Garlic and cheese naan didn’t taste of anything … very disappointed

Overall food was ok slightly cooler than I would liked .

We ordered a garlic nan and it was just plain and the poppadoms were very greasy.

Curries and rice are very nice to be fair , but chicken tikka roll went in the bin no salad no sauce not nice at all

No only was my food 30 minutes late it arrived cold and the curry was only 2 thirds full. Won’t order from here again!

Finally got my order after 2 phone calls 30 minutes apart and being told they were waiting for a driver and we only live 5 minutes away . Order placed at 6.40 and got it 8. 50 , not vey warm and watery which curry goes when cold . Not a happy custo

Nearly 1.5 hours late from latest delivery time. Over 2 hours from the point the order was placed. When food eventually arrived it was warm at best - breads and chips cold.

Food was nearly 3 hours late.. we had gone to bed as was so late.. complete waste of money as had to throw it away

Unfortunately, the experience was far below the acceptable standard, both in terms of flavor and food safety. Firstly, the dish lacked the fundamental seasoning of salt and spices, which resulted in a bland and unappetizing taste. This basic expectation for any prepared meal was not met, and it significantly detracted from the dining experience. Additionally, the meat served was undercooked, presenting not only a culinary disappointment but also a serious health risk. Consuming raw or undercooked meat can lead to foodborne illnesses, and it is alarming that such a fundamental aspect of food preparation was overlooked. The negligence displayed in preparing a meal that fails to meet basic culinary standards is concerning. It suggests a lack of attention to detail and, more importantly, a disregard for customer satisfaction and well-being. As a patron, one anticipates a certain level of quality and care, which was regrettably absent in this instance. I regret to inform you that due to this experience, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend your restaurant to others. Furthermore, I am compelled to refrain from placing future orders. I trust that you will take this feedback seriously and implement the necessary measures to ensure that such an incident does not recur. Food safety and customer enjoyment should be paramount, and I hope to see improvements that reflect these values. Please consider this letter as an opportunity to enhance your service and food quality. I believe every customer deserves a meal that is both enjoyable and safe to consume

Never have I had to wait 1hour 30+ minutes for delivery. 30+min late on what was already an hour wait time. Food was cold and had to be reheated at home. Food delivered by a driver, his partner and young kids in child seats in the back. No wonder it was late. Really poor show of parenting and take away food delivery!

Faultless food, fast delivery, always got some good deals on like 20% or even 40% off, curry is never oily and the lamb falls apart! Go to place to order a curry in Nuneaton

Normally I would give 5 stars but our naan breads were not up to standard tonight. I called the restaurant and they immediately sent replacements which were much nicer. Excellent service, thank you!

Really dropped the ball today, chicken was so dry and hard I spat it back out. Rice was dry and had no flavour left in it. Samosas were nice but you only get 2 small ones for your money.

Beware. I ordered through Uber Eats. My order was accepted and I got a delivery time. Unknown to me 10mins later my order was cancelled. I didn’t get any notification of this. Didn’t find out until I was wondering why it hadn’t arrived. So - beware !!

Great Hot Food 8/10. Only hang ups.. Not a fan of the new mint sauce recipe or the shrunken Naan, you use to do much bigger ones, please revert back then 10/10 😉

Chicken Tikka starter was dryer than the Sahara desert: totally inedible. Clearly reheated every day for the last week, until happenchance chose me as the unfortunate soul who make a bad life decision by ordering it. The Biryani was Ok.

We ordered a takeaway from here tonight and honestly, it was so fresh and we all really enjoyed it. I don’t really eat takeaways as I’m always disappointed, but this has definitely changed my perception.

Pre ordered, was delivered right on time, piping hot and delicious. Popadoms were stale tho which did ruin it a little.

Excellent tasty food again as always. Succulent chicken , just the right amount of hot spices to make an enjoyable meal . Highly recommended.

Honest review, Food was hot but WORSE Curry I ever had! No Curry masala it was just spaghetti sauce ! Lamb curry were just 6 pices in a container and also bit odoured. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR ASIAN CURRY THEN I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS!

