Win Wo House in Nuneaton and Bedworth

Hands down the worst Chinese meal we've ever had. Beef was just gristle. Sweet and sour sauce was tasteless. No flavour in anything else. Set meal for 1 and beef chow mean. Prawn crackers were the only thing that were ok. Won't be returning.🤮

Always love Win Wo. Although extra charges are getting a bit much.

Took ages to come and then was inedible tasted burnt, no flavour and bland. Will not be going here again. Ruined a special occasion.

We ordered online from here as we were too tired to go to our usual. Overall okay food but the portion sizes are so small and given we spent £40 for two people we were still a little hungry after eating it. We are sorry to say we will try and avoid in future.

The ribs and chicken isn’t always fresh and the spice is sometimes hit and Miss.

asked for extra extra mild for 2 dishes. always use this Chinese. never again. beef was horrible no taste. was all extra hot instead of mild. waste of my money. had to throw it all away. not happy at all.. usually lovely food from here. must be a different chief. obviously didn't read my request

Is there a different Chef tonight? Wow - what an improvement. The salt n pepper ribs and chicken were vastly superior, fresh tasting and just as good as my faves in my home city. Finally!! This is the level a just eat Chinese round here needs to be.

Food was sub standard. It’s the second time now. £7.55 for half a portion of chicken not on. Vegetables overcooked. No salt in the food. I won’t ever order from here again.

Ordered a takeaway through Just eat. Arrived 20 minutes late. Sweet and Sour Chicken, egg fried rice & chips. Processed cubes of chicken were tastless, chips were a small portion for the price and the sauce was watery. £20:94 bill delivered but £2 dearer than 4 months ago for the same items. Let me know when your quality improves.

Took nearly 2 hours for delivery. Food was cold and there was barely any meat in the chicken curry. Won’t be bothering with this place again

Had a delivery tonight, only chinese I know that do pancake rolls singular,every where else it's been two. Chips looked like half had been fried twice as were dark and crispy. As for the chicken curry I've never had one with so little chicken and not a mushroom in sight. NEVER AGAIN, stick to takeaways you know.

Food was delivered very early, which wasn’t a bad thing. But food did not have a lot of taste and seemed to be of very poor quality. Would not order from here again. Price was also very high for what it was!

Well there’s a limited choice of Chinese on just eat. Win wo House were the best of the limited options here. But something happened this year suddenly quality went down hill. Thankfully two orders recently and it’s got much better.

Chicken with pineapple was tasteless with watery tasteless sauce! Crispy duck with plum sauce meat can on a weird bed of hot soggy lettuce sauce tasteless and watery! Chicken wings and BBQ were ok sauce did have some taste. Mini spring roll also tasteless and hardly had any filling.

First time ordering and won’t be back. Sloppy portions. I ordered rice and ended up with half a portion in the plastic tray. Prawns which weren’t exactly cheap arrived cold. I feel that if you order through just eat… it isn’t as carefully prepared as it would be ordering by phone. It’s a no from me.

For the price of the food I wouldn’t say it’s the best. Chips quite dry, salt & chilli chicken wasn’t the best I’ve had no chilli in there. Egg fried rice & curry sauce nice though and delivery good

We ordered spare ribs, chicken chow mein and Kung po chicken- all the meat was cooked through but the sauces were watery and had no taste whatsoever. Kung po - meant to be spicy was very very bland. The chicken was cut strangely and unnaturally into little squares as if it had been put through a machine. All in all a very disappointing meal.

all the food were piping hot and delicious. we had special chow mein, Singapore chow mein, pork szchen, pancake rolls, mushrooms, and onions between the 3 of us and there was enough for a 4th person! highly recommended

This was a collection tonight I must say I was very disappointed with my meal it was Luke warm, hardly any chicken or peppers in it my rice and meals I had to reheat when I got home hence I’m 3 mins from the place the staff were arguing in the back of the shop will not be using this place again shame but definitely gone right down hill prices have gone up and less good for your money.

First time we've ordered from a Chinese via just eat and to be honest will never do so again. Pancake roll for pretty much same price we get 2 from our normal Chinese. Chips were dry and half were thrown away. Chicken in the curries was sparse.

delivery was on time but took about an hour to get to us, which as it was quoted on checkout that was fine just think it is an area for improvement. The food while it was very tasty and well presented the portion sizes are quite normal, whereas from most Chinese takeaways they are quite large, so make sure you order enough food! :) I underordered myself due to usually not being able to eat everything I get from a Chinese lol

Food was marked as delivered at 18:10 and had not been delivered yet. We called the restaurant they advised it would be 5mins. Received order at 18:20. Food was not as nice and fresh as expected. Quite disappointed.

Spare rib and wings was extremely salty!

Food was lukewarm. Small portion of soggy chips, egg fried rice only had a tiny tiny amount of egg.

Ok so loved the rice but to charge for a special curry that is mixed meat with prawn and it has three pieces of meat in of which some is spam it was a disappointment … prawns were ridiculous small … it was a disappointment and microwaved precooked chips were gross as well … hugely put off from using again because it’s a bit of a con when the quality is so poor in comparison to other Chinese’s in the area.

The satay chicken was not satay and was a red curry? The rice was solid. The Chow Mien was greasy and the meat was like rubber?

I’ve ordered from this place before and enjoyed it which is why I ordered again. This time tho I didn’t feel it was good value for money. It’s more expensive compared to other Chinese takeaways and the boxes were half full which was disappointing.

Our regular Chinese was closed so we ordered from Win Wo instead after seeing decent reviews on Just eat. I'm not overly impressed unfortunately. The chicken curry was so spicy, that for us it was inedible. It was full of flavour though so if you don't mind the heat, you'd enjoy it! We asked for boiled rice but received some kind of fried rice with it which I liked but the kids wouldn't touch it. There was barely any chicken in the curry at all and the pieces were so tiny. We had a portion of chips which was a very small portion compared with what we normally get elsewhere and the chips were definitely under done. I've had to stick them in the air fryer to colour them up a bit but they are bland and not very nice. Chicken balls were again, a very small portion compared to what we normally get and were a bit soggy with the tiniest piece of chicken inside. I wouldn't order from here again because for us, overall we got much smaller portions and it cost almost £10 more than our local Chinese and we didn't really enjoy it at all, there was a lot of waste unfortunately.

Ordered salt n pepper King prawns, they were ok to be fair, but its not that hard to batter and fry something. However I also ordered a Singapore chow mein. Probz the worst one I've ever eaten, noodles were all mushy like a pot noodle. The flavour wasn't correct for the dish, it tasted like they had taken a different chow mein and maybe added a bit of spice that, you could hardly taste. The worst bit though, the meat in the chow mein, absolutely horrid, literally all of it. Glad I only ordered this as I was in a rush to eat before the Mrs gave birth and it wasn't my Saturday night takeaway. Would avoid, should have checked reviews before ordering.
