do not order food on line Jasmine I have ordered twice and if they are busy they just cancel your order and send Tex MSG 8 minutes before you go to pick it up so we had friends round with no food not a good way to run a business

Please save your time and money ! Ordered the takeaway over the phone for a collection which was a task as the person who took the order couldn’t understand what we wanted. On collection there was a small scribbled sign saying cash only which seemed iffy. Total came in at £34.20 and I gave them £40 to which a £1 was then offered ? He had to use a calculator to sort the change out 🙄 We opened the cartons up and dished out but the Tarka Dahl had about half a cup of Ghee swimming on the top which was the start . Then the Dupiaza’s had no onions or tomatoes plus we asked for extra mild and it was like a Dansak. The Biryani seemed over spiced and all I can say is we mainly ate the pilau rice and naans. We went back to complain and the bloke behind the counter said they’d cook us another meal but after the first experience we asked for a refund and he just laughed and walked off! If I was them I’d pack up shop and do something where they don’t deal with the public or food . We like a good curry but this place is an utter joke and a disgrace.

I rate this on the food I have ordered today and the quality is there... There flavors are really good, curry tastes very nice, naan bread fluffy and textured very nice, the rice dishes both chicken and garlic cooked to perfection so well done for that and the free bombay potato's hit the pallet well very nice.. All in all a very enjoyable meal very happy can't fault it all cooked well nice food...

Had a mistake when ordered and thought my order was cancelled and jasmin was closed. We used another local curry takeaway and had that for dinner. Then Jasmin delivered theirs after we’d eaten. Had it for lunch today and have to say as always it was incredible! So much nicer than the other curry house we ate from last night! Best curry in Nuneaton!

Absolute shambles of a place. We've waited 2 hours (even though we picked it up) and got it home and both meals were wrong. No refund offered.

Well, I have only given Jasmine takeaway a one because it wouldn't let me register a zero Shorty after 5 we place our order, put the plates to warm and waited for our meal to arrive, and waited, and waited. We called at 6.20 to check when our food would arrive and was told it would be sent out in 2 minutes. We live maybe 3-4 miles max from where they are, but at 7.10 had to ring again to check our order status, is out for delivery - a factual inaccuracy I believe. At 7.50 a tap came to the door the delivery man apologised for the delay and handed over our much awaited order. We had only waited nearly 3 hours so you can imagine our disappointment when we opened the bag to see they had sent an order that bore no resemblance to our order. When we called, for the 3rd time to ask to speak to the manager, he apparently was not available - another factual inaccuracy I fear, but we were promised a call back from the missing manager. Guess what... No call, surprised aren't you? So off we pop to the Jasmine to return the food, that frankly looked about as appetising as the last time my cat was sick. If you want a decent curry, delivered on time and not accompanied by a sack load of factual inaccuracies go to the Agra Palace not Jasmine. I work hard for my money and over £30 for being treated like rubbish is not the treat we anticipated. Appalling customer service.

Ordered food at 5PM, call at 6.20PM as nothing had arrived, was told food was leaving in 5 minutes, nothing arrived by 7.25 and was told food was on its way (via Chennai?!?), driver arrived at 8PM with (you guessed it) the wrong order!! Drove to the take away to remonstrate and eventually got my order. Absolutely shocking service, way too late to eat and food was mediocre at best. Plenty of other places to choose from locally so this one has been knocked into the long grass by me. Avoid unless you want to risk the same..

We placed an order on New Year’s Eve and initially we were impressed by the speed of delivery. However, we straight away noticed that we had a curry missing meaning one person couldn’t eat. We called and were told we’d be called straight back and after 20 minutes we called for an update to be told our food was on its way in the next few minutes. Ten minutes later, we received another call to say we wouldn’t be getting a delivery because the driver had just walked out (they were still accepting ordered online for delivery for the rest of the night and I also know someone who received a delivery an hour later). I asked for a partial refund, seeing as we had ordered rice etc to go with the curry and I had to go hungry. The man on the phone was very rude, just repeating over and over that they couldn’t deliver. He then said they a manager would call us back. I am still waiting for that phone call! I have since tried contacting by phone, through the contact us on their website, Facebook and through the ordering platform and still haven’t heard from them or received any refund at all. The food we received was delicious but due to being blatantly ripped off we will never return and will pass that message on

Lord Hop micro pub in nuneaton had their curry club on Tuesday night and tried jasmine this time,not dissappionted. 7 meals ordered at 6pm arrived at 7.15pm all orders were correct and hot.Highly recommended

This used to be a fantastic takeaway. The food (when it arrives) is excellent, but you can't guarantee you will get what you ordered, and items on the last 5 occasions we have ordered have been missing. Delivery has taken ages previously, and so we decided to collect. Even when collected the order has been wrong. Tonight was the last time we will be using The Jasmine. We have been let down too many times.

