The pizza was amazing, especially for the price – loads of cheese and a good amount of toppings. The crust had that perfect crunch, which is always a win in my book. Plus, I asked for an extra garlic sauce, and they hooked me up with enough to last a week – no complaints there! Hit the spot perfectly. I'll definitely be ordering from here again!

1 star is being very generous. Placed order for a triple cheese burger with no salad just mayo, you would have thought it can’t be that hard to get wrong but hey they forgot the mayo. Also placed order for fish & chips, chips were ok but the fish was drenched in oil & tasted a little stale as well. All of this after waiting almost 45 mins to get our food. I would avoid this place at all costs.

I own a pub business nearby and I’ve been using the Queens Grill for years. I am not in the habit of disrespecting other businesses however for the last year the standards and quality has gone down and I have been calling them direct so as not to post a negative comment… I own a pub restaurant that does food and sometimes you just want something else, I have done trying to help this place that I have loved for 10 years - Sorry, the picture quality is poor however this is a A 10 mil bone, that my daughter has just nearly choked on. What more can I say? Sorry folks you’ve had more than your fair chance.

So disappointing, large lamb donner on naan, gradually, first they increased a price, so now it's £7 and then shrank the size, around a quarter as compared to what it used to be. It's tasty, but that was my last time ordering there.

genuinely one of the best food I've eaten in awhile. the garlic bread, fish and chips, and fried chicken were all so fresh and delicious. I'd eat here every day if i had the money. 10/10

I seating waiting for my food for 30 minutes in front of them I ordered fries and kebab so asked them how long it be and my food been sitting on the pizza oven the whole time by time I got home the food was bone cold

Kids meal advertised with drink. No option to choose a drink so assumed it was just fruit shoot or similar with no flavour options but kids meals arrived with no drinks. Fish lovely as always

bloke dropped the order saying he had forgot the can of drink. this I didn't mind about and told him not to worry. then tuck in with the family to find half the order missing. and no ability to call the restaurant with a full mailbox. let down massively by what was my favourite place to order.

Absolutely terrible I ordered a large kebab meat and chips and a two piece chicken they didn't have 2 pieces of chicken so they gave me one piece of gray chicken and a 6 hours. Over done chicken wing the kebab meat was supposed to be a large they didn't even give me the amount of a small after double checking it was a large before I opened it I was greeted with barely any meat and they put some chicken donner on it to bulk it up even then wasn't even a regular. Absolutely awful I get it was near closing but if you don't have it. Just say that instead of giving me absulety nothing would heavily recommend avoiding worse takeaway Ive ever had shame on you. Btw wasn't the only person with issues tonight other customers had similar issues unfortunately I'd already ordered

Order from queens often. Foods always hot and fresh. Wings are really good, nuggets are really good and the chip shop chips they serve are decent chips. All round really good and they deliver really quick! Usually 20 mins. The beef burgers are ok, not bad but not great. Their kebab is not the best either I would say. But for chicken and chips it’s good.

Really disappointed in the quality of fish and chips I received last night, it was soaking in oil that much the box was ripped in half and the fish was small when I ordered a large been coming here 20+ years expected better than this won't be using this queens road chippy again

Have tried a few takeaways around Nuneaton , but this one will now be my go to takeaway , first time using but definitely won't be the last time .

Love Queens. Would order more, but tried to order on Queens website and wouldn’t deliver to my address even though it is around the corner. Had to order on just eat for £7 more really not happy. Also had to ring restraurant as their own website is clear but just eat is rubbish. Trying to take money from local businesses. Would order more if I could order their own website

Queens is a family favourite. The classic fish and chips are lovely, and the sheekh kebabs are always fresh. They are always on time and courteous when we have a query.

Ordered 2 pieces of chicken and popcorn chicken, but received 2 boxes with 3 wings in each. The chicken was disappointingly soggy, dry, and had an unusual smell and taste. Unfortunately, it ended up in the bin. Won't be using this service again and can't recommend it.

Normally order a range of food over the month and its Normally sound but the second time now they got my order wrong and it sounded like the bloke couldn't be bothered forgt to send my kebab in any form of pitta. 1 of my pizzas was a plain cheese and tomato and that was definitely not what I ordered. The kebab tasted like old scraps and no pitta??? Never ordering again from here

Absolute joke. So late they may aswell not have bothered. By the time it got to us it was so cold. If the food is going to be so late why not contact the person to let them know.

No where else that does good halal food in nuneaton, so angry was looking forward to my dinner, £17 later got two poxy special donners but they didn’t give chips !!!! With it and in the comments I asked for one portion to be fries and one to be chips , but no they still confirmed my order and didn’t give my chips !!! Or fries. How rude, I’m so angry. I phoned up and they said it comes like that when I’ve orderd beofre and they gave chips with the item. Talk about cost of living !!!! Can’t even give chips , money hungry people

Fish and chips is always bang on. This time the bread for the chip batch was very stale! Not happy had to use own batch to make the chip batch not really the best, this doesn’t not affect the delivery time always super early and the fish is just perfect always massive and crispy and perfect just disappointing with the grade of bread I got this time usually really nice but this time I’d give it a -1 for quality

Excellent as always but first time ever disappointed when they telephoned me to come downstairs and collect it myself! When normally they always bring it to my door. I said no way as got stitches in my leg so the driver then came to my door with it

Lightning delivery, came to the door within 20mins of ordering. Everything was hot and fresh. Masala fish was chunky, the outside was crisp and the inside was juicy and full of body. Even the salad was decent. Chicken Tikka was not hard due to being over cooked but was soft and full of flavour. The naan’s which complemented the above were fluffy, light and not stodgy at all. Queens have been around for a long time and well established in Nuneaton. I believe this is due to their consistent good food and excellent service. Thank you.

Food delivered quickly but I paid £7.99 for a chicken and donor kebab and there was hardly anything in it. I’ve paid the the same price at other places and either get a massive kebab or chips with it for that price. Very disappointed and will never use again.

Awful cheese burger arrived no cheese. The chip you couldn’t eat , white hardly cooked and mushy . Most went in the bin .

Cant comment of service or atmosphere as ordered the food. My burger was soggy and squelchy, ended up not eating. My boyfriends burger was also soggy but he ate his order. His burger was also spicy but the description of his burger didn’t suggest ANY seasoning, just a burger. The chips were a small size but wouldn’t have been too bad had i eaten the burger. Not sure who it was down to, both?? But it took an hour for the food to arrive to us.

Donner was very oily, pizza was lovely with bbq base. Popcorn chicken for the price is not worth it, few pieces and literally no flavour. Chicken burger was mediocre. Overall bit pricey for what you get, quite bland
