Two haddock and one portion of chips - £20.40. The fish was as dry as a bone. It was in the fryer for nearly 15 minutes ! The person in charge of cooking just disappeared into the rear of the shop. When I phoned to register my disappointment I was asked to bring the food back to be examined. Not a good experience!

brought the £12.50 American kebab box wasn't worth the money. only a handful of meat and the rest fries and the pitta bread was hard

Fabulous service and brilliant pizza!

The new Ramen noodle bowl with a large glass of fresh pineapple juice only 6.99 exceptional value. The staff at this outlet of this big chain are all a great credit to the Company and incredibly hard working with always a winning smile. Can't fault the staff.

Great choice of ales. Roaring fire. Free food last Thursday was a bonus.

Over 20 minutes for uber driver to find my house, whilst in my street, insisting it didn't exist even though it has been here for over 100 years and has 6 inch house numbers on the front of the house, because he didn't get that even numbers are on the other side the road to odd numbers, despite me telling him several times. Food was cold so chips and gravy binned and roe OK, I can eat that cold just about. Won't do uber eats or Our Plaice again.

- Lack of manners when speaking to customers both abrupt and rude. - Sly eye contact between themselves when we were asking questions leaving us feeling very uncomfortable. - Made us feel as though we weren’t welcome to buy anything. - Didn’t come over to serve us, spoke to us from the back of the shop with there hoods on whilst munching on there food. - When we went to collect the order previously made online we were spoken to very sarcastically. - Will not be visiting Millie’s Cookies in Birmingham Bullring again. - Ruined my girlfriends birthday surprise and her day by this awful encounter. - Please train your staff to have some common courtesy and general manners when conversing with customers.

Nothing special not bad but not outstanding Great friendly staff and very attentive Food was plentiful and fresh Would visit again but not my favourite chip shop No where near the worst chip shop I've ever been in and would rather eat here than some other chip shops

Avoid! This branch is just not worth it. The customer service is non-existent, the food isn’t great, there’s clearly poor hygiene standards due to food poisoning being caused from their food (even vegan options with no meat or dairy) AND if you happen to be walking past as a pedestrian then run for your life as their delivery drivers do as they please and have almost run people over too many times. They only offer a free pizza if you complain and ignore everything you’ve said, especially that more than one person got food poisoning from an order!!! I wouldn’t dream of buying or consuming food from them ever again, why would I want a free pizza?! Make it make sense! Oh, it also doesn’t make you feel welcome when you go in to collect and the staff shout at you/talk to you like you’re worthless. Oops, someone needs to train their staff to be decent human beings maybe?!

We have been coming here for a good few years now, the owner is great. Always knows what we want to order, the food is always excellent and piping hot/ fresh. Tried countless others all over the country while im away with work, they never beat this takeaway. Munchie box is such a great idea! excellent! I would highly recommend trying the munchie box, chicken fired rice, chicken chow mien, Shredded duck, salt and chilli chicken, salt and chilli ribs, singapore chow mien, singapore rice noodles, sesame toast, satay sauce, seaweed. I dont order all these at the same time or i'd be huge, Just my go to's which never dissapoint. I'd highly recommend you trying here :) Keep up the good work, Best street

Awful experience today food was cold chicken price was about the size of a sparrow. Called up and spoke to Hayden appalling level of customer relations would be an improvement.
