KFC Birmingham - Halesowen in Dudley

My 80 year old husband went to get our 6 year old granddaughter a 2 piece meal and was given 2 drumsticks which were dark and dry he did not think to ask for one breast or thigh One wasted journey and one hungry grand child Called and spoke with a manage said should have asked for what pieces you wanted They really don’t care Shan’t be using the halesowen KFC

Awful experience today food was cold chicken price was about the size of a sparrow. Called up and spoke to Hayden appalling level of customer relations would be an improvement.

Usually very tidy, clean bathrooms, but a difficult store to keep touchscreens clean etc. It mostly depends on whether the chips are hot and you get decent pieces of chicken (it sometimes feels like KFC are trying to source even smaller, scrawny chickens than ever). There's always parking (90mins) or the drive thru. It's quite a good branch.

We went through the drive through tonight at around 9pm 27th sept,the food was vile and the chicken looked like it had been cooked in dirty oil,we all tried the food but on appearances and taste we decided to bin it, we basically spent £56 and 5 drinks

A young guy attended to me and the system was not accepting and process offers on my phone. He escalated the issue to his Supervisor and was sorted. I requested for more mayonnaise for the chicken and he respectfully went back and handed it over. Chicken was well done as I always loved it and the seasoning was heavenly. I mean it was the best KFC chicken I have ordered in a long time! Bravo!!!!👌😊

Place was a bit messy inside with dirty tables and overflowing bin but it was busy. The world’s smallest chicken wing I’ve ever seen and two legs in my bucket?? Taste was okay but couldn’t enjoy it because I was peeved off.

Inedible. Tastes of yesterdays oil. Even the Pepsi tastes off. Worst KFC I’ve ever been to.

Poor service from woman at counter, asked for wrap with no sauce and no cheese. Women gave me sauce on wrap even tho I asked for non, then told her and she rudely told me that I didn’t ask. What if I was allergic ?? What if I died

We’re able to make themself food but not us and it wasn’t busy there were only 2 cars rubbish service I expect better disappointed

bludclart charged me 7 pounds for a twister wrap and gave me kfc crisps instead of actual chips

I have nothing wrong with kfc but the gender neutral toilet their was urine on the seat I am a man imagine if a girl had to sit on that toilet .It would make people feel uncomfortable knowing that your sitting where a man bas has urinated.

Kin joke 5 times ordered it still got wrong freezing cold tasteless item Any nationality or colour But please for fek sake English and clear speaking operatives would help And some gas for heat may help Car park and drive through empty . Not fekin supprised

Chicken was old and greasy had no flavour. This is the worse KFC around has happened on a number of occasions now . Why can't they sort there act out .

THE KFC ON EARLS WAY IS A NICE PLACE. CLEAN, THE PEOPLE WORKING HERE ARE FRIENDLY AND THE SERVICE IS FAST. UNFORTUNATELY THE FIRE ALARM SOUNDED WHEN WE WERE THERE AND THEY COULDN'T TURN IT OFF...I HOPE THE EMPLOYEES DIDN'T HAVE TO WORK WITH THE EAR-HARING NOISE FOR LONG.

Went 18/1/24 used a self service kiosk. Placing the order was painless and quick. Sadly that was the only quick thing about my experience. I was the only one in the store. I was never acknowledged, never apologised too, never given a risen why drive through orders was flying out,yet my £11.00 order ( not massive in any way) took 15 mins to actually be given . Might seem a minor thing but when you're the only one in the store.it starts to feel personal. Store as per pics where dirty and multiple tables left with rubbish on them. Not exactly inviting to eat in. Raised a complaint via the KFC survey site. Overall I have no idea why I go to this store when oldhill is nearby as well. Mind you they don't check their orders and I'm constantly missing things.( Always check peeps before you leave the carpark). A disappointing visit and zero customer skills

Honestly, the staff at this place are a joke. Please teach your staff the meaning of customer service. I litterally have no words. Vile people

Second time in 2 weeks half our order has been missing

Ordered food didn’t give a receipt they didn’t give me the food and said I needed a receipt I told them it didn’t give it me and it took 50 minutes for me to receive my food staff were not helpful

I order good didn't give a receipt they asked for proof witch I couldn't show so after waiting 55 minutes I eventually got my food manager help no help at all I was just waiting in tears of anger my friends were more help then the start not good never going back

Food took over 30 minutes for a simple order, when I recieved it, my wings were stale, and my chips were green. Plus when I tried to pay with cash, the workers didnt even acknowledge it. When i went to the toilet, i swear i mustve heard a rat crawling about in the walls. Dont recommend at all.

