter Dave made me and my sisters experience the best we have had eating at this restaurant his customer service skills are exceptional and his personality shines through each time he passed our table.

Great service and good quality food

Nicely themed restaurant; gives a real vintage American vibe. Has an eating booth in the shape of a classic American car; which looks cool, and a motorbike on display near the entrance. Can’t fault the vibe and the aesthetics of this TGI’s. Servers are nice and polite. Took a while to receive food once ordered. The food itself is only a strong average but with premium prices for this type of cuisine. Wouldn’t really dine here again. In summary, average food. Brilliant atmosphere and vibe. Tad too expensive.

Food looks nothing like it does in the menu. The reality was dry, overcooked uninspiring food. ALOT of things were out of stock (on a Friday ironically) but not told at the point of ordering so only found out when only half the food arrives at the table (charged full price). Avoid if you have the chance, I guess they are still open as they have little repeat custom being so close to the NEC and the airport so nobody knows better.

Nice atmosphere and friendly staff but food not value for money adult meal bearly any bigger than child meals and chips smothered in salt (even child meals!)

Took my son for his birthday which was booked online in advance and informed them what it was for. Came to the day and it was such a disappointment, Kids size burgers and fries for £20 each or just under each (6 of us in total, 5 Adult meals and one child meal). The prices for the drinks were also a rip off as they charge £4.30 for soft drinks which are just cans (would of been cheaper to buy 6 cans from the NEC vending machines). Waitress are walking around like headless chickens and appear to be clueless, no birthday cake, and no birthday song 😑 either, (6 soft drinks and burgers cost me £132 overall 😯) Won't be returning and can see this place closing down in the near future as it was half empty and the amostphere was dull, playing pop music in a rock theme diner?

TFI chicken wings with JD sauce used to be amazing. However what i got served here this evening was vile. The wing was still fully portioned, not cut into two, with the flap still on. Then served in a soup of JD sauce. The combination made them impossible to eat. Couldn't cut them up and couldn't eat them. A small portion of wings was £9, it was also £9 for a chicken tender starter, £5 for a small bowl of chips and £7 for a bottle of cider. Rip off

Walked in and asked for a table, she said she would set a table up for us but took ages to do it, she was just walking around. Waited 15-20 mins when we could see at least 6 tables ready to go. The burger just tasted of chargrilled, loaded fries were cold and all the beers on draught tasted earthy. Very poor quality beers. Coated chicken was nice. First time coming here but never again. Definitely NOT recommend.

Have eaten here with work colleagues a couple of times recently, once on a weekend, once midweek without too much on at the NEC, so pretty quiet. Here's the thing, it's never been amazing food, couple of nice sauces, but not exactly battling for a Michelin star, but wasn't too expensive... Now it seems the standard of the food has slipped and the prices have shot up. Both visits, there were multiple cocktail ingredients, sauces and dishes they'd run out of, similarly very slow service, problems with the bookings, dishes coming out of order or being missed/served cold and so on. These things can happen on a busy weekend, but just shouldn't be happening on a slow Wednesday. The serving staff try their best to help sort problems and are friendly and helpful, but are at the mercy of the folk heating the food through. Don't know what's going on with management or kitchen, but something is amiss. Can't see me going back.

terrible place honestly, walked in to have some food and got turned away at the door due to being closed. meanwhile , customers were behind and accepted into the restaurant .

Called in today and was given s table quickly our order was taken after about 5 mins.The starter took about 30 mins to come out then after saying we were in a rush the main took another 1 hour .We had to decline the food as it was making late for the concert next door.Not once was it explained there would be a wait for food. Serval people also got up and left the restaurant due to the same problem

TGI Friday NEC 21st Jan 2024 At the NEC on business......visited TGI FRIDAYS with colleagues. The service was excellent from the staff, BUT in particular DAVE who took our orders and gave us recommendations which turned out to be SUPERB. Very impressed with everything on this visit....but mostly the GREAT service. Even spoke to the manager to make sure Dave got the recognition he deserved. Well done TGI Friday. Thanks Julian

Table booked fpr 7,30 didn't even get through the door until 7,45 then had to wait for half an hour for table. Couldn't get served at bar as more interested in serving people already eating.when we finally sat down it was 9.05 before our food came by which time we were all past eating. The restaurant was also freezing cold. All young staff who were very apologetic but with no organisational or people skills at all. Worst place I have ever been don't bother going

Restaurant was empty, plenty of servers standing around the bar and yet it took over 30 minutes for a Drinks order. Food took so long to arrive, 1.5 hours, that one person in our small party had to leave before it arrived. Kitchen issue not server, however, our waitress was unapologetic and condescending. Food was overseasoned and dry. Would not recommend

Went on a Monday. Should have know there would be issues with that. Starter took 40 mins, but was removed from the bill with no questions asked. Big issue was the £1.90 upgrade for the fries to loaded. Half a sprinkling of bacon and a pathetic amount of cheese thrown on the top is not loaded my dear friends. Pic as evidence.

Wow this place is poor, long service times, half tye cocktails are un available, food was semi warm and they've totally ran with the cost of living thing, how is 16.99 buy 1 get 1 free cocktails even good deal isn't that just buy 2 for 16.99. And £20 for a burger and salad. Tgi's propper gone down hill in my eyes I won't be returning to any of their establishments.

