High quality of food , always friendly staff and spotless place. I highly recommend Flames as one of the best ones. Imran and Nayyer always make sure food service goes excellent and order is prepared fast , very tasty and flavoured and Chef Raj is the best chef in town. Thank you guys all food was soooo yummy!!!

Food is lovely, ive just ordered 2 popadons only received one, not a big issue but not the point ivr paid for it , 1get it together also i feel when u always order ftom there you should get something free everywhere else does its an incentive for people coming back

Tonight we also tried the chicken burger bpx. £10 with onion rings,nuggets doner and chips . 5/5 guys!! Was lovely Used this place for years 💕 Usually for their amazing peri peri wings & chicken fillet wrap ✅ But tonight we tried the curries and they were lovely 😍 Had lamb Balti. (Hot) they mean hot 😂 and chicken tikka masala with pilau rice. Lamb nice and tender,not overcooked & lovely masala. Hint of coconut 💕 Garlic nan bread and chips. All in for under £30 🫶🏽 Very lovely indeed. Happy customer 👍🏼

I recently tried a takeaway from Flames and was pleasantly surprised! The food was fresh, flavorful, and arrived piping hot. I ordered peri peri chicken and it hit the spot—perfectly seasoned and generous in portion size. The staff was friendly, and the service was quick. For fast food, it exceeded my expectations in both taste and quality. Will definitely be ordering again soon!

The worst kebab I've ever had. Definitely won't be using again.

Me and my mum ordered from here recently two kebabs they were really nice and the chicken tika was well could there service was very friendly and nice and atmosphere was the same they were nice and easy to order with

Ordered the deluxe burger, which we had a couple of weeks ago, there was nothing deluxe about it - 2 flat patties stuck together with melted cheese and no fried onions. The salad on the kebab was brown and wilted and the chips were cold. Will not be returning.

Chicken wasn’t even cooked! Day later and I have food poisoning 🤦‍♂️

Won’t be ordering from here again, the chicken gave my nephew food poisoning and doner is dry.

Went in not sure what to have, decided on chicken Balti, egg pilau rice and garlic Nan and my days we were not disappointed. It was the best curry we’ve had in a long time. We also tried the peri peri chicken and they were amazing.

I used flames quite a lot. But I’ve found out there customer service is terrible and they really don’t care about there customers. Which is a shame cause when there food is good it’s good. Although on occasions the chips can even be bad or don’t put cheese on chips when that’s what’s paid for. I had an issue last week where the food had to be cancelled and I’ve still not been refunded. I ordered at 1740 I was in work for 1900 so left plenty of time the food turned up at 1825 great. I opened it and it was the wrong food delivered. On the delivery I had the address and telephone number of the where it should’ve gone. I phoned the shop to say if you can get hold of the driver now he may be able to come back now and switch. They said they would get another to me within 10 minutes so I said it’ll have to be quick because I have work at 1900 so I waited 15 minutes it hadn’t come so I phoned them at 1840. They said it’s just about to leave it’ll be with you in 5. I said I’m not being funny it should’ve been here 5 mins ago if it gets here in 5 I have 15 minutes to eat it and get to work I don’t have time. So they said they would cancel it and send a refund. So I went to work with no dinner with no option to buy any through the night either. I also stated I was happy they’ve given me someone else’s data and mine to someone else in this day and age. As data handlers they should be more careful. So I left it for a couple of days got in touch with food hub who do the online orders to say I haven’t had the refund. They were really good said they were disgusted with flames and they way they dealt with it. I rang flames myself and said look I think you should give me a free take away as an apology for one messing up my order and then saying it’ll be there in ten and it wasn’t and for sharing my data with someone else also the fact I had no dinner that night. There reply was no we apologise that’s it. I said well if you want to be like that I’ll just go elsewhere. They said go elsewhere we’re not bothered. So after years of using flames once or twice a week I’m no longer using this take away.

Good tasting halal food, would recommend.

Ordered online, pizza did not turn up and we rang up to query this. “We have just ordered through Uber eats and the pizza hasn’t been delivered” is what we said. The guy on the phone said it had been left behind by mistake and it would be out within 5 minutes. We waited another 20 minutes before ringing again as the pizza still hadn’t turned up, the guy on the other line apologised and explained that the pizza had been delivered to the wrong address. He instructed us to wait a further 10 minutes. We waited another 25 minutes before ringing again as it still hadn’t turned up. The guy on the other line said that the delivery was outside and to go collect it. When we opened the door, delivery man was there but no pizza. The delivery man started to get aggy and claimed that he had already delivered. We rang the restaurant for a final time and this time, the person on the other line got verbally abusive. He claimed we were trying to rip him off and he screamed down the phone saying that we had lied and we were not allowed to order from there again. This left my boyfriends stepmum in tears over this as she hates confrontation and she felt extremely hurt and violated. Honestly will never order from here again.

