At last, authentic Indian food in Nuneaton....not the 'plastic' imitation Indian nosh prevalent throughout the town/Warwickshire. Please visit, please be patient as fresh food takes time... and enjoy. Pav Bhaji, masala papads and dosas plus many more pleasantries....

I had tasted their food teice. All the foods were amazing. But I loved the most their Mango lassi, Malai kofta, Chicken dum biriyani a lot. Also their Dhosas are really tasty. Environment as well as staff members are really welcoming. Highly recommended place.

I went for lunch with my daughter yesterday and wow what a find. The food was incredible and the service even better. I will definitely be back with my whole family next time. The food is freshly cooked and authentic, proper Indian food. I definitely recommend them to anyone. Open from 11am so a great spot to go for lunch in the town centre. Thankyou to the staff for a wonderful meal and such amazing hospitality. We will definitely be back!

Very delicious food , we ordered veg soup and veg Manchurian 5/5, Masal dhosa white pennies coconut chutney was Amaz and garlic naan and panned butter masala was outstanding 10/10,we can’t wait to come back for another meal and would highly recommend this Indian lounge lounge to anyone looking for a memorable dining experiences ." Loved it, definitely visit this place soon. My partner and I were only in Nuneaton for a few days so we wanted a cosy place with high quality food. We'd seen a few commercial and flashy curry houses but this one looked cosy and authentic so we gave it a shot and we're so pleased we did. We had Masala Papad and Chilli Paneer as starters. They worked so well together, I recommend it. The Papad was crunchy and spicy in just the right way. My partner said it was the best Chilli Paneer she had tasted outside of India. Our mains were Chicken Biryani and Veg Korma. Both of us were blown away by the quality of these dishes, the Veg Korma was very flavourful with layers of spice unlike anything we've ever experienced. I'm being serious, we eat a lot of curry and Madhuram's Indian Lounge is really special. The service was great, it was reasonably priced and I've seriously never tasted any Biriani with that that much spicy crunch.

Exceptional meal and service was very good. I and my partner were confused on what to order and they helped us really well, and we ended up loving the meal. Staff was really lovely and friendly 10/10 and best experience so far! I will be returning 😅 I also recommend having the butter chicken masala with the garlic naan or poruta (not really sure of the spelling 😅)💕

Got a Veg Schezuan Fried rice and it was super tasty. The owner is lovely and also gave us some complimentary pineapple halwa which was delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant. Good food, Good service.

We had a celebration after our leave with our final match of the season and we could not have a better celebration anywhere else in my opinion. We were welcomed and treated like royalty. Deffo going back.

Went to this restaurant on opening day as it had clearly changed hands and must say was really impressed. We had a large group and the service was really good. The food was really impressive and we were looked after the whole night. Will definitely be going back!

18th Aug 2024 opening night we attended Indian Lounge restaurant, a group of us from Spartans Cricket Club ( who play at Griff & Coton ) went for a championship winning meal. From the moment we entered the building until the moment we left we were treated like royalty. The starters, mains & dessert were on point. And the staff were so friendly and helpful. Well done the new management team including Prapul & Mani for making our evening so special. Looking forward to coming back again soon 10/10

Astonishing. The best food I’ve eaten in an Indian restaurant in the UK. And I’m 60, and from Manchester- where we’re not sure of quality Indian restaurants. The service is also exceptional.

Booked a table for 6pm for 4 of us. Picked up the other couple, parked by Dunelm, walked across to the restaurant...CLOSED and in darkness. No response, no notification, no dinner! Just had a response to the review made 2 years ago. The restaurant is now under new management (April 2024) so the previous review no longer applies. I wish the new owners all the best for the future.

Food tatste is awesome. It is totally a South Indian style. I had chicken dum biryani, chicken 65 and haleem. Superb taste, it remembers again my home food.

Excellent Hyderabadi haleem really feels authentic, and the dum biryani is reasonably priced for both quantity and quality. However, the quantity of starters is very low for the price they are charging. Kudos to the staff.

Only slightly late but it's my first delivery and it's raining. As for the food, I licked the plate!!! Thumbs up.

Unfortunately even tho service was quick and efficient the quality of the food was poor, watery curry, fatty cuts of chicken, leaking pots.

Last one wasn't too bad. This one the chicken was poor. The naga was just chilli powder and water, zero taste. The saag paneer was like a stew. Was very disappointing

I ordered at 5.30 and recieved my meal at 6.55 way to long to wait for a meal my kids got really impatient as they was hungry and we wasn't expecting it to take so long

Put on notes to call wen you side which was completely ignored only to receive a call 10 minutes later to be spoken to rudely by the driver. And the nan bread was cold and really tough I couldn't eat it and I asked to fried rice and got onion rice first time for ordering her and will be the last never again

when i placed the order, it was showing delivery times of 40-55 mins, once i placed my order it had changed to 60-80 mins, food arrived almost 2hrs after placing an order, and cold, when i contacted the restaurant, all they said was there was aback long of orders, obviously if i knew that it was going to take this long to prepare the meal, i would not of placed the order, the over priced prawn dish was full of onions, with very few prawns and had no tasteless , whole experience very disappointing and a waste of money.

