Ordered 2 kebabs chips salad and garlic mayo. Arrived online. Hot well cooked food. Excellent service all round . Delivery driver was friendly and courteous . Highly recommended

Ben was a fantastic Waiter, very attentive. Had a pepperoni Pizza which was delicious. Everything came out fast and hot ! Will come again

Ordered from this place last night (11/10/24) we placed our order at 19:45pm through just eat, we was told an ETA of 20:45-21:05PM it got to 20:30 and it said out for delivery. 35 minutes later and no delivery of our food, we called up the establishment and asked about our food, the gentleman who answered said it would be with us in 5 minutes. We waited and 15 minuses past by before I called again only to be told that the food had been delivered. We hadn’t received our food and me and my fiance were starving, so I asked where was it delivered to, he asked the driver and the driver said 25 (our house number) and that two kids answered the door, yet we’re a young couple and have no kids. I proceeded to tell him this and that just eat requires a code for delivery which only we should know, we ended up ordering dominoes as a replacement but I was told he would call me back 21:30pm he said this. It is now the following day and I’ve had no call at all, I would avoid this place at all costs doesn’t seem to be run very well and we’re now in process of a refund through just eat

Good chicken wrap fries just ok.

After treating myself to a hamburger and fries for lunch I pulled out my hamburger and this is what I got! Slapped together and scrunched into the rapper, flung onto the pass to be served! This is not a burger! There was no mustard and what ketchup was on it had made the bread all soggy and horrible. It’s fair to say I put it back in the bag. Wouldn’t give that to me dog. Not everyone has time to go back to the restaurant and get fresh food, though I wouldn’t even want another one after this.

Lovely chips, fantastic curry sauce and mush peas, unfortunately never ordered anything else but the fish did look amazing definitely visit again with a full order next time

First time ordering and won’t be back. Sloppy portions. I ordered rice and ended up with half a portion in the plastic tray. Prawns which weren’t exactly cheap arrived cold. I feel that if you order through just eat… it isn’t as carefully prepared as it would be ordering by phone. It’s a no from me.

Ordered 2 Sunday roast dinners for delivery. What an absolute disappointment. Broccoli was most definitely not cooked. Even the fork couldn’t pierce the floret. The beef, was stringy and full of fat. The cauliflower cheese would most definitely have been ok, if they had remembered to add the cheese. The Yorkshire pudding, was burnt on top, but full of thick stodgy uncooked mix, underneath. The final part of my Anchor Inn journey, was the fact that the whole meal cost £34.88. Not a huge amount to most, but a huge amount to me. So much for my monthly treat. Wont be spending another penny at this establishment.

Discussing meal, got the order wrong told 5 minutes so asked for my other part of the order to be redone, put in microwave till solid then argued when I wanted my money back having not eaten anything. Won’t be going back in a hurry 😞

We went to Fishnet several months ago and was really disappointed with the quality. However, we decided to try again and see if it had improved. The pastry on pie was rock hard and cold. The chips were also luke warm, greasy and were refrys at 7pm so we had to bin the food. Such a shame as this chippy was a lovely takeaway. We don’t know if they are cutting corners to save money but won’t be back as we couldn’t eat the food. This place was a goldmine and they need to raise the standard of food and this will ensure customers will increase and return!

Was the most disgusting food I’ve tasted in a long time , wrong size chips wrong pie and very late and cold , won’t be going here again

Excellent quality as always! Been using this chippy for so many years! Always a friendly welcome with a smile. The online ordering is so convenient and never fails to exceed expectations! 10/10

Ate here twice in five years. First time it was awful and made me sick. Never went back.until yesterday and guess what? It was horrible and made me sick.

Took my mum for breakfast on Saturday morning, the cafe was very busy and there was a lovely atmosphere. We both had an English breakfast and cappuccino and couldn’t fault it, food was cooked to perfection and was delicious, the staff were lovely and very helpful, will definitely be returning.
