Nice food to choose from staff friendly enough but the biggest letdown was the dirty coffee cup not acceptable good points about the store they do allow dogs inside which is always a positive

Large chai latte ordered and tasted of warm milk. Clearly aren't making coffees dependent on size.

Food was absolutely amazing, done by Tom. He and the food gets a 5 stars from me! Will be coming here again.

High quality of food , always friendly staff and spotless place. I highly recommend Flames as one of the best ones. Imran and Nayyer always make sure food service goes excellent and order is prepared fast , very tasty and flavoured and Chef Raj is the best chef in town. Thank you guys all food was soooo yummy!!!

Super late and cold, delivery time kept getting higher

I have ordered from this business various times and each time, I have been more than satisfied with the quality of the food I have received. Today, myself and my partner fancied a cold ham wrap with some extras and some hash browns. When I recieved my order, the delivery driver was so kind and helpful. Our food was delicious and after ordering so many times, I decided to leave a review as the service has been consistent each time, being delivered in ample time and meeting our expectations. Got told delivery was 30 mins rung up after 50 minutes told it was on its way. Delivery was actually 1hr 10 mins refused delivery not acceptable, ended up cooking 🤬