Was so poor, would never order again. Order turned up an hour late, no dips, no papadoms, plain naan turned up instead of flavoured one, small portion of Bombay instead of the large we ordered, swimming in oil and massala was super runny

Delivery driver dumped the food on the floor whilst was making my way to the door. Food was below par...overall a poor just eat experience

AVOID! Ordered at 7.45pm arranged for 9pm delivery (even know it said 45 mins for delivery). 9.15 came rang them very rude at answering and they said waiting for driver.. no apology or anything.. 9.45 food arrived freezing cold! Never using again.. used to be lovely food now its only good enough for the bin! Near £30 wasted!!

The food turned up an hour late and unfortunately was cold. With it being chicken Currie's, we couldn't reheat it, so it all went in the bin. Contacted just eat and all I got was £5 credit from a £21 bill..... Not happy

Really disappointed ordered this curry at 8:50 and had to ring the restaurant at 10:00pm as it still didn’t arrive. When I called I was met with a man on the end of the phone who didn’t seem bothered that my order was late in fact I think he had forgotten about it. The order finally turned up at 10:30 when I was nearly asleep and all the dips for the poppadoms were missing. When i called the restaurant I said how can I eat poppadoms without dips and was met with a man who couldn’t care less and said we have ran out of everything tonight. And when I asked why they had taken the money for the dips I was met with we will give you the dips next time. I thought I will not be ordering from you again so forget it. They couldn’t even be bothered to bring us some dips round after waiting all the time for a curry. Curry was awful barely any chicken in my chicken tikka masala was probably left over from other customers. I will never order from this place again! No customer service, late curries, missing items and attitudes that stink!!!

Unfortunately this was the first time ordering from this restaurant. However I will not be rushing back here. It stated when ordering the delivery would be 45 mins. However when we paid for the food it gave us a time the was over an hour away (I was not bothered by this as it is a Saturday evening). It had gone pass our delivery time and on the just eat app it said our food had arrived. So we decided to ring them,they then informed us the the food hand not even left yet and was just being packed away. And said it would be with us right away. We waiting again. And yet nothing turned up, so we rang again and was told it was definitely on it way. When the food finally showed up the driver did not care that it was late. Never said sorry, and was rude. The food however was okay, not the best. But definitely not the worst! It definitely would of tasted better if it arrived on time so it was actually warm.

Wrong drink and it was packed in with the food so it was warm. One meal was cold, took ages to arrive and when it did the quality of the cold meal was awful. Tikka masala was decent though.

2 hours, 10 minutes from order to delivery. Missing items, lots of excuses, wrong items and not nice food (soggy chips etc).

Do not order from here the food was that bad my whole family threw it in the bin. Luke warm, tasted like curry powder.

Preordered last night at 5:30pm and selected delivery time for 6:20pm refreshed the page to see for an update and it had changed to 6:50pm then it changed again to 7:10pm and finally arrived at 7:15pm which is nearly two hours after ordering. As a result of it being so late to food was cold and the curry’s were watery

One of the good Indian foods I had in Nuneaton

Usually a great place to order food from but this time it was awful. The food was very bland, the Naan was doughy, overall a boring meal. Will be ordering from somewhere else from now on.

The tandoori khashi was missing the king prawns from the dish and the chicken tikka masala was watery, no curry consistency. The food was 15 minutes late, so I rang the restaurant. Person who answered the phone was rude, told me they had only left 5 minutes prior to my phonecall and tried to blame “very few and slow drivers in the area”. We’re absolutely shocked at the attitude and the food still was 30 minutes late in total, whilst also cold. We can reheat the food (even if we are to expect warm food), but we shouldn’t be expected to do this when paying for the delivery.

Absolutely awful! The massala sauce was more like flavoured water with no curry like consistency. Worst curry sauce I've ever ordered. First time ordering from here definitely the last. Sadly the whole thing went in the bin bar the peshawari naan which was actually very nice.

Website advertises free delivery within 3 miles, we are within this but when the delivery driver turned up he tried to charge us for delivery. We called the restaurant to discuss this however the member of staff we spoke to was extremely rude, he didn’t want to know what their website states and put the phone down. We have used Indian lounge on quite a few occasions previously, but sadly after this experience with the way we were spoke to and how this was delt with we would be very hesitant to use them again. Update your website if you don’t want to offer free delivery

Naan bread was sent wrong should of been cheese naan but plain ones were sent . Overall cold and 15mins late .

Still awaiting delivery even though it says it’s delivered. Tried to phone the restaurant and got no answer. Don’t know if it’s the restaurant or just eat not delivering but it’s ridiculous none the less

Firstly it was nearly an hour late, originally 1745 was delivery time, then 1830, arrived at 1843. The meal was cold especially the Nan bread. First complaint I’ve had to make, usually a very good service and meal. Will try ONCE more then that’ll be it. Sorry.

We waited for 2hrs 30mins (8:30pm to 11pm), driver complaint there was an accident and all the drivers were late which there couldn't have been because the food was still warm/bot. Plus the korma didn't have the coconut flavour so therefore it was very bland. I will never order for them again.
