Win Wo House in Nuneaton and Bedworth

Always order from here, never had an issue with the food, it's always spot on. Surprised by some reviews, didn't believe Nuneaton was full of food snobs lol. This place is spot on. Great service and great food.

This was a collection tonight I must say I was very disappointed with my meal it was Luke warm, hardly any chicken or peppers in it my rice and meals I had to reheat when I got home hence I’m 3 mins from the place the staff were arguing in the back of the shop will not be using this place again shame but definitely gone right down hill prices have gone up and less good for your money.

Our regular Chinese was closed so we ordered from Win Wo instead after seeing decent reviews on Just eat. I'm not overly impressed unfortunately. The chicken curry was so spicy, that for us it was inedible. It was full of flavour though so if you don't mind the heat, you'd enjoy it! We asked for boiled rice but received some kind of fried rice with it which I liked but the kids wouldn't touch it. There was barely any chicken in the curry at all and the pieces were so tiny. We had a portion of chips which was a very small portion compared with what we normally get elsewhere and the chips were definitely under done. I've had to stick them in the air fryer to colour them up a bit but they are bland and not very nice. Chicken balls were again, a very small portion compared to what we normally get and were a bit soggy with the tiniest piece of chicken inside. I wouldn't order from here again because for us, overall we got much smaller portions and it cost almost £10 more than our local Chinese and we didn't really enjoy it at all, there was a lot of waste unfortunately.

Food was very disappointing. Hardly any meat on duck it was just fat. Soggy lettuce, why? Wasn’t a lot of chicken and had better salt and pepper chicken elsewhere. My favourite takeaway didn’t deliver decent food this evening. I’m very disappointed ☹️

Ordered salt n pepper King prawns, they were ok to be fair, but its not that hard to batter and fry something. However I also ordered a Singapore chow mein. Probz the worst one I've ever eaten, noodles were all mushy like a pot noodle. The flavour wasn't correct for the dish, it tasted like they had taken a different chow mein and maybe added a bit of spice that, you could hardly taste. The worst bit though, the meat in the chow mein, absolutely horrid, literally all of it. Glad I only ordered this as I was in a rush to eat before the Mrs gave birth and it wasn't my Saturday night takeaway. Would avoid, should have checked reviews before ordering.

Delivery came quick but the food just wasn’t nice. Chow mien was super oily and flavourless, the salt and pepper chips were undercooked yet also somehow soggy and tasteless. The egg fried rice was nice but there was so much oil even in the bottom of the food container.

I have to say the food wasn’t good at all. The yuk sung had a horrible cheap minced pork flavour & the noodles were over cooked, soggy & greasy. Very disappointing meal

Food is great evey time all the time with very friendly staff with great drivers they are very friendly.

Prison food is better avoid this place. 2nd time ordering, The 1st time asked for curry extra spicy & got it extra salty which couldn’t eat. Thought try again tonight & it’s in the bin Totally tasteless curry & chowmain tasteless which looked slimy I’m having a chowmain pot noodle now which tastes 100% better !!!

Ordered food for my sons birthday. I only put a star as you have too. 0 stars. Food took 2 hours to arrive. Food was cold and tasted awful. Sweet and sour chicken balls were greasy and soggy. The chips were cold and soggy. Absolutely rubbish. I will not order from here ever again. 😒

Liver was old and tough. Gravy too sweet. Noodles overcooked like pudding. Sliced ham and shrimp instead of prawn and minimal amounts.

Do not use this Takeaway, food was dreadful. Husband had Mixed Grill smothered in black sweet gravy that spoilt the taste of all the meat, liver was two tiny inch squares. I had 'special' Chow mein it was awful, the noodles were twice the size of what they should be (seriously overcooked). it had sliced ham, shrimps not prawns just two tiny pieces of chicken. Awful do not waste your good money here.