Has this place changed hands? New Chef?, last 3 meals We've had from here have been awful, The Maracha used to be so tasty, the last time we ordered there was slimy chillies in that tasted off & the sauce was thin/runny, & tonight's meal tasted as though a full tub of salt had been added, & the chips were the smallest portion ever, we'd decided to give it one last go but you've lost our custom now.

Lamb Balti was ok the tikka Masala im sorry to say tasted of the huge amount of red colouring which made it look awful and tasteless wouldnt order it again sorry guys. used to love this place i tell my self il try it again but only get disapointed will have to find another place

Never order delivery from here!!!!! Wondered why I was upset when they were in excess of 30 minutes late. However, before I ordered it said 30 - 45 minutes so in fact over an hour later than i originally expected if to arrive… And when opened bag wrong order! Called back, had to wait for the delivery driver to get back as the person who answered could not understand that we had the wrong delivery. whilst someone else’s order gets cold!!! Or is now calling to say they have not received order or gotten our order. When he picked up he said I was rude when he dropped it off. He should expect some words as it was ordered 90 minutes before! Went on to state it will be delivered and hung up on me. I did not intend to wait another 90 minutes for them to produce order again… called back and cancelled. Let’s see if the refund is processed straight away! I don’t hold much hope.

Awful. Absolutely terrible service. 1 star is too many. Ordered at 8 delivered at 10:30 completely the wrong order and attitude is appalling.

All they would say is sorry they are busy, food arrived cold, delivery driver said sorry if it’s late, so I told her yes 2 hours it’s just not acceptable, should not be accepting orders if you cannot fulfil them to satisfactory, absolutely terrible service

Had takeaways from Millennium Balti for years and never had a bad one. Great food and really nice staff. Really don’t recognise the negative comments in some of the reviews here. Taste and spice aplenty! Love it!

Had food for the whole family from here last night for the first time, best curry we’ve ever had, all absolutely loved it. Arrived on time and curry was hot, definitely recommend

Over hour and half to arrive and now order is incomplete! No answer on the phone at all been trying for 10minutes! Food is cold! Not impressed at all

Avoid. Initially very happy with the order until I found myself eating a piece of chicken from my vegetarian curry. I have been veggie for nearly 19 years so very upset by this. I then found another piece of chicken. Tried to call the restaurant continuously but no answer. Avoid if you have any dietary requirements.

Just had a meal from millennium balti ,absolutely awful,just tastes like tomato sauce,absolutely no spice build whatsoever so obviously some basic gravy thrown in a pan that has no care or love ,that all food needs. The worse rice ever, may as well call it dust,no flavour or substance. Never again

The delivery is always late and the food good if it’s hot. Second time in a row it’s been very late and will not order from here again.

Ordered twice from them now and haven’t actually received our order as we sat waiting for over 2 and a half hours. Phoned them and very reluctant to refund us. So lost our money and lost out on food. Absolute waste of space.

Ordered for 6:40 had to flag it was late and the order was rescheduled for 7:00 then didn’t arrive till 7:15. Tandoor chicken was over cooked, and the spice tasted artificial. I’ve ordered from here before and it was much better, sadly, not tonight.

Delivery time from order was 60-80 minutes but order also 15 mins late. Ordered onion bhaji and got samosas instead. Curry was hot but sauce was still solidified. Not a great experience.

Called when it was late, was told it was leaving just then and would be delivered in 10 minutes. Didn’t get a notification it was leaving until 10 minutes later and to wait another 10 minutes. Now 40 minutes after my first call, and 20 minutes the revised time and after another call to the shop it has arrived warm.

Absolutely Tasteless. Hardly any meat & what meat we did have in the curry was so dry . WONT be ordering from here again

Beautiful food, lamb tikka was sooo tasty! Both curries and rices were spot on, not too hot not too mild. Highly recommend especially if you like your tandoori red & super flavourful.
