Strawberry Fields Farm And Coffee Shop in Lichfield

Never left a review at all about anything.....but had to leave one for this place.... We paid £17 per person and we were under no illusions that we were at the Ritz...but this place is truly awful....advertised home made food but all the food we received was obviously shop bought...the girl that brought our drinks over spilled most of them on the tray and all down the cups and all down her hands....which unbelievably she looked at us...shrugged her shoulders and preceded to wipe my daughters hot chocolate off her fingers(see photo of said cup) all down her clothes.There were no sauces available even though it is advertised as so....the toilet is one single very unpleasant Porto loo that would be not allowed by health and safety on a building site and to finish off an awful experience , halfway through our food we were asked to move(because they space we had paid over £50 for) was needed for a party that had been booked. So myself and my disabled wife with our daughter and with all the other customers including a young lady with her child... we had to carry our food and drinks 100yrds in the rain down the field to a place which could quite as easilyhoused the people we moved for.. truly truly awful....avoid

Awesome breakfast, full works and some.. Generous portion and well worth the wait for a fresh cooked breakfast with good quality ingredients. Will defo be going back. 10/10

First and last visit! Very disappointed after hearing really good reviews from my friends and living locally. Arrived at 1:20pm, Facebook page gives a link to book or states “just turn up”, therefore I was little confused when we were told that we couldn’t have food - just drinks and cakes. As lunch does start serving until 1pm and we arrived at 1:20pm, no explanation as to why you can’t have food! Milkshakes ok but mainly ice and milk. Coffee ok. Have had better muffins from Aldi. Really disappointed as took my 12 year old out for an hour, who is recovering for surgery and sitting outside limits the risk of infection. But he couldn’t have any lunch! Will not be back

We haven’t been here since Covid even though we live within walking distance. We ordered 2 cokes & 1 latte which took. 20 minutes to arrive at around 12am and only 12 other customers, some already eating . The table had bird droppings and leaves on it yes we were sat outside but would suggest a quick sweep & scrub before opening to make tables more appealing. Also the dead plant and the plastic one on the table don’t do any favours. The staff were polite when serving . Since our last visit the site has become more run down which is a shame as it has so much potential, sadly there isn’t much to recommend.

Just wanted to show my gratitude for one of the young girls who was serving at Strawberry Fields on Wednesday 21st August. There was a family in the bell tent we were sitting in and he was very snappy and barked as soon as I entered with my 4 year old and baby. The dog immediately started barking and was very intimidating. I moved out of the tent three times hoping the owner would eventually move the dog - this was not the case . It ended with the dog snarling at my 4 year old and lurching towards her and making her cry. The young lady behind the till relocated us and also continuously checked on my little girl to see if she was ok throughout our whole stay! 10/10 for service and my little girls said she made the BEST hot chocolate l. Thank you so much

Breakfast was ok but had two disappointed children who were looking forward to pancakes as a treat all week. They had run out at 10.30am on a Sunday. I've been previously so decided to take the family for a birthday Breakfast as it was a nice experience at the last visit. Seemed a little run down and grubby compared to previous visit. Service was very slow too. Food was nice enough but overall experience was average at best.

Lovely visit to Strawberry Fields for breakfast on my birthday last week. Was able to book a table in one of the yurts in advance which helped with planning ahead. The gingerbread hot chocolate and breakfast burrito were both super tasty!! Thank you🌟🌟

This is a true gem tucked away off a country lane in Burntwood. Amazing food and service with a smile…hats off to Kerry and her team for making this a truly wonderful experience… We must not lose such amazing places like this where families (including pets) can come and enjoy quality time whist enjoying superb food and embracing the great outdoors

Had my daughter’s baby shower here on the 21st April. From start to finish Kerry was so helpful with arrangements, the tent was fabulous we put our decorations up no problem, food was absolutely amazing so tasty and variety was second to none , all the staff were so helpful and very polite 🥰 we all had a brilliant afternoon could have picked a better day. It’s frustrating that they offer online orders but the last 4 I have placed they have cancelled. If you can’t do orders for delivery or collection don’t offer it. I’m trying my best to support a local business and not use franchise mega companies but it’s impossible to get service.