Had a beautiful take away from jasmine tonight. First time using this takeaway as we normally use one next door. But thought we would try somewhere else. Jasmine will now be our regular. All food had great size portions, nice and hot in temperature, packaged great, and was all so tasty! Deffo recommend. The place was heaving with people collecting orders, and phone was constantly ringing. I see why are it’s fab. 10\10 recommend x

We've used this Take-away a few times now, so I can provide a fair, balanced review. Quite honestly, this has now become our 'go to' Indian of choice. The quality of food is exceptional and every element is always cooked to perfection. The Dhansak and garlic rice, in particular, is just truly incredible! 😛 Prices are also extremely competitive; particularly given the (quite clearly) high quality ingredients used; coupled with the amount of superb food provided. Unreservedly recommended! 👌

Rang me on a Saturday morning for no reason. I live in Doncaster for a start so why would an Indian takeaway ring me? Strange.

First time ordering from Jasmin and I am glad I did. The food arrived on time , piping hot and well packaged by a friendly delivery driver. The madras was spot on, special rice lovely as were the breads. The puree was lush. Good portion sizes at a reasonable price. I will definitely order again.

I usually don't do reviews but the food was really amazing and worths every penny and good quantity as well. The lady at the reception was sweet and kind. Would definitely come again. cheers!

Superb again..very tasty and excellent value for money. Menu prices are the best I've seen thats before receiving 15% off when ordering online and every visit I am given complimentary poppadoms and 2 or 3 dips free of charge. I have to travel 12.5 miles to order here and it still easily works out best value, taste and quality for money! Even with the fuel expenses....Thank you A+++++ and 5 stars..would give more if I could!!

I'll base my review on the back of my own opinion. I'm sure there are hundreds of orders that have gone through and they've been happy. If so, PLEASE post it. Those who ONLY COMPLAIN whilst you DON'T COMPLIMENT put your favourite takeaway in jeopardy. Anyway - 2nd time ordering after being a loyal customer of a rival for around 6 years and this is the best curry I've had outside of the rival. Portions are great, additional requests were met and staff were great. You've gained a customer. 👌 Definitely be back! Absolutely faultless.

Ordered through Uber Eats. Food arrived on time. Tasted fantastic. Lovely and fresh. Plenty of flavour. Reasonable price. Poppadoms slightly scorched otherwise it was 5 out of 5. Would definitely order from there again.

We won't go anywhere else now. Consistent quality and taste. Good value for money and we use them regularly now for a couple of years. Never disappointed. Delivery guys are always pleasant and courteous.

What a joke....I am going to put this review on ever restaurant site until the manager calls me to resolve....Really its just because it was handled so badly on the phone by the young lady. Firstly, after over a 2 hour wait for 3 portions, my patience was wearing thin,,, to put it context we were told an hour...not two ? and when we mentioned it/complained....well we were made to feel as if it was our fault rather than a simple sorry which would of resolved the situation...I don't want anything free, I don't want a refund...I just want everyone to know the standard of service given from here is not what is expected from any decent take-a-way. This place has only just reopened ...If this continues it'll be closed again soon.

Tried other Indian takeaways but always come back to jasmines.sometimes the delivery time is long, but if you order early enough then it's fine. Today I decided to pick up, and I can certainly say the young lady behind the counter is very friendly (sorry I didn't catch your name) had a great chat while waiting for my order, she's a credit to the shop. I will definitely pick my order more often now🙂

By google and their website they open 5PM. I have ordered food for collection (ASAP after 5PM). I got there by 5:20PM and the place was closed. I've been waiting for 15 more minutes and nobody showed up at the shop. I went back home hungry and angry. Will not rate food as I not got any at the end. I rather eat somewhere where they take customers more seriously.

