Great food good service nice atmosphere

Ordered a takeaway via uber-eats. Service was prompt. But the food was awful. I had a bhuna, tasted average, was luke warm when it arrived. My wife had a korma. The sauce was split and curdling, also only luke warm. Following day was ill down to food poisoning. Will never use Masalaz again.

Very quite services only table dinning in. Food is amazing really tasty and great attentive service. Special offer makes it amazing value . Will return

We are regular local customers here. The service, food and overall atmosphere is great. We feel always welcome and well looked after. The staff are friendly and attentive. The place could be a bit warmer in the winter months, though.

Ordered a takeaway as a treat and a treat it was.i went to collect and was a little early, I was made very welcome and kept informed. When I dished up the meal, the smell was aromatic, made my mouth water, and the taste had just the right amount of heat without burning and was also flavoursome

We went as a group of 15, elderly, young people, & 2 children. Food was very tasty served nice & warm with a smile, all our needs were met. Staff were very caring and looked after the elders & us very well. Compliment to the chef, & young member of staff named Wasim, and Abdur Rehman. We would like to visit again in the coming year. Ordered chicken biriani, came an hour later. The meat was pink so I assumed tikka chicken. Sauce thick and filled with carrots and tasted very bland and off!. Found 2 hairs. One was a small one the other a long white one. Was not human hair and put me off so did not eat it. Will not be eating from here again.

This place is unbelievable, seriously I have been coming for over 10 years now. We have been living near Masalaz for over 10-12 years even since it opened. Continually week in week out they have been providing us with excellent hot food, great service in both dine in and deliveries. I have pretty much always been happy with everything towards Masalaz, such a great restaurant to eat at. Whatever you need and want Masalaz always ticks the boxes.

just ordered a curry about an hour ago but they got our order completely wrong ordered plain rice and got rice with carrots and stuff in. tasted awful edit to answer the response: you didnt get a "complaint" because we simply would rather go elsewhere for future currys rather than phone up and complain over an incorrect order. even though you guys know us by address/phone number

Needed a new curry house after our regular one went downhill and others around just wasn't very good. Tried this for the 1st time tonight and I think we found our new favourite. Arrived by the time stated, food arrived hot and had lots of flavour. Was very pleased with it

Not gonna lie, absolutely bloody incredible food - I'm pretty honest when it comes to food, and very rarely do I have a flawless Indian, but this was genuinelly the closest I've ever come! Nann was crisp, chicken was plentiful and super tasty, egg fried rice was flavourful.... 10/10, friendly service, top food - Would recommend!

Lovely delicious food , friendly and polite service . I haven’t dined in; I’ve only ever had takeaways and the delivery service takes around 45 minutes to an hour , which is a fair and reasonable waiting time. I have only praise for this professional restaurant.I would highly recommend.

The food was wonderful. Good one on one service with helpful suggestions given by our attentive waiter. Tandoori mixed grill main is delicious served with naan and the North Bengal Garlic Chicken Chili was just the right amount of heat!

I found the service and food at masalaz excellent. My main meal was the chicken biryani which I really enjoyed. Portion sizes was very generous. The plain naan was delicious. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. Really enjoyed our Time out here with my family. Will definitely come again

We came for a special reunion dinner with family from overseas. The service was excellent and the food was so good. Piping hot naan bread, delicious popadoms with an assortment of different chutneys and we loved the variety of fresh dishes. Nice variety and good for eat in but also do take away.

Not used these for a while, went down hill but looking at the recent reviews I gave them a try and wasn't disappointed. Ordered garlic gujarat with extra chilli's, pilau rice and a garlic and chilli nan. Food arrived promptly delivered by Abdul a guy I've known for ages,and was piping hot, the food was excellent and plentiful and the nan was the best I've had for a while there was even 2 complimentary poppadoms.well done Johal.

I have just registered with you about 10 times just to order some food, it keeps taking me back to the start again and again, I've given up now and am ordering something else from elsewhere, I'm sure your food is lovely but I will never know sadly!!!! 30 minutes re-entering the same fxxking thing.oh well

I ordered Butter Chicken and tikka masala for hubby. They tasted identical. Butter chicken was horrible tasted like a cup of sugar in and masses of coconut. No spice and deffinatly not a hint of chilli. Never seen a recipe for this with coconut in. Good job not allergic to it ! Messaged the shop X2 , no response!

I have really wanted to try different places as I was sick and tired of the same restaurants, upon realising that I still haven’t tried Masalaz in a long time, I made a order for a Chicken Chatt Puri and I wasn’t disappointed. 11 out of 10. Unbelievable texture and precision in the making of this curry. Definitely recommend to people. Only giving 5 stars as I can’t give 10.

We had a takeaway yesterday. Food was super delicious and hot. Perfect packaging quality. Specially Sami Delight and Lamb madras was so tender and delicious. We are looking forward to having some meals aged from Masalaz.

I really wanted something different in the restaurant industry, however this is really hard when you come across restaurants which have similar taste and menu options regarding food, this is where Masalaz comes in, we came in for eat in and we were not disappointed, we were treated well by waiters which frequently came to ask how everything was, our food also had a different taste to other indian foods. Only giving 5 stars as I can't give 10

We were looking around for new places in Nuneaton and this is where we came across Masalaz, we came for dine in recently and we were treated amazingly, we also recived great food as well which was full of taste and was hot. Definitely reccommond for new people around Nuneaton.
