Was here as they opened took them 30 minutes to make my food I only wanted a zinger burger & chips, when I complained the manager was very rude & didn’t seem to care, will be taking it higher

10 piece bargain bucket. 7 legs and 3 thighs, disgraceful amount of chicken and variety. Previous bucket 1 week before, 2 breast, 4 thighs, 2 legs and 2 thigh wings. Inconsistent buckets and not good value.

really enjoyed the zinger tower meal. although the service is not what I would call fast food anymore. this doesn't just apply to KFC 🤣. preorder is the only fast food option nowadays.

Very hit and miss. One time can get nice hot food, the next time medioka so really hit and miss. The chip size portion are a joke since the new design.

Just trying to place an order at 23.15. saying delivery available till 231.45? So why does just eats say till 22.45? Make your mind up..

Always a good place to go and grab some lovely KFC. Recently went for the Christmas burger... personally i think there are cheaper better things on the menu, but that normally sums up Christmas anyway 😄 😉.

Went through the drive through SPECIFICALLY asked for THIGH PIECES for my mighty bucket. Employee said that there were none left. I then went to cancel my order but MAGICALLY all of a sudden THERE WERE THIGH PIECES! When i went to tuck in what do i find? BREAST PIECES! NEVER GOING BACK DONT LIE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!

Looks like Pakistani have took over the franchise, I've never had kfc chicken so dry, 🤷 I've also got a problem with their big beards not being covered with hair nets, surely health & safety should apply.

Staff Member Luke has a absolute atrocious attitude, talking down to us, and his fellow staff members calling them gullible! He wouldn't give us his name to make a complaint... I had to ask another member of staff for his name. We made a £40.00 Order at the Drive Thru, I recommend he gets removed from the face of your branch, because we won't be returning and will be using another.

We love KFC & this branch is convenient. However, given time I'd choose another branch of KFC. the chicken in the buckets often seem smaller & it often appears that orders for delivery drivers get priority over drive-through customers.

Got 10 mini fillets, only ate 2. Was well over cooked, tasted like cleaning products and it turned my ring piece into willywonkas chocolate river

Ordered boneless feast for 24.99 at teatime but the chicken was so dry crispy/hard on edges I'm guessing it had been there since lunchtime, the coleslaw was best before 20th August which was date of my visit so basically out of date in 7hours! The three stars for service is for the speed of My order but I suppose that's because they hadn't got anything else to do but serve me lunchtime leftovers

KFC isn't what it used to be and this place is pretty poor.

Food is always good in every KFC, the service was okay but they just go about there business rather than talking or even saying “Hi” and the atmosphere well it was dinner time and completely empty I literally was the only one in there despite it being on a trading estate but good food though.

Again KFC Kingswinford managed to mess up my order. How difficult is it really to put the correct items in a bag?

Very rude unhelpful staff. Stand in a group looking at you talking in a language that definitely wasn't English, so unprofessional, we are in England so should be speaking in English. So rude! Definitely won't be coming here again!

Drive through, cost £38, staff member messed up order, telephoned about order, left hanging on phone, tried to ring back constantly unavaible, poor service, not impressed with service or the food order we were given, Its rare for me to give a bad review, but I do expect to get what I asked for and paid for, word of advice to whoever is training the staff, one to get the order correctly, we were the only ones driving through and when the customer asks is that everything thank you, reply with a human answer and not some prehistoric grunt disappointing on all levels, I will not be recommending or revisiting, the experience was one for Gorden Ramsey to sort out.

It was as usual a lovely night with my family, but we were put by a window, I'm not sure, I think it contributed to the fact we were all cold, but we just kept our coats on, it didn't spoil the night though; nothing would have I was meeting my new grandson.

All the pieces where terrible I also asked for certain pieces they only seemed to give me what I asked not to have. £40 for dry stringy chicken. The mini fillet I mistakenly thought was a hotwing. Shame as I drive few extra miles to go here cus usually the best one in area terrible

I’m not usually one to make a review but the food received this evening was absolutely shocking… My partner went to get me food this evening due to me having COVID as needing a quick, drive thru order as you do. My partner was told to wait for the food which is fine (4 Wraps of the day no coleslaw) fresh food, you don’t mind waiting. When I took the first bite it was like eating rubber, disgusting, freezing cold, i thought you know what benefit of the doubt I’ll leave this one and move on to the other too find out it’s exactly the same. Please be careful when ordering from this KFC. Reading the previous reviews I should’ve know better

Visited today at 5pm and shocked to see no queue at the drive through! Food was super hot and got served instantly, best burger I’ve had from kfc and the team did amazing!! Thank you x

First visit to this KFC awful chicken burger was stale, chips probably warmed several times. Will stick to Dudley Castle Gate. Serving stale food.