Visited with family on a very cold winters day. Entered our beautiful cozy and warm Tent, with log fire and blankets if needed. Food was exemplary, service polite and pleasant, and Mint Hot Chocolate was divine! Kerry and her phenomenal team, deliver an exceptional experience, making you want to return again and again, Strawberry Fields, is indeed a very special destination.

Shocked at the level of cleanliness. No water in the toilet to wash our hands, dogs inside the tent off their leads and one walking on the table and another on the bench seat. I’m a dog owner but I prefer not to eat with other peoples dogs sniffing at my legs in the closed environment of a tent. The tables were cleared but not wiped down and the menus sticky. A huge disappointment and sadly won’t return.

Lovely quality food but very expensive .Kept waiting outside in the cold for ten mins whilst staff walked by before we were given our table number .Also the tents were quite tatty .im sure it's much nicer in the summertime when you can sit outside.

I’ve visited Strawberry lots of times since they opened. Food has always been great & the service fantastic (even at busy times). I decided to have a last minute get together at home for my birthday but didn’t really want to prepare the food myself. I’ve seen photos of buffets they’ve done for events and they looked amazing so I put a request in via the option on their website. I was contacted in no time by Orla who took details from me on how many people would be there and what I’d like. I told her the number of guests but had no idea what we wanted, Orla and the catering manager advised me on what to have and asked if there were any allergies or dietary requirements. Kerry along with another member of the team delivered the buffet at the time specified, they were both so friendly and helpful as always. The food was so fresh & the variety was amazing. Everyone commented how beautiful it was and asked where we’d had it from. 100% recommend 💯💯

Visited for the first time today. Very basic facilities which isn't a problem, staff appear nice. However prices are extremely high. A coffee and hot chocolate ( would be classed as small in any high street take away), thin slice of cake, and standard size Brownie £13. Advise.look at menu prices before visiting

I recently hosted a baby shower at Strawberry Fields Farm, the venue is fantastic and ideal for a party. The staff were very helpful, attentive and always at hand to help. The food was amazing, we had a buffet and there was plenty and more to go around, such good value for money. Thank you for an amazing day!

Great service, wonderful food, the freshest ingredients. Great menu, catered for a fussy eater due to pregnancy! Also like the fact that you can request different items for fussy eaters. I am a wheelchair user and strawberry fields had moved a special bench table and extra chairs for us, so that, I was able to stay in my wheelchair, inside the bell tent. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent coffee too!

Kerry and her team went above and beyond for my mom's birthday party in a bell tent. The tents are all beautifully decorated, the food was beautiful and all homemade and the staff were so lovely and accommodating. Would highly reccommend for a lovely unusual setting. Food looked nice, but not a great variety. Table and menus were filthy which was concerning as I went to use the toilet (portaloo) which was also dirty and unclean with no water to wash my hands only hand gel! I wish I had checked the food hygiene rating before my visit won't be going back.

Popped in after reading reviews and what a lovely little place. Had a nice table with a bit of shade and was very impressed with the overall atmosphere. Food was great and the team were happy to serve bespoke sandwiches with no fuss. Excellent overall

Lunch with friends in number one tent. Menu is very short with only a couple of unusual items. The rest was baguettes, blt and wraps.(all over £11) Everything was home made but the salad accompaniment was just a bagged salad variety with a bit of dressing. I would have expected a homemade salad for the price . So nothing wrong with food but for the price I expect a bit more. Toilets are portaloos as well, but being in a tent makes it a bit unusual.

We booked Strawberry Fields for my Dad's retirement get together with family and friends. The team looked after us so well and went above and beyond in the hot weather to make sure we were all comfortable and had everything we needed. The food was lovely and everyone had a great time. Thanks again to the whole team for all their hard work and for making my dads retirement celebration one to remember.
