brilliant restaurant, cracking service, had a wonderful wrap meal and it was absolutely class, 5 stars no complaints

I’ve ordered from this KFC several times and the accuracy of my orders has always been spot on. The food is consistently fresh, hot, and tastes great. It’s clear the team pays a lot of attention to quality and detail. Definitely one of the better branches I’ve been to!

Used this kfc regulary but have noticed it has started going down in quality, food is always cold like it has been sat around, beans never filled up always half a tub, chicken fillets are no longer worth it as the breast sizes are tiny and when they dont have them they put 2 strips on a burger and charge fillet burger price, will no longer be using this place, but i think kfc as a whole is no longer any good

Ordered 4 fillet burgers on the app to collect in drive thru , when arriving home found all were missing the buns ! Called to talk to the restaurant, they implied I was lying and it could not have happened ! Why would I lie about this ? They hung up on me , I phoned again and had The same response that I clearly am wrong . Very unsatisfactory customer service and food !

Just stopped by KFC Kingsford for a quick bite before a long dog walk at Kinver Edge, and it was spot on! The food was exactly as you'd expect—hot, fresh, and tasty. The staff were super kind and welcoming, and the place was clean and tidy, including the facilities. Perfect pitstop for a hassle-free meal. Highly recommend!

First time trying this Kfc , spent over £38 for a party bucket, got home at 4 pieces of chicken is missing and 1 hot wing. No recipe provided, cannot ring as its a London number that is ringing out. Daylight robbery as cannot get compensation for their incompetentcy.

Last week you left 4 bags of chips off my order this week the chicken fillets are horrible under cooked

Ordered two normal burgers payed for took them home one for me and one for my husband they were spicey over cooked two scrappy pieces of chicken just slightly warm didn't enjoy them at all

My dad loves a kfc , we bring him from his care home in Himley . The staff are so accommodating as he’s in a wheelchair too . The food was cooked fresh and just gorgeous. Highly recommend

Thought we’d go drive through as usually when we order delivery it’s wrong. Paid £26 for 2 large mighty buckets for 1. Both were in bags which is fine, missing the hot wings, only a 1 small portion/bag of chips instead of 2. Had a mini fillet and a recipe piece that genuinely was no bigger than my thumb. We get that it was a Friday but we were robbed.

Staff useless order wrong even after sitting 10 mins for order to be put together

1st and last time I visit this place. The floors were filthy, tables very messy. I needed some assistance and the staff would not help told to use the self pick machine. Bad experience

It's not a very big store, so the property is shared with a dominoes, it's like a food stop. It has a drive thru. However I entered into the restaurant itself, The staff seems polite, however I wasn't there long enough to find out. As you can order on the kiosk there is literally no or very little human communication. Technology for you. I was only buying a bucket of fried chicken. The sides I saw online was different from the ones I saw on the instore kiosk. I am not sure why this was the case. The quality of the food was great. However, there is no way to tell them the pieces you prefer, so I got mostly legs, can you imagine my disappointment. I like breast and thighs. Actually most KFC are like this. I Hope they can find a way to adjust that. If you need to ask any questions. Feel free, I will always answer to the best of my knowledge and with honesty.. Firez 🔥

Disgusting Food and Appalling Customer Service - Kingswinford KFC I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the food received today from the Kingswinford KFC via just eat delivery. To my utter disgust, I found chicken hairs embedded in the chicken wings. This is not only unsanitary and unacceptable, but also a serious health hazard. To make matters worse, when I contacted the restaurant to report the issue, they seemed unconcerned and treated the matter with extreme levity. This is completely unacceptable, especially considering the potential health risks involved. I am appalled by the lack of seriousness and the disregard for customer safety displayed by the Kingswinford KFC. I will be advising everyone I know to avoid this establishment. I expect a sincere apology and a full refund for this abhorrent experience.

I like KFC but why is it so expensive compared to other take outs. Fries are lovely! Service good

We spent £77, £82 with delivery One bucket collapsed on floor as it was delivered, covered in gravy that had spilt all over the bag during the journey. Driver was unhelpful as he blamed Kfc people and also had no response from review from Just Eat. Terrible service and will never go back!!

Placed order on KFC app and Uber driver never came to door. Branch offered no support to get us order delivered and Uber won’t refund despite offering no proof of delivery attempt. Disgraceful!

Spent 30 pounds on an order tonight, got everything super quick, staff were super nice and friendly but I need to be honest, the entire order was stone cold, chicken was dryer than the Sahara Desert and it just wasn’t worth the money at all, disappointed this time round.

Gave regular sized box meal when I paid for large, refused to give me what I paid for.

The food was luke warm. You can't order at the till, only from a giant touch screen. No customer/staff interaction. The prices have gone up quite a bit since my last visit around a year ago. They want your money but not you.

Visited today 1st visit.Staff member Daniel helped us to use the ordering system as we were unsure.Libby bought our order to our table very quickly and it was piping hot and everything was delicious,lovely chips and the gravy was gorgeous! We noticed how clean the place was and low volume music in background made our visit most enjoyable.Lovely staff,lovely place,lovely meal we will definitely visit again 👍

Very bad experience with the staff. There was a guy named Aman he behaved very rudely and disrespectfully. Also didn’t gave me my order and told me to order from somewhere else. Won’t be going there again.

This has to be the worst KFC in the country, staff are rude, miss items of an order for more than 1 person, burgers are literally thrown together and on this last occasion the food tasted like it had been cooked twice, horrible taste and looked over cooked I personally will not use this place ever again, deserves to shut down or get someone who knows what they are doing to run the place

10 piece bargain bucket. 7 legs and 3 thighs, disgraceful amount of chicken and variety. Previous bucket 1 week before, 2 breast, 4 thighs, 2 legs and 2 thigh wings. Inconsistent buckets and not good value.

really enjoyed the zinger tower meal. although the service is not what I would call fast food anymore. this doesn't just apply to KFC 🤣. preorder is the only fast food option nowadays.

Went through the drive through SPECIFICALLY asked for THIGH PIECES for my mighty bucket. Employee said that there were none left. I then went to cancel my order but MAGICALLY all of a sudden THERE WERE THIGH PIECES! When i went to tuck in what do i find? BREAST PIECES! NEVER GOING BACK DONT LIE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!

Looks like Pakistani have took over the franchise, I've never had kfc chicken so dry, 🤷 I've also got a problem with their big beards not being covered with hair nets, surely health & safety should apply.

Staff Member Luke has a absolute atrocious attitude, talking down to us, and his fellow staff members calling them gullible! He wouldn't give us his name to make a complaint... I had to ask another member of staff for his name. We made a £40.00 Order at the Drive Thru, I recommend he gets removed from the face of your branch, because we won't be returning and will be using another.

We love KFC & this branch is convenient. However, given time I'd choose another branch of KFC. the chicken in the buckets often seem smaller & it often appears that orders for delivery drivers get priority over drive-through customers.

Ordered boneless feast for 24.99 at teatime but the chicken was so dry crispy/hard on edges I'm guessing it had been there since lunchtime, the coleslaw was best before 20th August which was date of my visit so basically out of date in 7hours! The three stars for service is for the speed of My order but I suppose that's because they hadn't got anything else to do but serve me lunchtime leftovers

KFC isn't what it used to be and this place is pretty poor.

Food is always good in every KFC, the service was okay but they just go about there business rather than talking or even saying “Hi” and the atmosphere well it was dinner time and completely empty I literally was the only one in there despite it being on a trading estate but good food though.

Again KFC Kingswinford managed to mess up my order. How difficult is it really to put the correct items in a bag?