Food awful . If I could give no stars would have left no stars . When it arrived was freezing cold no chips in any of the 4 meals . Chicken was really hard and over cooked. Tried to call restaurant Kingswinford permanently engaged seems phone taken off hook . After spending £35 would suggest you DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY They also never get the order correct and not bothered if you complain

Where do I start. I was called to say my order was ready, I waited for 2 minutes to be asked what I wanted... I explained my drinks. After getting home I noticed we had a burger, Popcorn chicken was missing and looking at the receipt, 3 corn too. So after getting the replacement food, we found popcorn chicken in the vegan burger. Just really poor service

Second time I've ordered 10 pieces of chicken and thrown it away. Won't be doing it again. 7 greasy thighs and 3 drumsticks. Why are they never able to give you a fair share of the chicken. Last time I had 10 wings and took them back. Go to Merry Hill at least there you get the full variation.

0 stars from me robbing bstds always a problem at this kfc. Wanted to use my £5 reward I had on my app they scanned it then told me it didn't work. But it disappeared off my app then tried telling me. Its gone cos its been scanned. But that i couldnt use it and it is now gone. Tried to offer me a 15% discount to compensate for me loosing my £5 off reward. So accepted then they didn't even apply the discount. 🤬Disgusting behaviour. Will never go there EVER again. The food Is disgusting from there too like its been sat over night then served. Rude staff, nasty food. Stay Clear!!

Don't usually review fast food outlets but impressed by this one. Well presented freshly cooked food. Attentive staff. Best KFC I've visited in terms of quality, cleanliness and general effort

So full of delivery drivers these days. This appears to adversely affect the serve time for normal customers in busy periods.The drive thru queue was back to Stallings Lane when I went there. Food, when we got it, was OK chicken good, chips warm only (as usual with kfc). They had no corn so I went for salad instead as a side, big mistake as it was covered in mayo, I hate mayo, binned the salad!

Absolutely disgusted with my food order today! Three of the smallest pieces of chicken that you will ever see & less than 10 fries! I can understand one piece being slightly smaller but not all three. Old Hill KFC is much better. Will not be visiting Kingswinford KFC again that's for sure!

Never fail with kingswinford branch unlike castle gate who always missing or wrong items delivered.. Kingswinford deliver on time correct order and hot and fresh food constantly can’t rate them enough

Came here Friday night and ordered via the drive-thru, first of all one of the staff forget one of our drinks and had to remind them that there was 2 even then no apology. The mini fillets and popcorn chicken was cold and tasted quite stale like it’d been sitting the hot serve for a while, to top it off the gravy was watery and bland nothing like kfc gravy. So personally I’d avoid at all costs and go to the Stourbridge branch which is much better.

Oh where do I start … Been coming here the last few weeks - problem after problem. First visit, no issues with my order however the wife wanted Extra Mayo in her Zinger burger so asked them politely. Could literally hear them pumping away at the Mayo machine. Open the burger to find more Mayo than anything else. Approached the manager as it wasn’t edible, kitchen staff all laughing and cursing in their own language - to which they didn’t know I understand. Second time - Tower Burger was totally cremated. It was like eating a pack of McCoy’s crisps. The Zinger burger - this time with no extra Mayo, was clearly underdone. Took one bite and still saw it was pink inside. Definitely will NOT be returning back here.

Quick friendly service and well cooked food

Absolute abysmal. Sat 10 minutes at drive through window with no service provided not even asked what I wanted. Went to 2nd window to be told by some woman that she was sat at the other window ..... nowhere to be seen. Then was told I need to go back around to order so I came away with nothing. This isn't the first time had problems at this store so I won't be returning

Haven’t had kfc for a while and I won’t be having it again . Chicken was dry and had no flavour fry’s same . The only thing that tasted ok was coleslaw. And it cost £17.99 never again .

As per previous orders, get home to find an item of your food missing.

Via uber eats meals were waiting to be collected and delivery time showing. Then got a message saying delivery delayed. They had added another stop on the way. Food was stone cold when got here. £28 for to cold meals. Not good enough

Are the staff members who work here mentally challenged? A simple order requesting a side order of fries and they leave it out. Amazingly they managed to charge for said missing item which is ideal for profit but not customer service. Not a complicated role to check the order in front of u then simply place inside the paper bag with KFC on the front, you know the company you work for!!

I went to this KFC for a takeaway meal. The assistant handed me my bag of food, and when I opened it to check the contents, she walked off in a huff and didn't give me my drinks. When another member of staff asked me if I was waiting for my drinks, I overheard my server say "she's checking the bag, but I've got to pack". I was only checking the bag because whenever I go there, parts of my order are missing. The meal itself was not great; my filet burger was cold and the bun was stale and hard. Overall, I was very disappointed by the whole experience and will not be returning.