Vile mixed kebab for me and my son. Daughters pizza was OK but not particularly nice. Definitely wouldn't recommend 🤮

These cucumbers don't look very advertising, they're gone off!!! First impressions count, on this occasion it's a total failure. It won't be coming here again.

Ordered donner meat and chips, the delivery man was really nice and polite but the donner meat was like eating plastic the chips werent done so i called back and they sent another donner meat box and it was the same! I am a regular customer but tonight they have let me down unfortunately

Ordered food. Waited 1 hour 30 mins. Called the store and they said it had been delivered and left outside! Nothing outside so I assume it was delivered to the wrong address. Called the store and they did send out another order by which time it it was way too late. Shame because the food tends to be really good from my previous visits. Won't be using again!

Ordered from here tonight pizza was barley cooked tasted like dough and was stuck to the bottom of the box. Also asked for sauce on my chips and they came plain. Wont be ordering from here again.

Don't ever order a kebab, you get a shallow version also get the order wrong repeatedly 2ont use again.

Tonight I ordered from flames and I must say Great portions, great value for money plus they went the extra mile for me as I forgot to add my chips to the order. I called them and the gentleman said I will get someone to drop them into you. Wasn’t expecting them but within 5 /10 minutes they where here..++++

The food was very delicious and service was up to mark very nice place to Hang on. Had pizza many times, always good and fresh. The counter staff friendly and work as a real team. Delivery service efficient although once we had an item missing, a phone call and it was bought right away. If you're going for fish and chips expect to wait in line as this takeaway gets really busy at peak times, surely a testament to the quality, large portions of chips, usually we share between two. Keep up good work x

Did a £80 order today. Came super quick, staff were lovely and the food was great. Even gave us a free garlic bread and two portions or chips

Use to order here all the time, came back tonight and was the biggest mistake possible. Chips were as if they have been cooked X number of times. Chicken dry as a bone. Donner meat looked like dogs food. And still got the double burger wrong.. wont be back. Think before you place your order.

Ordered via Uber eats, the food came after 2 hours and 15 minutes. When it then came they asked for payment which I told them I had already paid, they then rung me again for payment and sending me links to pay even though I have already paid. Food was bland and terrible, they sent us two free onion bhajis because of the wait... I don't think that makes up for the huge wait time

Ordered online and it said 40 minutes rang after 1 hour 15 minutes and enquiried about it and they didnt know anything about it so re ordered and finally came another hour later 0.8 miles away and took 2 hours 15 minutes never ordering again

Ordered the value family meal, chips, chicken, donner meat and salad. Absolutely disgusting, swimming in grease, so much so all the wrappers were soaked before we even got to the food. Chicken was barely warm on the inside. Safe to say it all went in the bin !!

It's my favourite take away in cross heath it's the only 1 we order from. Foods always 5* delivery is always fast it's never been cold in all the time I've been going there. Really friendly staff if you want a chat whilst waiting inside (before covid) they're really nice guys and the delivery driver's are always friendly would 100% recommend

Ordered here today as I found out their are new owner’s so decided to give it a go, honestly hands down the quickest takeaway I have ever recieved on a Saturday, food was lovely. Not a single item left! Definitely my first order to many More. Very pleased :) keep up your amazing work x

The staff are very helpful and the food is good quality. The portion sizes are quite small especially the Nan bread! There was no cheese on the cheese burgers and I ordered a can of Rio but I received a coke. Not very impressed.

Paid £3.50 for a fiery rice, and it’s a uncle bens microwave rice that I pay £1 for in Asda!! Everything else just average

Ordered food direct from there menu. Delivered on time only missing over half of the order. Having called them they said they would refund the money.....still waiting .

Ordered food. Said 40 minutes. Food eventually turns up 30 minutes after the eta. They advertised hot wings but I have had more spice in chilli Doritos! Food was lukewarm as well. Waste of money

Absolutely terrible. We waited over an hour and a half for a delivery that was expected to take 40 minutes. The wrong order was also delivered. When I then called up to speak to the manager, I was constantly told that he would be 'back in 5-10 minutes'. After then calling numerous times in an attempt to speak to the manager I was told to leave my number and he would call me back. Thus far, I have had no response. The customer service on the phone was despicable. I would not touch this place again with a barge pole.
