Ordered through Uber eats, spent £16 on order. Staff told our driver that our order had been cancelled when it hadn’t. Order was listed as delivered so can’t get a refund. Fault of the Uber driver. But also Costa staff for telling him our order was cancelled. Idiots.

I am contacting trading standards. Do NOT risk it. They were once fantastic but now I am appalled at what they see as fit for us. I have to question what they put in the food. You try if you wish. I won't be

Can’t believe this was the first time we have been here. Great service and the best fish and chips I’ve eaten in a long time. Freshly cooked chips and lovely crispy batter. Will be back.

Went here for breakfast . Busy little cafe Staff singing away to himself while cooking , that made me giggle Service a little slow but then it was busy Food was really nice and well presented Maybe better quality sausages but that’s only my opinion as my partner enjoyed his All told lovely place to visit

First obstacle was getting through the door, auto opening wasn’t working, tried pushing,no luck, had to wait for a customer inside to push it open which was very stiff. Second, queue of about 7 people waiting with one server (looked bored and about 16), third, hardly any hot food, but it was 14.30. Finally a young girl that was cleaning served me. Forth, Childs high chair placed in fire exit door (clearly marked) Not impressed 😡

I was served by Shasanti who was very knowledgable and happy to help, she made the whole process easy to understand. Polite, friendly and excellent food, fully topped up and lovely and hot. Just what I needed on a cold autumn evening! Thank you!

As we don't live in the area, this is only our second visit here (first was several years ago) on a Sunday afternoon after visiting friends. We telephoned booked in advance, as Sundays lunchtimes can be busy! No need! Restaurant not busy at all - on a Sunday lunchtime!! Staff we greeted us were great - friendly and helpful. Sunday roast pork dinner - was okay, but not great. Coid plates (who puts hot food on to cold plates?). We payed extra for the cauliflower cheese - how youy make this without cheese is beyond me! Had 'thin' tecture of being a packet mix! Presentation was okay, but food (and gravy) lacked any depth of flavour. Good selection of beer. Pub was very cold - not the warm. cosy, inviting atmosphere you want on a cold, windy, raining Sunday.
