Excellent service provided by Phoebe. Food was well presented with prompt service, I can recommend this location as a great night out.

Overall a good experience like the many times I’ve been here in the past. Phoebe was an absolute gem! The only slight disappointment was that my pork belly came with broccoli instead of green beans as on the menu, but they redeemed themselves with the brownie

En fait quand on réside à l'Holiday Inn à côté on n'a pas trop le choix... La décoration est typiquement pub anglais par contre j'ai trouvé le service assez nul. Les serveuses font la gueule et on attend très longtemps avant d'être pris en charge. Ma pizza était sucrée, les locaux doivent trouver ça "amazing" mais en fait ce n'est pas bon. Le prix est dans le standard local. Ça doit être sympa en terrasse mais pour ma part ça a été une mauvaise expérience. PS : m'a bière était bonne !

This is a cosy pub with really friendly and welcoming staff. It is often busy which gives it a vibrant atmosphere. Beer and food are standard for a Vintage Inn but the beer is well kept and the food always fresh and tasty

The service and food were wonderful. I’m not normally one for eating burgers when out but the signature burger was delicious and it was all well presented. The family really enjoyed their food too and it is all so reasonably priced for the quality of the food! Thank you little owl for a lovely experience as not only was I celebrating Easter Sunday but it I had been ill and unable to see my mum and my kids due to illness on Mother’s Day so we were also celebrating that.

Amy C made our visit really enjoyable, her enthusiasm really shown through... she was a gem.

Large group of 9 was served by Paula. We enjoyed the food, that was only surpassed by the service. Paula was pleasant, polite and just seemed to always be there just as we needed another drink or other attention. Good at anytime but this was brilliant on what was clearly an exceedingly busy Saturday night. Thanks Paula and all the Little Owl Team.

Went for Sunday lunch today to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The restaurant was busy but we were shown to our table and didn’t have to wait long to order our drinks and meals. We ordered from the Sunday lunch menu which has a good choice....

A party of 8 with x2 youngsters attended around 1 pm for Sunday dinners. All Sunday lunches were well received by those who ordered them. Signature Burgers all well enjoyed too, plus the Veg options. Great atmosphere, Phoebe was terrific, thank you for a very pleasant Sunday luncheon.

Came on mothers day Monday id call it. Place was packed..... had a nibble from the whilst you wait menu... fantastic. Everything was a little slow but not the teams fault it was the volume of people but Everything was perfect. Even the bar guy was taking food out I wish I'd took pictures but the s'mothering law there so no phones . Overall ..... fantastic

Food is consistently lovely here but today was amazing, they went all out for mother day I hope the chefs is proud! I can never fault the service and as per usual it was attentive, phoebe was our waitress and looked after us very well. Doesn’t hurt that’s it’s a beautiful pub either. Have come here before and would again.

The gentleman that greeted us on arrival was warm, friendly and welcoming. Took our drinks order promptly. Our waitress was just as warm and friendly. The food was really good. Piping hot and both dishes were delicious. I would highly recommend The Little Owl, Bickenhill

I recently stayed in the Holiday Inn Express for a 4 day exhibition at the NEC. I ate here on my own the first night and was greeted and served by Millie, a very pleasant young lady, I had the sea bass and t was delicious. I took my colleagues the following evening and we had our evening meal here three nights running, the service and food was again, delicious. I did not have to ask for a drink, Millie remembered, and it was on the bar waiting for me, now that is service. I would highly recommend The Little Owl, and would eat there more often if I lived closer, I would also recommend booking a table to avoid disappointment. Until next time. Kind regards Steve

Very much looking forward to a meal in this pub after a full day at Crufts - until the waiter proceeded to tell me that the Falkland Islands belong to Argentina not Britain. I live in the Falkland, I was there in 1982. Not what...

I think the sign for the little owe should be displayed a bigger sign as we went into the wrong way. Owing to all the changes around there .just hope we don't get fined As we would love to return there again.

This place was accused of being a fake by the company I was with. It isn’t. It’s a genuinely old fashioned place that was heaving with custom and food eaters. The service was brilliant

I went to the little owl for Valentines with my boyfriend. We ordered the ciders to drink and for the starter we had salt and pepper calamari (£6.95), it came with a delicious dip on the side and it tasted really well with the calamari....

What a fantastic pub , friendly staff great food and fantastic atmosphere . If you’re in the area I would highly recommend you try this place out.

This pub is a welcome haven from the soulless roads and buildings around the NEC. The staff were really helpful and friendly and the atmosphere relaxing. The food was classic pub offerings and both the meals we had were excellent. Good sized portions, well cooked and served quickly. The fish and chips I had was one of the best I have had in a pub for quite a while.

Popped into here today for the first time for lunch with my wife. So glad we did. What a lovely pub. Food was excellent. We both had the Fish & Chips - Awesome. Their cappuccino coffees were outstanding. Place was quiet when we arrived but quickly got a little busier. They had a lovely roaring log fire which really added to the atmosphere of the place and was much needed as the weather was miserable outside. The food was on the pricier side, but the quality and ambiance was worth it. The service was great. Toilets were first rate also. Definitely coming here again.

Ate here a few times whilst staying at the Holiday Inn next door. The food is excellent, only complaint is they don't seem to like serving deserts. The main meal comes out in 5 minutes flat, but I had to ask where my crumble was after 40 mins, that was quicker than the almost an hour it took to get my ice cream earlier in the week.

No bottled tonic water available. The tonic served was flat and tasteless. The meal was congealed and dry very disappointed

Came as a party of 13 to celebrate a birthday. On arrival was greeted warmly, all food came out quickly and everyone agreed food was plentiful and lovely. Staff attentive throughout, would return and would definitely recommend, only negative was parking a little confusing if you came in wrong entrance

A great little pub which is great to mix things up in if you are staying in the Holiday Inn, next door. Food is pretty good, especially for pub food. Not the worst priced, compared to a lot of airport hotel and restaurant food prices. Really good selection of drinks, cosy vibes and nice service.

Service was great, just the waiting time for the food was too long as for half full place. I got well-done steak, where I ordered medium-rare. Kitchen re done it for me, but that was another 15 minutes added to the already 1 hour visit.

We had a lovely afternoon with good food and the staff were excellent BUT We were surprised that when our bill arrived it was subject to additional VAT? The menu should be inclusive of VAT as is the case in any restaurant or should make it clear that VAT is extra to the bill before you order?

Nice pub and the staff were very good. With 15 of us,the staff coped well with all our orders. The course's came as we wanted and at no time did we feel as if we were being hurried. The food was very good and when the time came to pay they were very obliging as each family paid there own part of the bill