Delivery was 20 minutes late without apology, the food was tepid in temperature, battered coatings were soft. Just Eat did in fairness contact 10 minutes prior to requested time notify that delivery was running a little late but did not expect 20 minutes considering the order was placed 2 hours before

Recently moved to the area and have been trying to find a decent Chinese. Unfortunately we didn’t succeed tonight. I don’t think I’ve had a worse Chinese! We ordered: Salt and pepper chips - these came in a plastic box and were cold and soggy. Chicken chow mein - noodles were very strange, really sticky and mushy and tasted awful. Almost like eating canned spaghetti noodles. Egg fried rice - stone cold! Had to microwave it. Crispy duck - the duck was awful, covered in fat, hardly anything salvageable to eat. Despite the fact it was all cold, I just couldn’t eat any of it! Will avoid in the future.

Honestly worst takeaway I’ve ever had. Every item of food we ordered was cold and we live locally. The chow mien was slimy, stuck together and didn’t taste nice. The duck was chewy and very fatty. Rice was absolutely stone cold. Chips came in a plastic tub so they had sweated and were soggy. The side of curry sauce was gloopy and jelly like, obvious sign of being reheated. All of it went in the bin as it was inedible. Waste of money

This is undoubtedly the worst Chinese food I have EVER tried to eat ...the chips were cold and under cooked , The noodles in the special chow mein were so over cooked it clumped together like mashed potato...the meat was DREADFUL, very odd texture and utterly tasteless ...I will never order from here again

Food was delayed, poor quality and bland. Chow Mein was set into a brick. Food wasn’t warm. Way over priced! Chiang Jiang by far the best. Up your game Win Wo.

My order came within specified time, however from leaving the restaurant to getting to my house was over 20 minutes when I only live at the most 10 minutes away. My food was cold and very salty.

Originally delivery said about 60-75 mins but it came well before then, good quality food. Really tasty

Time slot changed which made it come later. But then was still 10 mins later. Food was lovely so can’t complain about that!

5* Best Chinese I’ve had in years! Chicken Curry 10/10, S&S Chicken Balls 10/10, Mushroom Chow Mein 10/10 Pancake Roll 10/10, Salt & Pepper Chilli chips were poor but nevermind. Delivery driver also spot on.

Food never delivered. No response from restaurant after multiple attempted calls and app prompts. Ordered at 8:20pm, it’s now 10pm and restaurant now showing as closed. Order was accepted and driver marked as on their way around 8:45pm but no one showed up. Seeking refund and will never order from here again

Disappointing and overrated. One of the more expensive takeouts and highly reccomended from the community but I've honestly had better from most other places. Chips were soggy, and the seasoned upgrade with hardly any difference in taste, the chicken curry was more like soup, had to search for the chicken; Pancake roll full of oil, sweet and sour sauce very vinegary - Ordered mix veg chow mein and recieved special. Most of it went in the bin; Other than prawn toast and chicken balls which tends to be the same quality across takeouts.

I’ve travelled Thailand and this is hands down the best Chinese in north Warwickshire/Nuneaton/Coventry. The only downfall is no free prawn free crackers for ur most loyal customers. X

Stopped doing 2 for one on pizzas after well over 20 years? Cheap and cheerful was a good business model, the pizzas are by no means the best, at times they've been awful, but definitely worth the money when receiving 2 for one. Way Over-priced now. Goodbye flames.

Just had a special curry, chicken chow mein, mushrooms and a potion of chips delivered I must say I stopped using this takeaway because the food was so bad some years ago. We decided to give it another go only to find it hadn't changed, special curry meat was inedible so slimy, the gravy that the mushrooms was in when tipped out of the carton the grave was so gelatinous I could have used it for wall paper paste were I decorating and my chow mein, the sauce the noodles were cooked in was so thick the noodles actually stuck together, once again I will be giving this chinese a very very wide birth

No better than a frozen ready meal, Salt and chilli chips awful, no salt or chilli, basically paid more for just chips,noodles really starchy and stuck together, will not be ordering from here again.

It was okay. Crispy chilli beef was good. Chicken curry was really tasty but had hardly any chicken. Chicken balls are small compared to other Chinese restaurants. Chilli chips came in a plastic container instead of a bag so they were really soggy when they arrived, they also had hardly any chilli seasoning on them and were really bland. Rice was fine, prawn toast was good. Delivery was fast. Overall I'd say pretty average but probably wouldn't order again.