Leaving review on behalf of my Mrs she ordered food couple of days ago and the way the little guy delivered, his customer service and the food was great, I was helping with the house party and Mrs was not home he even helped me take the food to kitchen. He went that extra mile! I wish all delivery guys was this young man great customer service.

This is the best takeaway in Nuneaton, we usually order the same things and they taste beautiful. The only downside is sometimes takes a long time to deliver, and the mess the foil containers make. And the fact it’s not been open for so long! We hope it opens soon, we miss it.

Used to be a lovely takeaway place with good food and service, recently waited over an hour past our promised delivery time. Gave up waiting and drove to the shop to collect, order was wrong and no apology or excuse or money off. Just given just a shrug of shoulders. Won't go back ever and would not recommend to my worst enemy. Don't go there.

So since i wrote the review below we gave them another go and.....it was excellent. Their chicken tikka dupiaza is the best! They havent been late for 3 times in a row and its back to being my favourite takeaway ! Late and wrong food ......and to regular customers ....disgusted ! What i will.say though is WHEN they get the food right and on time its excellent! Please Jasmine sort yourselves out ..you were SO good for years ...whats happened lately ?

The food is nice but takes an age to arrive, over 2 hours when we ordered quite early and it said 1 hour. You can't get ahold of them as they take the phone off the hook and have nothing to say if you ask about the wait. They really shouldn't accept so many orders if they don't have the capacity, or at least manage people's expectations by giving honest delivery timeframes. I guess they just want your money...Don't order unless you have about 3 hours spare and don't mind eating at 9 o clock at night. We have experienced this before but wanted to give them another chance, lesson learned!

An absolute shambles of a business. We tried to order through their phone number, it rang out continuously Ithey would not answer. Orderedr through just eat, the order stated one hour, clicked proceed then stated delivery stated one hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes. Two hours 20 minutes later, still no delivery. Shocking

Waited for 1 hour and 15 minutes for an order on collection. Just Eat seem to be prioritised and 1 hour collection wait wasn’t uncommon. Had Lamb Tikka Balti which was tasty but lamb was tough and full of gristle. This used to be a great place but I think it’s changed hands and is struggling to meet the orders from internet phone and collection. No hygiene score visible which probably says a lot. After coming here for many years I think this will be the last time.

Terrible service waited 2 hours for our food and when it came 2 of my items where missing phoned to inform them and he said all I can say is sorry and we can bring you them items in an hour I said no I want the money back still waiting not happy at all use jasmine's alot befor not any more

After some bad experiences this year so far we gave them another go and ..well what can i say ...chicken tikka dupiaza ..gorgeous.

Get there at 5, "We've only just opened so will take 30mins" - Bit annoying, but fair do's. Come back 35mins later, have to wait another 5mins. Get home with food, they forgot several bits. Its just not worth the hassle going to this Indian, plenty of others in Nuneaton to choose from - Food isn't even that good if I'm being perfectly honest.

The food was ok when it arrived, 2 hours 15 minutes later and numerous phone calls made. No apologies for the late delivery and petty lies. Poorly packed food and a river of curry in the bottom of the bag. It's a shame, as the food was actually pretty good.

I’ve ate here a few times over the years and it’s always been okay, but this evening was a joke. It was half an hour late past the delivery slot, cold on arrival and they had forgotten parts of the order. When I rang to tell them, they basically excused me of lying then refused to send to the rest out. Poor service even poorer attitude.

Never had a bad meal, always delivered on time apart from once, new chap taking the details got address wrong. Food was at the door in 5 min and piping hot.

This place used to be my regular Indian. I get on with the workers there/manager but I haven't been there in over a month now as they messed up my curry. They know I always have chicken in my curries and when I got home it was lamb i think, tried it just couldn't eat it felt weird I always have chicken in my Chinese/Indian curries never told them about it because they've done it a few times and I had noticed a drop in quality so I thought I'd just stop going for the foreseeable future. It's definitely not a bad Indian takeaway but it's a bit amateurish in how's it run i.e attention to detail etc could be better.

Really poor customer service. Will not use this take away again. Food was okay, but if there are any issues with your order they refute all responsibility.

