Subway in Lichfield

Order was delivered over an hour.

I paid for 12 cookies and got 11 , lol

We come in for lunch , the woman behind there was rude was bossing the other worker around … We had a big order and i asked for the big breakfast and she went it only comes with KETCHUP but other shops have given me the option so thought i would wait for the man to do it and she went THAT one is KETCHUP only! Didn’t even ask me if ketchup was okay or if i even wanted it on my sub she demanded he put ketchup on it …. They is also an offer on you buy a footlong you get the kids meal for free …. So I thought he had done it because yet again she was overriding him and demanded what he needed to put in the till …. So i went back to get a refund and speak to the manager and she then still over spoke me didn’t even get a say to the manager as she spoke for me …. Wont come … and was told i need to ASK for a offer 🤣🤣🤣

lovely subway ..great service...clean and tidy. .plenty of room to sit.. had a foot long.. ate half there and took the other half home for dinner ..they wrapped it for me

Extremely disappointed with both the sub & the salad. The Tuna kahuna sub was no more than cheese & tomatoes with a small amount of tuna. Definitely NOT worthy of being classed as KAHUNA and not worth £8.99! As for the Fine Catch salad, this too was extremely disappointing. Just shredded lettuce, a few peppers, a few olives and two tiny scoops of tuna mayo. Again, definitely not worth £6.99! Extremely disappointed with this!

A meatball in my marinara was black and hard.

Arrived so cold it may as well have come straight from the fridge. This is despite the restaurant being about a mile from my house.

The driver kept driving up and down my road and didn't come to my house- meatball marinara was cold

I received a message that my food was delivered at 11:34. But I haven't received it yet

Such a bad experience! We both ordered a sub meal. The order was completely wrong, wrong sauces (dietary restrictions meant we couldn’t even salvage anything) they added extra bits in the salad which I was allergic to. When you select certain items that’s all that should be on the sandwich. Then no cheese was added, what monster doesn’t add the cheese to a toasted subway. Then to really p*ss me off even more, a bite was taken from one of the cookies which grossed me out. (The lot went in the bin) An almost £30 order wasted and went in the bin. If you aren’t in the store watching them then I wouldn’t chance ordering. Driver was nice but he was from a different company! Called the restaurant but the manager was no help, I’ve had to email just eat just to attempt to get my money back. Restaurant refused to replace the sandwiches and cookies because “ the driver wasn’t theirs”

The sandwich was soggy and near enough wet had to throw away the sub the hash browns wear spot on tho asham the sun ruined the meal

Every Sandwich was only 3 and a half inches long I measured them!!!! I can provide photos if required

First time had subway in life as got fed up from Greg’s and McDonald’s. I never thought fresh bread and salad can taste so nice as never been fan of salad.

Subway forgot sweetcorn on my sandwich and 21 of my cookies. Luckily the driver was lovely enough to go back and get the rest of my order.

I ordered this to be delivered and it changed to collection, I do not access for collection atm , so I will Need to cancel this , unless you can’t get it delivered. Thank you . I am a valid customer, but I feel very Let down today .

Nothing wrong with food or delivery time however, driver threw the order down at the door step and was in his car before I could get to the front door. He had put an Uber eats order down rather than my order and when I told him it wasn’t mine, he asked me if the other one he had was mine then?… not the best service from the driver - albeit not subways fault.

Perfect all round. Arrived around 30mins earlier than predicted, delivery driver was nice and polite, order was correct with 2 sharing nachos when I was only expecting 1 so that was a nice little surprise. Was still hot and tasted great! Would definitely order again. Thanks Subway Lich!

Called in Lunchtime Saturday, food was excellent, service excellent, good value for money. The only thing letting it down was the state of the toilet, very dirty.

Sometimes I crave a subway, but they’re so expensive for what they are I hardly ever order. The food was good, but at this price there are better options.

Absolutely awful!! Nachos were completely inedible and so stale!! One of the subs also just disintegrated while trying to eat so bad to resort to a knife and fork?!

Awaiting manager to return our call. large order, 12 meals, only 4 correct. ordered to workplace so cannot await new correct orders, 7 sandwiches should of had cheese but arrived with none. 1 side also incorrect. ordered ahead of time online, disappointed with this as first time ordering to workplace spending over £120 yet 8 people with incorrect order. on a positive friendly delivery driver and on time.

Took 1 hour and 25 mins for food to arrive was given a 1 hour estimate on delivery. Food was cold and squashed

I use their takeaway service about once a week, couldn't ask for more. Excellent food and service every time. Delivery guys are cool too, never had any issues! :)

Ordered a sub, nachos, salad and cookies. The sub was great, the salad had far too much cheese on it even after trying to take some off! The salsa on the nachos isn't nice but fortunately there wasn't much of it and they were soggy, cookies were nice :) I'd order again but I'd get a cheese-less salad and avoid the nachos!

Recieved earlier than expected. Which I dont see as an issue like some experiences. Food was delicious. As someone that would rather get a £2 sandwich over a £5 one. I must say that it doesnt even compare to a general shop sandwich. Get a good deal on the meal deals for the money. And the sides are cheap and very nice. Only thing I could have an issue with is the £15 minimum spend. Otherwise I would make this my go to for takeaway food. But thats just me being frugal 😂. Very good for money. Very tasty. And arrived nearly 30 minutes early than the eta. Definitely worth it. Lewis Lichfield

I ordered a meatball sub with no sauce and it had salsa in it! I ordered a ham and cheese sub with mayo that came without cheese My salad was placed in the bag upside down

The food was good. For some reason the option for a footlong veggie patty isn’t on the just eat site so I ordered it using a 6inch and requested in notes that it be a footlong. Unfortunately I didn’t have the money the driver wanted, but he gave it me anyway so all good. But pls update your justeat app to include extra veggie patty options.
