Again the machine for loyalty isn’t working that’s 4 times I didn’t get a coffee, party or breakfast reward!

App Machine never works Lady behind the till very slow and very rude.

Good value but it's outside and was cold so this affected the Atmosphere.

Poor customer service (millie) and cold bacon and sausage as it is left uncoverd, worst greggs I have been think they need to retrain thier staff

I use this Greggs weekly and sometimes daily. The staff are great and remember what I order. Keep up the great work, great customer service.

Have a wasp problem, wasps were crawling all over the food!

Cold pasty’s refuse to change them for hot ones told it’s the way it is rude unhelpful staff. Would not recommend this Greggs’ to anyone.

Don’t bother if you want breakfast. 15 minutes wait for breakfast because they’re incapable of deciding when to put stuff in the oven. Bakes coming out of the oven at 07:00. What every one wants first thing in the morning.

Cold greggs food is no good food.. this guy told me, if i want something warm i should go to burger king...

You need to update your hours as it doesn't open til 530am Wasted time getting off the motorway

Refused to take greggs app so I had no other means to pay. Just binned everything I ordered. How can greggs not take the greggs app?

Just walked in here and walked straight back out. Staff is wiping all the top shelves with cloth and all the scraps are falling over food below. Dirty place. Get a grip of your staff.

Awful It's a little booth outside the main building. Almost no pasties available so went for a bacon butty with cold bacon 👎🏼

Called in at this shop at 11.30 am on Boxing Day. And all I got while i waited to be served was a member of staff having a drink and playing about with his Mobile phone. He looked at me twice in between him messing about with his phone and couldn't care any less whether to serve me or not,i just ended up leaving without getting served, appalling.

Always good breakfast rolls at good prices, The staff are very polite and obliging. I hope the bosses realise what great people they have working for them and look after them. Customer service is paramount to any business and you certainly get it at all Greggs branches across the country.

Went in to Gregg's to purchase two cheese slices and the staff refused to heat them, the only explanation given was that they weren't allowed to. The coffee was lukewarm, when queried on both issues we were informed, in a very dismissive manner, that there was a microwave oven in the service station itself. Will definitely NOT be using that particular branch of Gregg's again.

What's not to love about Greggs...

In past 3 months stopped here 3 times. Every time served by adorable, extra polite, very professional brunette guy. I didn't see his name, but he represent everything a 'Good quality customer service' is! Keep it going 🙌 😋

Use frankly every day as a coach driver. Every time you go in there are 3-4 staff just mosying around. When you ask for something they say”oh that’s quite cold now” !!!! When you ask what is hot then, they say “that might be” pointing to a slice. The only hot thing is bacon and sausage bap. But wait !!!! The sausage is like a torpedo hard, and the bacon feels like it was yesterday’s, absolutely done to a crisp. Could build a house with it. Terrible service from the staff too.

I was very disappointed with this branch of Greggs. Firstly they overcharged me, then baguette was baked so badly after being heated that it was all black! According to the staff, this is how it always look!?!? All pasties were cold as well. AVOID THIS PLACE!

What sort of animals give out fatty jelly undercooked bacon? Surely the majority of people prefer it a little more crispier. Could have made a better bacon sandwich with wafer thin ham. Not impressed at all. And being at a services there’s not really much you can do about it when you’ve left! Sort your oven out