We have ordered many times, given up many times as always delivered late or wrong. Today we gave them another try and the order was wrong. Phoned up to ask for replacement and was told that we would have to box it all back up to send back as proof to the chef that he had done it wrong. Really poor attitude from whoever was on the phone. Gave up in the end, accepted the wrong order as the man couldn’t give a time estimate when we could have the correct food. My partner stated it isn’t really good enough, only to be met with the response ‘well it is good enough’. Won’t be ordering again.

Order turned up over 3 hours after ordering would never use again the staff keep lying telling you it will be 20 minutes or it’s on the way...

ordered at 5.30pm for 7pm order did not arrive and we were unable to get through on the phone so at 7.30 jumped in car and went there to see what had happened. They were very busy and had mislaid my order they quickly made my order up fir me to take away. As I was collecting asked for the delivery charge back which I got. The food was excellent could not fault the food it was probably the best Indian take away we've had shame about the service

Used this place for years and always very good, but lately absolute disgrace. Ordered food at 5.50 still nothing delivered by 8.00. Phone constantly engaged and very rude guy when you eventually got through. He even put the phone down on me. Would definitely not recommend and use this place again. I just feel sorry for the delivery drivers as I sent my food back when it eventually turned up. Good luck!

We have used the Jasmine for takeaway many times. Today my partner placed an order for collection, paid in store and then came back to collect. The guy behind the counter tried to make him pay again before handing the food over, and then once we got it home the order was wrong. We had been given a chicken tikka main instead of a tikka masala, and two rice dishes were missing. He went back, thinking we’d been given the wrong order. He was given the rice and told that we ordered the tikka “main” not masala, a simple mistake. So he asked if we could get some masala sauce to go on the dry tikka chicken. He was told he could have “a little bit” but he’d have to stand outside in the rain for 5-10 minutes, all while the rest of our food was going cold, to which he refused and just left with the rice. So, dry chicken with rice on plate with a side of keema naan for me then. Except the naan we were given could barely be called a keema naan. It was practically plain and by this point, stone cold. Although we’ve had plenty of good meals from here, the customer service and standards seems to have dropped recently. Not impressed.

I had never had a bad meal from Jasmine, until today. Delivery took over an hour and a half and when it finally arrived was cold. The chicken in the dupiaza was dry and overcooked, the chips and naan bread were cold and hard, very disappointed.

I ordered and paid for a chicken curry with boiled rice and wasnt cheap . When arrived I rang to complain no chicken atall not even one piece in my chicken curry. Sent another and was still as bad. Disgusting ! Dont ever use this takeaway as just RIP you off and dont give any meat in curry atall !! Will never use them again and dont recommend atall .

Well interesting order this evening. So I called and ordered a lamb wrap as a starter, the person taking the order insisted I said chicken tikka. After seven attempts whilst a friend listening said no lamb, I ended up with a chicken tikka wrap. Then the ordered a chicken tikka rogan Josh which was actually correct. To top up the order for delivery I ordered onion bargy. What I actually got was a chicken tikka starter with a slice of onion. After clearly struggling with a very English order taker.. I asked them to repeat the order to confirm as every time I said lamb wrap and pinion bargy their answer was chicken tikka. I was spoken down to and told I’d wasted enough of their time! When the driver arrived he checked and could see the wrap was wrong but I ended up accepting this , however I didn’t expect the onion bargy to be a chicken tikka starter. Then I got in the phone and asked for a manager. He then put the same idiot on the phone that could take the order and demanded our order was full of chicken tikka. He asked me what the order was and completely spoke over me then claimed in front of witnesses that I had changed my mind.!!! Unbelievable since when does lamb sound like chicken and since when is an onion bargy been chicken tikka. I ended up hanging up as they made it quite clear a woman on the phone they were just going to lie and talk disrespectfully. I have eaten many curries, however the chicken tikka was not fresh had any flavour and very dry. It was border line Rubery and seemed old. The rogan josh had no fresh ingredients I could have done better with a packet sauce. No onion, no tomato at all and tasted like chilli powder. The food is know where near a basic standard let alone good. I don’t believe this is a freak incident as speaking with the neighbours they had a similar experience. This isn’t even value for money. I took photos and initially asked them to take this back. The curry was cold, not just a bit, but as though it hadn’t been preheated correctly. Out of the three insistent by force you will have chicken tikka. Not one was to a good standard. For me, I would never order from them again because it seems this is their best standard.

