Great old school chippy. Food is always hot and fresh. Been here several times. Big portions too.Particlurly enjoyed the curry and chips.lots of different dishes here from fish and chicken meals. Great service too.worth a visit

My order was not delivered to the right requirements. One of the items was for my child who had to wait for her part of the order to be re-delivered as items were missed.

chicken wrap is spicy, this is not stated on the menu when I placed the order. it's far too spicy for my child.

ordered 2 thick milkshakes but when we got them 1 was only half full as it must of spilt on way here or the driver had them upside down

always great service from them, the only problem was even though i had put my address down correctly they'd put the incorrect house number on the order, this has happened on 3-4 occasions now

Driver didn’t follow instructions. I asked for a phone call rather than knocking the door as my order was past midnight and I have housemates that were in bed. Food was tasty but not as hot as I’d expect it be. When I go in the shop and collect my food, my food is still quite hot so not sure how it wasn’t as hot by getting it delivered.

The batter on the fish wos soggy and the fish wos rubbery and the scallop the batter wos soggy only thing i could eat wos the chips. The most expensive chips i have bought. Very disappointed not happy

Had a mixed grill today I thought I was going to lose my teeth, the meat had all been precooked god knows when and then reheated and served absolutely awful.

The pizza was amazing, especially for the price – loads of cheese and a good amount of toppings. The crust had that perfect crunch, which is always a win in my book. Plus, I asked for an extra garlic sauce, and they hooked me up with enough to last a week – no complaints there! Hit the spot perfectly. I'll definitely be ordering from here again!

The chicken part of the meal was excellent !!! The fish & chips not even close. The fish was soggy under the breading crust and the fries were cold and hard. 50% of the chips were bits and pieces like you get at the bottom of a bag. I won’t order fish and chips from them again, but will defo order the chicken, which was hot, moist and very favourable!!! NO FATTY bits were with the chicken !!! 100% meat !!!!! Loved the chicken!!!!!

1 star is being very generous. Placed order for a triple cheese burger with no salad just mayo, you would have thought it can’t be that hard to get wrong but hey they forgot the mayo. Also placed order for fish & chips, chips were ok but the fish was drenched in oil & tasted a little stale as well. All of this after waiting almost 45 mins to get our food. I would avoid this place at all costs.

I own a pub business nearby and I’ve been using the Queens Grill for years. I am not in the habit of disrespecting other businesses however for the last year the standards and quality has gone down and I have been calling them direct so as not to post a negative comment… I own a pub restaurant that does food and sometimes you just want something else, I have done trying to help this place that I have loved for 10 years - Sorry, the picture quality is poor however this is a A 10 mil bone, that my daughter has just nearly choked on. What more can I say? Sorry folks you’ve had more than your fair chance.

So disappointing, large lamb donner on naan, gradually, first they increased a price, so now it's £7 and then shrank the size, around a quarter as compared to what it used to be. It's tasty, but that was my last time ordering there.

I seating waiting for my food for 30 minutes in front of them I ordered fries and kebab so asked them how long it be and my food been sitting on the pizza oven the whole time by time I got home the food was bone cold

Kids meal advertised with drink. No option to choose a drink so assumed it was just fruit shoot or similar with no flavour options but kids meals arrived with no drinks. Fish lovely as always

bloke dropped the order saying he had forgot the can of drink. this I didn't mind about and told him not to worry. then tuck in with the family to find half the order missing. and no ability to call the restaurant with a full mailbox. let down massively by what was my favourite place to order.

Absolutely terrible I ordered a large kebab meat and chips and a two piece chicken they didn't have 2 pieces of chicken so they gave me one piece of gray chicken and a 6 hours. Over done chicken wing the kebab meat was supposed to be a large they didn't even give me the amount of a small after double checking it was a large before I opened it I was greeted with barely any meat and they put some chicken donner on it to bulk it up even then wasn't even a regular. Absolutely awful I get it was near closing but if you don't have it. Just say that instead of giving me absulety nothing would heavily recommend avoiding worse takeaway Ive ever had shame on you. Btw wasn't the only person with issues tonight other customers had similar issues unfortunately I'd already ordered

Order from queens often. Foods always hot and fresh. Wings are really good, nuggets are really good and the chip shop chips they serve are decent chips. All round really good and they deliver really quick! Usually 20 mins. The beef burgers are ok, not bad but not great. Their kebab is not the best either I would say. But for chicken and chips it’s good.

Never had a problem from here before but I did not receive my chips with my kebab meal.

Have tried a few takeaways around Nuneaton , but this one will now be my go to takeaway , first time using but definitely won't be the last time .

Also had to ring restraurant as their own website is clear but just eat is rubbish. Trying to take money from local businesses. Would order more if I could order their own website

Queens is a family favourite. The classic fish and chips are lovely, and the sheekh kebabs are always fresh. They are always on time and courteous when we have a query.
