Arden Hotel & Leisure Club in Solihull

Paid 130 for a room advertised day before visit for 61. So paid 130 then they want 14 each for breakfast. Very dissatisfied no view next to a petrol station noisy plenty better nearer for cheaper

Stayed overnight before flying from Birmingham. (17.5.25) Staying here allowed us to do the twilight check in the night before. Then back to hotel (15-20 minutes walk) for a lovely meal at the hotels restaurant. Nothing too much trouble. Waitress Ashley was very attentive when I asked about dishes for myself with a dairy allergy she was happy to ask the kitchen. As simple as this may sound you would be surprised that it doesn’t happen at many places. In fact everyone we came into Contact with was happy and nothing too much trouble. This was our second time here and we would definitely come back again. Thank you.

Had a great time. Clean facilities. Friendly staff and very helpful. Breakfast taken care of by Jane and her team. Good choice of food including gluten free, cooked separately to order. Would highly recommend, easy to get to concert halls and shopping and dining at NEC( Gentings casino, Sky bar etc) Good car parking with easy access on and off. Really good staff in all areas but special thanks to Jane for her help.

Brilliant hotel, my room was very clean and comfortable. All staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. We had snack and drinks in bar and later meal in dining room, can't praise staff enough. Lady on reception,when we arrived early, very obliging as regards to our rooms and car parking. Thank you for a pleasant stay from G. Allman

Perfect for bp pulse arena, B'ham. Just 5 minutes walk. Hotel quiet and room fine, bed comfy. Buffet breakfast was very good. Continental and full English Free parking. What's not to like

Great experience. Luxury is a little to far fetched in the title, spa pool was out of order and really wanted to have a good dip in spa this morning. Other than that pleasent service on the bar and reception. Would recommend for a quick stay. Food was great too.

New Years Eve.On arrival to reception. Excellent. Room good. Bar staff attentive Excellent. Restaurant table layout and decorations Good. Mains duck ok rest of the menu enjoyable. Restaurant Manager and staff Excellent. DJ Excellent. Breakfast Excellent. A thoroughly enjoyable stay.Look forward to next year.

What an exceptional stay. Extremely kind and accommodating family of which looked after us throughout our stay. Would 100% recommend.

It's close to the airport and in walking distance to a shop. We did afternoon tea and spa access. Staff were really lovely, especially in the restaurant. The food was lovely.

Ate there. One of the few places that still do Silver Service. This makes a nice change and it's good value. Sweet trolley is very good

Rented a function room for a birthday party. Staff were friendly and super helpful, special mention to Lucy. We were given access to the room ahead of time to prepare all the decorations. During the party staff were very attentive. Would definitely recommend to anyone wishing to hire a room for a birthday party.

Great location and easy to get too! Impressive entrance to the hotel. Rooms not as impressive but still ok. Was very hot in the rooms for some reason. Nice place, friendly staff

In what world is it a good idea to test your fire alarm call points at 3am on a Saturday morning? Not even the courtesy of a prior warning if this is a regular process! Spa facilities filthy, staff on gym reception couldn’t care less if anyone was a member or a guest, anyone could just walk through. Rooms severely outdated yet you pay a premium because you’re close to the NEC and Airport.

Enjoyed my stay here. Entrance is tight off a very fast dual carriageway but good location otherwise.

Standard stuff in the room but smaller than most. Service was friendly, the EV charger was easy to get working once we found the QR code hidden behind a heavily tinted cover. A swim, sauna and jacuzzi was a nice easy to start the day.

Best Afternoon Tea ever, great value, handy location & excellent staff. Visited for a 90th birthday & we enjoyed it immensely. Member of staff who booked it for us even popped over to say hello now thats what I call above and beyond excellent customer service. Thank you Arden Hotel for making our 90th birthday afternoon tea special for our family member.

Hugely expensive, very poor evening meal (burger, and vegi burger and chips) burger cold, vegi burger, still frozen in the middle and chips cold. Taxi ordered on check in at 4 am, waited until 4.10am then went to reception to find, taxi had not been ordered. £284.00 for a 12 hour stay and a weeks parking. Last time we stay. The location is great and the rooms are ok ( only 1 plug socket now though so take a 4 gang) we have stayed several times before but the prices have been ramped up, and the service, ramped down. 2 stars is generous.

Very tired hotel good value for money. Make sure you book a slot if you want to use the pool and gym tho otherwise you may be disappointed