They could clean up more tables filled with rubbish I know that people just leave food on tables and it's kinda rude when there are bins for you to drop your rubbish in so the next person can use the table but the tables still could do with a wipe and people in there pajamas because it's under a hotel 🤔

Last time I had a KFC from here it was very dry and over cooked! but today it was excellent. I did have to wait about 8 minute's because they was cooking a fresh batch. But must say BEST chicken from a KFC for a long time!

Still get orders wrong. Order correct on receipt but not correct when you get it. This has been happening off and on for the past 8 years

The fact that you no longer accept cash is bad enough but to not have a sign saying so until you get to the order point is really annoying. By that time you have to sit in the queue before you can drive off without ordering as I didn’t want to pay on card

What a Joke this particular KFC has become, I went there this evening to find they no longer accept cash, that's right folks they are more than happy to turn away hard working customers who want to pay with the King's currency...shame on you and I for one will never use you again. Old Hill KFC is more than happy to accept cash though.

Used to be good and bought here everyday, Ever since the management changed everything rubbish here.

Had the mistake of trying one of their vegan burgers (well, they gave me two thirds of one). After waiting almost 10 minutes, we had the order brought out to us. The idea of a burger it has the full bun...... this had only the base. It isn't as thoughthe drive through was busy. To add insult to injury, my wife had three pieces of chicken and chips. Three very small pieces of chicken leg which they usually include chicken breast. It is either carelessness, couldn't give a damn or poor training. Certainly, the very last time they will get any trade from any of our family. My advice, avoid at all cost there are better companies out there that will look after you better.

Staff miserable but food ok. Disappointed asked and paid for 10 piece bucket only to get home and find there was only 8 pieces. Ive got a five year old granddaughter if they got problems counting to ten.

Went round the drive through repeated my order 5 times and went round and they told me i didn’t order when i repeated my order numerous times also said to me i cant order at the window and had to drive round again to order customer service is appalling my kids had stale food

The rude skinny Muslim girl at the counter needs to learn how to give a better customer service.

This is a drive thru KFC with seating area inside. Always use your app to order as you get some good deals and dicounts which would not be available inside.

Was given 11 chips in a £7 tower burger meal.

We go to this place weekly for 14 pcs bucket from drive thru and, literally, if you don't ask specifically when you order, they fill the bucket up with only drumsticks rather than mix of variety cuts. If you dare to question after you get your bucket, they will say drumsticks are the only pieces they have. Every. Single. Time. Then why don't you change your menu into bucket of drumstick? Why mixed cuts will only be available if we ask upfront in the drive thru?

Today, I ordered a lunch box of fillet with 2 hot wings, but I found the chicken burger to be too bad, it seems to have been cooked for too long, the outer layer of dough was disintegrated and dark brown. this is my 2nd time watching

We decided to give it another go after having a pitiful experience the last time. Left it months and finally thought we'd give them another go. What a mistake! Went through the drive through, the person I ordered from was the only saving grace of the place, unfortunately I didn't get his name. Waited for over 15 minutes and no food so I went in to see what was going on. My order wasn't even up on the screen and the woman I spoke to had no idea what else I'd ordered. When I finally got my food I was that annoyed I went back to the car and back home without properly checking the bag! How silly of me to trust that they'd put everything in the bag I'd paid for! That one's on me. After all of this the food was luke warm and most of it over cooked. Definitely won't be making this mistake again.

Drum stick was under cooked. Order screens out of order. Huge lorry unblocking the sewers outside. Full of local college students talking like Ali G. Mega box? nah.

james and sheela are the best on tills, the man with beard on food is helpful too. im a regular customer these guys dont make errors. rest of team take notes as some others are unfriendly and get orders wrong.

£8:99, £8:50 straight into bin. Both bean tubs solid, that dry couldn't get them out of tabs. Chips cold, chicken cold, burger,,,words fail me . I suggest sticking to McDonald's round the corner

Food was standard, some staff are great some others just hate customers... the big issue with this place is time. It takes ages just to get a two price meal and anything mire than that the time doubles

Good ol' KFC always provides reliable food. This particular branch has in the past year or so gone from old, out of date and pretty lacking to a much better experience overall. Food is better, experience in store is better, service is better, literally everything!

