The best restaurants in Lichfield West Midlands

Only had a pizza but it was gorgeous, and made fresh. The couple who run the place are lovely as well. Highly recommended

Always spot on. Lichfield's no1 curry house in my opinion....

Cons: Very tired and run down, 2 or 3 ramshackle sheds that may have at some time in the distant past contained animals of some sort, food came out at staggered intervals the first person had finished eating by the time the fourth person's food came, one portable loo toilet in the corner of the car park next to a totting old forgotten car, mouldy tents with dirty pads and cushions to sit on, no sign of any sort of farm or farm shop. Pros: catered well for celioacs and were knowledgeable. Overall: Don't bother go to your local garden centre instead.

Popped in for lunch with my daughter. We went for the all day breakfast.... service and food was great, the best fried bread I've had in years.

We have to say the service was brilliant. The young lady serving an absolute delight, pleasant, efficient, could not fault. We have passed this cafe on my way to Lichfield several times and finally we decided to stop off. At first the setting disappointed, it really is a very large greenhouse type building, you cannot see out and after 20 minutes realise it is very cold for sitting in, we did not stay long. The coffee was lovely and the food good. We just had a sandwich which was nice and the salad fresh. The areas are very clean, the toilets are okay, clean and tidy. Our one gripe unfortunately is the cost of products. We both felt the prices are way above what they should be for what is at the moment a basic cafe. Missed opportunities to attract many people who just want a break without paying rather expensive prices for what is currently not a building that warrants this. All the staff were very pleasant and there is a good car park. This is meant as constructive criticism as there are so many good points, but opportunities missed.

i arrived here at 2:50 , ordered at about 2:55 for them to tell us they aren’t doing hot food after 3. we said that it was 2:55 and they said we aren’t doing hot food at the moment . we then had to get back in the long queue to buy an overpriced cake . poor.

Nice food, I did order for a time later and was half hour late minus 2 minutes, son wasn’t impressed his came warm but he still ate it

Go to Ivory tusk for delivery 2-3 times a month. I have received some of the worst customer service ever over the phone. Whilst I appreciate with inflation prices are going up, I don’t expect my regular order to go up by £9 and when querying it I got shut down and told I’m wrong. I went through the menu with the lad on the phone and it came to exactly what we usually pay. Yet he proceeded to tell me I’d made a mistake and was wrong in the worst tone and manner I’ve ever had. I WILL NEVER BE RETUNING THERE AGAIN. In a time where eating out and takeaways are a luxury to people you would think they would welcome the business with open arms, obviously not. 1 star is being generous.

Lovely friendly welcome and included in to life of the bar straight away. Excellent mix of good local beer and others. Dog friendly in the bar. Great garden come a warmer summer. Rugby and Frank turner fans

We popped in for a quick drink. The bar man was very welcoming , although he was closing up. Nothing was a problem and we will return....

Been for an evening meal when passing. Really good food, we all had both a starter and main course, and some nice beers too!
