Fabulous food - definitely recommend the lamb rump on the specials board. The food is definitely cooked to order so there is a little wait but not too long. Donna & Andrew are so friendly and a great atmosphere in the pub. Dogs are allowed in the bar area too which is an extra bonus. Thank you

Had a very nice meal here. Service was great. The outside area is not great especially if you want to eat there. Experience spoilt a bit by a large group of men who needed to swear whilst looking at the menu. Strange behaviour. I'm sure this is not a regular thing at this place

Came here for Tuesday night dinner with a few friends. Service was great, staff were friendly and accommodating, and even though it was a quiet weeknight there was still a lovely atmosphere with a log fire and pretty decor. It was great to see them serving tapas here again, and we had a few classic tapas as well as some newer, creative dishes we’d not tried before. The cracker bread & sweet pickle served with the pintxos & Camembert was lovely! There were also some lovely specials. Lots of options for vegetarian/ pescatarian. The sangria was great and we finished with the best limoncello I’ve ever tried! We had a dog with us and they were really accommodating, putting us at a table where she could have space and wouldn’t roam to other tables. Lovely evening & lovely people running it, we’ll definitely be back.

I have been going here on and off for a few years now. It pains me to say it but, it’s not what it was. My food was good but, they don’t seem to do as many specials now, the cheesecake was fabulous but, it’s either not on or, it’s just a vanilla cheesecake called twirl because there is some chopped twirls on it. I assume from the drop in opening hours, things are not what they could be - come on Lyons Den, step up your Facebook PR again, do the great cheesecakes. It’s a great place but nothing comes easy in this world.

Completed online booking form to book a table for a birthday meal to never receive any confirmation. Attempted to phone… phone number not in use. Used the online WhatsApp system… my message was read and never replied to!!! Awful customer service and have booked elsewhere instead.

We really enjoyed our tapas meal. There was plenty of choice and the food was delicious. Lovely, friendly staff. We went again the following evening and had paella.

Great food, relaxed atmosphere. Popped in on the off chance. Great vegan selection, beautifully cooked, good portions, friendly service. Best home made baked beans I’ve ever had.

Once again another fabulous meal, the food is so delicious and tasty. The owner was there to welcome us and made us all feel very welcome. We will see you again very soon :)

Well what can you say about this Indian restaurant, totally superb! We have eaten in my Indian restaurants, but this one is on another level, food was out of this world, staff were super friendly from the moment we went in to the time we came out. I arranged a meal for a party of 16. Camilla was very helpful in setting this up. The evening went very well. The room was lovely. The food and wine were great and service efficient and friendly. This was our second time here and I’m sure we’ll be back a third time in due course.