Been here regularly over the last few years and felt it's time for some feedback. Can't believe the scores but I believe people are motivated into action more by complaining that praising. Genuinely never had an issue myself: the staff are always friendly and the food comes quick, hot and correct. Even if you ask them to tailor the order, they're always happy to oblige. Recent refurb looks nice though I generally use the drive through.

What a dump, not one person in the restaurant but 3 tables full of left overs, gruby tables that hadn't been wiped over the bins full and alot of rubbish throughout the place, staff were nice but rushed of their feet I actually felt a bit sorry for them to the point I didn't complain about my 30 minute wait for 1 box meal, congratulations KFC you've taken the fast out of fast food, the only 2 plusses I can take from my visit is the food was OK and I know not to go back again.

I ordered food for myself, my wife and 2 kids for £31.84. I ordered a zinger trilogy box meal with fries, mini fillet, small popcorn, corn, can and dip. The burger was a plain fillet with no hash brown, no can, no dip and the mini fillet was stone cold. My wife ordered a fillet tower burger meal but again it was just a plain fillet with no hash brown. At least they managed to get the kids meals right. I tried calling them to be met with I'm sorry the mailbox for this number is full goodbye. AVOID USING DELIVERY AT ALL COSTS BECAUSE THEY CANT SEEM TO GET BASIC ORDERS RIGHT.

I hadn't visited a KFC since my son was young,this time, I had my great niece and nephew with me for an early evening meal. I'm not interested in pressing buttons so I asked if I could order from a person. The young man at the counter was most helpful and cheerful whilst serving me and constantly smiling. The meal was brought to us by an equally friendly young lady. It wasn't too busy for indoor eating, but the drive-through was pretty constant. The food was piping hot and the same good quality chicken I remembered from over 30 years ago. The cost was also very fair and we thoroughly enjoyed our tea. It's a shame there weren't more tables filled but as the evening wore on a few more came to eat inside, creating a bit of a buzz. I enjoyed this experience and will do it again soon.

Recent full refurbishment here but no change in service. The drive through menu is positioned after the order speaker intercom so you have to hold up the que to order or get rushed. Still looks a bit grubby in the kitchen, food was only warm.. No fork or spoon. Car park bins over flowing and lots of litter on floor with Rat bait boxes. Not the best example of a KFC by far! 😔

Ordered a rice box through Just Eat, an hour in advance. Never turned up, despite confirmation given. Only got one star because there is no option for zero. Worse than useless.

Went to the drive thru for our food, was waiting 15 mins at the screen to have our order took then another 15 to pay, then got told to park up for another 20 minutes Staff were rude and drinks were 1/2 full!

Went to get a bargain bucket on the 8th of September, ask for no breast just legs and thighs, we get home to see there was some breast in the bucket, no bother, mistakes happen right? So we arrive back to swap the breast and the proud man who made the bucket was in disbelief and was certain there was no breast and claimed it to be "RIB". Mental i know but luckily a young lady working the drive thru by the name of Crystal was available to clear up mistake and allow us to but on out way

Thought I would try the order and pickup service via the App.......after twice trying to give me the wrong order I've decided to go back to ordering when I arrive. Experience, well it could have been a lot better.

If you want your chicken crispy it's the best in the area. I'm closer to merry hill and old hill but travel to halesowen for a better meal.

Had an job interview for part time and said they would ring back just before 5pm. I not heard anything and I really wanted this job to provide for my family. This has really upset me that it has gone to someone else. I am not very happy 😒. I haven't even been given a chance

The worst meal and service I’ve had from any KFC. Half full chips, no spoon for beans, no bbq sauce after being asked twice by staff which one I wanted, half full drink that they wouldn’t fill up, rude and abusive staff who didn’t want to help. Just a dive of a KFC

horrible service and the staff was too Rude.When i did order one of the staff taken my order and he putting wrong order when he tried to change it the the staff name was sheela came and said to me WHATS WRONG? i was strange about her talking. then i said dOnt need to change it keep it … its really disappointed me also waste money

After having an incorrect drive through meal given to me when I got back to work I contacted the team and explained the problem,I was told to return back the following week and they would reimburse me, upon arrival Katie was so helpful and her customer service was excellent thanks again Katie.

Worst KFC I've visited, clearly taken over seemingly by unsavoury people, place was empty and dodgy people were visiting and leaving all the time, avoid.