Don't bother. Was lied to about food being on its way twice after calling up because our food was 2 hours late. After waiting and waiting until past midnight the Person that answered was rude, said literally 'it's left' and hung up when we asked how long (past 1 in the morning) . Waiting and listening out for cars until 1:40 at night after being just told its on the way. No other places to order from, hungry and very angry. We had to make several calls throughout this order, some people said we were supposed to collect when we ordered it as delivery through the app and then when they realised they were wrong we offered TO PAY FOR A TAXI TO GET OUR OWN FOOD and they said no they haven't cooked it yet and they will deliver it in 15 mins. We do not believe they even bothered to cook the food we ordered. No food, no care given, just blatant lies.

I'm sad to say I can not recommend this place as it's delivery, communications and customer service is absymel and have ruined the evening even more. After having a poor evening we decided to order a takeaway to cheer us up. we ordered and everything was going well, but the time kept exceeding the predicted delivery time. so I call them and they say food was done ages ago but I haven't collected it, despite being ordered as delivery. They say 20 minutes for delivery... 45 minutes later there is nothing .I call again, they say another 30 minutes.. nothing. so I call once more by this time it's 1AM, it's late, I am hungry and so is my partner. They say it's now on way... so I wait and nothing , called again and again no answer. I will not be using them again and highly do not recommend them. If they had told me the truth from the start I could have ordered another takeaway. But it's now too late.

Ordered through Uber eats. Was scheduled to arrive at 6:35 but arrived at 7:45. Also ordered a king prawn balti and received a chicken balti, I understand times are difficult but this shouldn’t be an issue.

Ordered from here 4 occasions each time at least 45 mins late but the food always goodOn the last occasion missing a curry from the order that was placed via their app and in contacting them their response was we are very busy you must wait 30 mins and they hung up the phone No apology, no understanding of not bring able to join the family to eat and no offer of compensation I will never order from here again simply as their customer service is appalling

We reguarly order from the Jasmine and are never disappointed. We have tried out several indian restaurants that deliver locally and this seems to be one of the best in terms of quality of food, consistency, delivery time and menu. Would recommend!

Do not pay for a takeaway from here over the phone by giving your card details, expiry date & security number... did this late Saturday night & by Monday ‘someone’ was using my card details to book premier inn & order goods from JD Sports on line.My card was still in my possession, I have never used this takeaway before & this is the ONLY time I have given my payment details in this way!!! I have also not used on line shopping since before Xmas.. Far too much of a coincidence ... I would strongly advise customers not to pay in this way!! Thank god Barclays were on the ball.. they recognised immediately that these two transactions were completely out of character for me & contacted me immediately, refusing to accept payment.. the fraud team then cancelled my card..Please be warned!

Ordered through UBER eats at 17:45 and then the Jasmine cancelled the order at 19:15, when we called to see what was going on, they told us to reorder but would be another hour. Absolutely s*#t service, would advise on not using the Jasmine if you would like to eat anytime soon.

My chicken masala was good but my husband ordered scampi n chips, the scampi was on the well done he couldn't bite into them.

Ordered our meal, chicken tikka starter and tandoori mixed grill with extra mint yoghurt and bhajis, paid for. Paid £13+ Got home 2 mint yoghurt which comes with meal any way. 2 mango 2 chicken tikka starter and mixed grill. Rang up stating no extra yoghurt no onions and no salad. Was told I put extra tikka in and forgot other, as though we should be grateful...really....clarified not good enough as got essential missing but told us we got extra tikka!! Not what we wanted or ordered. Listen to your customers...its not good enough. We DO NOT RECOMMEND and will NOT BE RETURNING!!!!

We have used Jasmine for a long time but the last two meals have been a disgrace one meal had no chicken in and the last two curries where so hot they where uneatable, when we complained the guy on the phone thought it was funny, they reluctantly sent another meal with no rice so we wont be using them again i have lost my trust in this takeaway

By far the worst place I’ve eat from they forgot our rice which wasn’t a problem it happens all I can say the microwave rice that we made was the best thing on the plate 2 mouthfuls in we put it all in the bin what a waste of £25
