lovely meal as always.. fast delivery, food piping hot and very tasty. free poppadoms sent too which was a nice gesture, I usually order them but forgot to this time so it was nice to have been sent some free. highly recommend, great value for money with the 15% off and also a stamp card restaurant.

I had the korma . Chips and korma shared a tray korma juices had made to chips soggy and dried out the korma sauce . For the price you pay would have expected a full tray of korma not four pieces of chicken in a korma paste . Very disappointed expected the chips to come in a bag like other places I’ve been . No sweetness in the korma

As I type this review, we have been delivered the wrong food, annoying but things happen. However we have tried calling the restaurant over 50 times now and no answer what so ever. Absolutely appalling service, avoid at all costs.

The restaurant didnt answer any of my 10+ calls they delivered the food 15 mins late and all the food was wrong not a single thing was correct only the drink was its a pi**take i paid for certain food and that certain food should be delivered on time but no it was late and incorrect and i have photos of the receipt and the food

Absolutely ridiculous waited over an hour for the order, got updated to delivered-still didn’t have my order. Tried to call the restaurant over 10 times, no answer! Finally received the order after about 90 minutes after ordering to it of course being cold.

Extremely tasty food. piping hot. polite delivery driver, saved some to eat today. will order again and again! :)

Have to contact restorant couple times and every single time been told that driver just left the place. Food come after hour bearly warm, and is was poor quality. Chicken dry and burned, garlic naan is not even smell like one, and kemma nan dont have any meat in it. Very disapointed. Never again order from this place !

Nearly an hour late. They didn’t let me know it was going to be late either. I asked for an update and they said another 20 minutes, but it ended it being 35 minutes. Things happen and I get it but I have a diabetic daughter and I’m glad we didn’t time her insulin to the delivery time as we’d have been in a mess.

Food was cold and late. Inedible. Straight in the bin. Requested a refund.

Set Just eat to delivered called they said they had not even completed the order 1 hour and 20 mins later.

Always appreciate the effort made to cook the food but not to our liking. Shy on flavour. Delivery was the worst issue. Way to late.

Not a good enough service no contact or update until I asked where my order was then told would be 15 mins still waiting 30 mins later and now told it will be here 45 mins after the latest estimated delivery time NOT GOOD ENOUGH

Not a lot of chicken in the curry, greasy poppadoms. Wasn’t worth the over and hour wait from delivery time, takeaway didn’t answer calls either. Will never use again.

Awful service. Well over an hour late and cold when it arrived. Items also missing from the order. They also would not pick up the phone when we tried to find out where the order was. It could not get any worse. All we need now is for the curry to give us upset stomachs and that will really top it off!! Avoid, avoid avoid!!!!!

Best ever experience for mild curries I liked the prawn curry and naans and thought it was a great takeaway and pretty tasty too. Price was right and really enjoyed dishes from here.

The food was awful! The chips were very uncooked and mostly hard but also full of grease the samosas were swimming in grease and inedible and the lamb balti and Bombay agloo had no flavour and the lamb was very fatty and chewy.. it’s the worst I’ve ever had and it all went in the bin except the Nann bread and that wasn’t great but the best thing in the order

Absolutely loved the food. My favourite curry i had so far! Despite the mix up with the order, the lady I spoke to on the phone made sure my order was corrected. Fantastic service. The portion was so small, less than half the size of other places. Taste was okay but bland. Food was cold. Delivery was on time. Won’t order from there again as it wasn’t worth the money

Food late, cold and tastes disgusting. Thought I was ordering from Masalla house but when I checked on Google maps the shop front is MB spice who I've previously ordered from through Just Eat and was 3 hours late, terrible food and when complained about was ignored by Just Eat. Are they falsely advertising as Masalla house? Just Eat needs to investigate as this is a terrible take away and I've been duped into ordering from this place again

Food was cold when it arrived. Was told it would arrive at 8:50 was sat waiting for it. Time changed to 9:25 still waiting for it. Eventually turned up at 9:55.

The curries were ok and information on delivery wasn't great compared to where we usually get food from. It's a shame as we used to get food here regularly and it was very good.

Curry wasn't to expectation.Garlic nan and Cheese Nan bread tasted the same,could not taste the garlic or cheese on either.

Not sure what happened this evening, usually it's very good, tonight it was almost an hour late and the food wasn't great, I am guessing a different Chef?

Ordered at 18:00 got confirmation off restaurant at 18:03 Said it would be between 18:45 & 19:05,got a message saying been delayed so would be between 19:10 & 19:30 It turned up at 19:50 NEARLY 2 HOURS,i phoned the restaurant no answer. The food was ok,although I didn’t like the chips I have used this restaurant before and not had this problem. If I went out for a meal and had a delay like this I would probably get it for FREE!!!

First time ordering from here. Food arrived on time and was hot. I ordered a Chicken Jalfrezi, Vegetable Pilau Rice and Chips. I can say I throughly enjoyed it and will definitely be ordering again.

Phone numbers for the company are disconnected or unavailable so no way of getting in contact or updated on the delivery foods great though

Order was just over an hour late and had to be warmed back up when it arrived, ordered it 720 and wasnt delivered until 920, tried phoning the restaurant 5 times over 40mins and had no answer, went through just eat to see if the restaurant would refund me anything for the shocking service and they wouldnt, definitely would not recommend and wont be using again...

FOOD DIDN’T EVEN TURN UP!! Said to enjoy your food but didn’t turn up and when ringing the restaurant it kept ringing and then cut off! Shocking

The food took 2 and a half hours to arrive. Tried ringing the restaurant 10 plus times with no answer. No apology and cold food. AVOID!!!!

Food was supposed to arrive at 19.35 at 20:00 still not so tried to ring restaurant 36 times no answer. Drove to the shop address given on the app to find the shop was closed. At 21:00 food turned up after I already had requested a refund and got food from somewhere else. Awful service.

I placed my order at 8.13pm and it was supposed to arrive between 9.05 and 9.25. It got to 9.35 and still hadn’t arrived. I chased it up on the app which took 10 minutes for a response which said it was on its way. I also tried phoning the restaurant numerous times but got no answer. I tried to speak to someone on the just eat chat but it wouldn’t connect. I was now very frustrated and annoyed and very hungry. As I was about to give up and have a bowl of cereal my order arrived. It was now 10.13pm, over an hour late and two hours since I ordered it which I feel is totally unacceptable. As this is the second time in a row I’ve had an order arrive very late I very much doubt I will be using just eat or the restaurant again.

I was asked to review so i can only be honest; Food arrived on time. Food arrived hot and packed lovely. Keema nan? Absolute joke i have no idea what they sent, half the naan broken other half with some red mushy meat like ingredient- not keema. More like chicken kebab from a chippy mushed. Garlic naan? Nope, completely plain naan with no sign of garlic or garlic paste/butter. Peshwari naan was good, right amount of coconut and it was well made. Butter chicken, nope this was a proper english korma, tasted good for what they sent but definitely not butter chicken. Lamb korai, quite different to the description on the menu, this is more of a tomato based blend with onions and peppers not like a lamb curry/rogan josh although the lamb was soft and cooked perfectly not sure how to describe this dish, not to be eaten with a naan but maybe rice? Food was edible and did the job, definitely not what we expected from what we ordered off the menu, not sure we would recommend or reorder.

Ordered at 6.40. Told it would be delivered 7.40-8.00. At 8.10 still not arrived. Told it would be with me by 8.20. Arrived at 8.32 with no apology. Not even worth waiting for!

First time we have ordered meal from here was very good and arrived lovely and hot didn’t have to warm up brilliant service will use again 👍