Ordered ultimate half rack of ribs for £24 and this turned up. Thinking this was some sort of mistake I asked the waitress if these were meant to be "ultimate'. She laughed agreeing that they were not ultimate ribs taking my plate back to the kitchen only to come back 5 minutes later and said they were actually in fact ultimate and apparently they had been told to tell customers not to order them because they are so terrible!! I didn't get the memo. She did give me an additional half of ribs which were slightly better. Cocktails apparently BOGOF but they cost £16...so not really BOGOF? The cocktails cost £8 each which is a normal cocktail price? Can't say I was very impressed. Very over -priced for what you get and still can't believe someone thought that rib portion was acceptable to be sent out in the first place.

So food and drink is overpriced for a start Good but overpriced . Waitresses were lovely . Had a wait for drinks . Did look online before booking, i don't remember the prices being so high Not Im a hurry to go back .

Tried to book a table of 8 on Saturday evening just gone. At first, this was approved, and we got confirmation of booking, only for us to receive cancellation the next day. Upon phoning, we were informed that they had no table of 8 and that it was a mistake, and they booked us two tables of 4 next to eachother. Upon arriving, there was a table of 8 but reserved for someone else... so not best pleased. Fortunately, we were seated at our new tables promptly, and the service was good and the staff very friendly. The food was absolutely lovely, and they were doing 2 for 1 cocktails at the time (though annoyingly they had to be the same). I had a glass of wine and it was reasonably priced, but the food was quite expensive, but very good. Unfortunately I have to rate 3/5 simply because we weren't seated together we couldn't all talk to eachother.

Came here for a meal out, food was lovely but a little on the pricey side but bearable. Our server Jack H was lovely and help, food took a little while comjng out though. Otherwise good experience

Service was slow, but the food made up for that. Friendly polite staff will visit again.

To be fair we didn't eat we had some cocktails considering the abundance of staff it's a shame no one was clearing the tables I could see 6 cluttered tables that hadn't been emptied or cleaned on the 45 mins I was there. Such be a shame

AWFUL! Booked for 9.30pm and food came out at 11.10pm. Ridiculously slow service, burgers were burned, very low quality and claims to be "busy" despite only a couple of tables in. Unbelievably bad attitude from the manager. Book somewhere else!

Stopped by TGI Fridays after visiting the Jurassic Park 30th Anniversary event across the road. We didn't eat but had drinks at the bar. Jake and Joe were absolutely fantastic in making us feel welcome and looked after. A fantastic experience and I would go back again simply because of their professionalism and friendliness.

Great food, came out hot and fast! The service was great and speedy, drinks were constantly topped up and Sarah was very kind and helpful.

I went back to TGIs after years and it was disappointing. Smaller portions and none of the amazing atmosphere it was known for.

Our server Max was fab, so helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much bother really made our dining experience so much better

I booked TGI Fridays to try out the bottomless brunch for mine and my partners anniversary on Sunday 1st October 2023 at 5pm. I booked online and have the confirmation details, but when we arrived the staff did not seem to know about the booking. The two staff on the door looked at me strangely when I told them my surname and said that we would have to wait for a table. They handed me a buzzer that would buzz when the table was ready and said it would be 10 minutes. The buzzer however was broke and kept buzzing. So they gave us a new one. We do not understand why our table was not ready as we counted at least 13 members of staff working out front in the restaurant but none seemed to be doing anything. There were many empty dirty tables that needed to be cleaned, but many of the staff were chatting amongst themselves, on their phones and the overall atmosphere did not come across as a restaurant. Larger groups that came in after also got seated before us, even though we were on time. We were really excited to try the brunch, but ended up leaving to go elsewhere due to the unprofessionalism and lack of service.

When brought to our table and given menus, we were not informed of dishes that would not be available to order (any ribs) or small chance of availability due to only three being left (cajun bacon chop) We were only informed by the server after we tried to order both items. I then felt rushed to find an alternative when i was unable to order the ribs. Mainly the disappointing factor

Staff was inviting and treated our table with dignity. Service was quick and food was hot.

A disappointing evening last night at this branch. Been several times before and the wife had commented that she has never had a good meal there. I will cut to the chase: - Wrong order - WELL over cooked Steak - Wrong Bill (overcharged by almost £20) Service was... Well "English" service is how I would class it. Admittedly when we did catch the staffs attention they did eventually remedy the issues (required repeated requests). A disappointing end to an otherwise nice day out

I’d not been to TGI in about 5 years, and after last night won’t bother again. My “ultimate” HALF rack of ribs were not so ultimate. They were also the driest and most cremated ribs I have ever eaten - these were £20+, so I was expecting something good. For reference; you get a full rack of ribs at miller & Carter for £20 and they are cooked to perfection, so don’t waste your money here. My girlfriend, although she said her pasta was nice, the chicken on the top was burnt, actually charcoal burnt on one side. I don’t know, maybe TGI is for the more immature palette, but we’d have probably been better having a macdonalds than wasting £65 here. Over-priced money greedy.
